The Golden Circle Meditation – Elizabeth Ellames
The Living Attributes Codex Practice of Reflection, Recognition, Release, Reclaiming and Restoration
Please read this information before doing the following meditation.
Step ONE:
I encourage you to watch the video first to recognise and understand the imagery spoken in the meditation. (You may need to do this a few times)
Step TWO:
This Meditation is a personal heart-centred practice designed to bring you back into connection with yourself, your light, and the living attributes already within you. As you connect to your Pillar of Light and bring your twelve Light Centres together within the Gold Circle, you create a space to pause, breathe and remember the wholeness of who you are. The Gold Circle brings these twelve centres together as one, allowing the qualities they represent to be recognised, balanced and experienced as part of your whole self.
From here, the meditation opens into the Sacred Mirroring Spiral, inviting you to explore what you are ready to reflect, recognise, release, reclaim and what is ready to be restored within you. This meditation is not about becoming someone else or finding something outside of yourself.
It is about returning to your own centre and creating the space for deeper awareness, remembrance and connection.
Because this can be a profound experience, give yourself some loