Completion and Integration

How to identify the “Completion & Integration” phase of your Adopted Archetypes?

What are the signs that you’ve transitioned? Are you ready to move on?

Here are some signs that you’re on your way:

You create more energy flow.

When you are going through a transitional phase your energy can appear chaotic and draining. It’s very difficult to keep your energy level high when you’re stressed. The Completion and Integration phase of your Adopted Archetypes can take on many forms. It could challenge your courage, integrity or strength. It could show up anywhere or as anything, like in your career to changing your exercise habits. Whatever the case, one thing is always clear. Your focus needs to be super sharp and that takes energy. Once you’re through the process successfully you’ll notice an almost instant increase in energy and creativity. Celebrate! You’ve earned it!

You have changed and your world has changed.

This may sound obvious, but when you go through the Completion and Integration of your Adopted Archetypes you will experience many related synchronistic events to anchor in your change. Sometimes these changes are a little uncomfortable and we want to ignore them. Completion and Integration teach us something significant about our personal power. It’s all about becoming fully present so you can live your larger story. But first we may have to learn to be humble. We might become more empathetic or forgiving or loving. Try to keep in mind that the only thing you really have control over is your reactions, so be mindful of your responses. Life’s lessons aren’t always easy. It takes work, but it’s definitely worth it.

You begin to really like yourself and how you feel.

It’s very common to feel a little disappointed in yourself when you first enter your “Completion and Integration” phase. Finding fault with past choices is a normal reaction. Getting into a self-pity party can also be a reaction. Just remember: you can visit a pity party; but you can’t live there! Listen to the messages you send yourself. When they start to become negative, make a conscience decision to interrupt that inner dialog. Replace it with positive dialog like “I deserve to be happy and successful.” “I am on track and I can do this.” And of course use your Light and Shadow Attributes Chart to correct and transform what ever it is you are going through… Eg “I move from Weakness to Strength and merge with my Radiant Self, I am Strength, I am Strength, I am Strength.

You find yourself laughing more.

It’s very easy to lose your sense of humor when going through “Completion and Integration”. Situations are tense, you can feel your life is heavy and lacks luster. Finding humor in challenges is often difficult. Laughing at life can elude you because just getting through the day is a major bore. Once you can see the light at the end of the tunnel/funnel, your spirit lightens up and your sense of humor, delight and laughter return.

You have now learned from your mistakes.

The Completion and Integration of your Adopted Archetypes gives you the opportunity to look at how you can do things differently next time…I am sure you know that once you have completed your work around your Adopted Archetypes, it’s your Authentic Archetypes who are now ready, willing and available for the regular process of “correct and transform”, yep… it’s a life-long process this empowerment stuff. That’s why the better you get at handling change the sooner you will get through life’s challenges. The Living Attributes system is a rotating 12-month cycle, which is a wonderful tool that gives you measurable and reliable stages to work with. Each year you go through the same cycles and each year you can see how far you have developed on your path of personal empowerment.

You’re now ready to live a larger story.

One day you wake up and realize that you’ve learned how to function with out your Adopted Archetypes. The world looks subtly different and welcoming. You see yourself differently. You learn to show up everyday with your Authentic Archetypes and enjoy your new life knowing that you can handle the next phase with more grace, peace, focus and savoir-faire!

You have done the work and are ready to live your larger story!

Just Surrender

154428_343348102439999_1153742799_n

Surrender is always the answer… When people are frustrated and in struggle over something… I often ask them “have you handed your life over to God yet.”

They freak out a little.. because they think they might have to do something they wont like, truth is you will only ever be asked to serve where you are most effective. And that is often when your true gifts surface.

But one never knows until they hand it all over to God…
No expectations or demands just total surrender xx

Expand your mind and heart

We are not unlike bugs crawling on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel…. having no sense of the tremendous reality of Michael Angelo, the Renaissance or the glory of the Aesthetic Traditions…

So large is the mystery in which we are placed… Expand your own sensibility and reality into the mystery that is there…. Go as far as you can…. you will never come to the end of it.

Discover both the light and the shadow aspects of the archetypal pattern of the Divine Child.

Here is some interesting information on the topic of  The Divine Child.                                 This archetype pattern may feel uncomfortable owning. It suggests a special divine connection, which may fail to recognize that it also has a shadow side. The archetype of the demi-god is found in nearly every culture in either religion or mythology, and is an important part of human spirituality in which man and God come together as one.

Religion and Mythology

One of the most iconic images of the Divine Child archetype is the baby Jesus. Some have referred to Jesus as the living Divine Child. This is reflected in the baby Jesus being visited by the Magi who witness his birth in the stars and bring gifts to honor the god-child. But there are other characters that depict this concept. Similarly in Egyptian mythology, the god Osiris fathers a child with the human mother, Isis, without sexual union. The infant Buddha was visited by wise men who proclaimed his divinity. He was also visited by a wise hermit who wept at the sight of the baby Buddha and proclaimed that the child would end ignorance and light the way for future generations. The baby Krishna of the Hindu tradition is visited by shepherds and a wise man who brings gifts to the baby Krishna and proclaims him to be the Savior of the Hindu people. All of these characters represent the archetype of the Divine Child. Continue reading

Loving Our Differences

We are not meant to only respect each other’s differences, we are meant to love them – that is the Creators intention.

Pathways of Light are a valuable component of the Living Attributes system. There are three combinations and streams of energy defined as your pathways of light. Each pathway (contemplation, devotion, activation) has an important function that instructs you at a soul level of how to use your light. These light streams are what activate and illuminate the Cornerstones of your Sacred Temple.

What this means is that each Cornerstone has a particular relationship with the light. For example, the archetypical patterns in Contemplation are the collectors and weavers of light, while the patterns in Devotion are the receivers and givers of light and the archetypical patterns in Activation are the transformers and activators of the light.

Each one has a valuable and unifying function in the larger divine matrix. Understanding and following the divine order of our personal patterning creates a rhythmic and cosmic beauty and a creative platform for the birth of unity consciousness. In each realm, there is another person’s archetype patterning (cornerstone) that can support yours.

For example if you have the archetype of ‘the visionary’ in the Emotional Realm you could work with ‘the teacher‘ who is also in the Emotional Realm to help format your ideas, they could receive what you have collected and help you by giving back to the whole; the community, the world, which ultimately creates the reality of unity consciousness.

Contemplation – FROM THE CREATOR collectors and weavers of the Light

  • This is where you receive WHAT it is that you need to do in your life. This cornerstone or these cornerstones are connected to the light stream for true inspiration. A place you visit within, which opens you to your Divine guidance.

Devotion – FOR THE CREATOR receivers and givers of the Light

  • This is where you receive WHY you do it. These cornerstones are the portals to the power of being fully present. This light stream is where you match your intention with Gods intention.

Activation – WITH THE CREATOR transformers and activators of the Light

  • This is where you receive HOW you do it. These cornerstones are the portals for the light streams of motivation and initiation. This is where you find your pathway of – “For the greater good of all.”

As you can see, we all connect with the Creator in different ways. Some through pure intention, others connect in the doing and being with others or nature, while others prefer to emerge in the arts or meditation. It’s fascinating and somehow comforting to know.

The precious gift I see in all our diversity is that we are the way we are for reasons we can’t even fathom. If we could see the true beauty in the order of all our complexities, we would indeed witness the true nature and glory of THE CREATOR.

I invite you to share some of your valuable differences and insights.

The Power of Story

This month at Temple we celebrated the Festival of Story Telling and the Teacher archetype and the attribute expressive.

In my opening presentation at Temple yesterday, with much jubilation, I announced it was our 1st Birthday. So much has been shared, experienced and discovered in that 12 month period. Plus it was our first Festival of Story Telling, which proved to be fantastic. I spoke on my favorite topic; STORY……….. Here is my story about story.

I believe our human story began with the evolution of human consciousness, which then started to build the earths noosphere (the thinking layer of earth). When men and women began to share their stories; their art, on the walls of their caves we began to grow our ability to relate to each other.  Some how we knew it was important to tell of our experiences, how we hunt, how we travel, how we live and how we dream. It became a quintessential part of our human experience, the ability to tell story is indeed our rudimentary foundation. Simply put, with out story we don’t know what we believe in, but with story we can define our heritage, find meaning in what matters to us and learn what is good and bad. Story can be fact or fiction and still have the same effect, if we can relate to the characters or images in a story we can be moved by its message. Story doesn’t always have to deliver a profound message, it can simply be delightful, humourous or even practical.

I always see story in three parts, it has a past, a present and a future.

The amazing discovery about story for me was, we are the story, there is no story without us. Because without us, coupled with the brilliance of imagination there is no story to tell. Everything you see, hear, taste, touch and think about has a story attached to it. It may not be an amazing story, but never the less it still has its own story.

All story has its contributing value, it may be good, it may be bad or it may be neutral, what ever it is, its still contributing to the collective consciousness.

What is your story?

What is your back story, what is your present story and does your future story have a brightness of future? Perhaps you have taken on a story that doesn’t match the one you want to share with the world. There is only one time to start a new and inviting story and it is NOW! Start creating the story that you want to contribute to humanity. Be the story you want to hear, be the story that new and exciting generations are built from……

Express yourself!

I would also like to thank Cherie for her generous contribution. Cherie shared her experience of having a Teacher archetype. She exquisitely expressed her personal story and how not knowing parts of our authentic story can fundamentally change who we are. The reveal of her beautiful and heartfelt story was a true gift, she contributed the power of story through her own story. Magnificent Cherie, thank you.

Love Elizabeth
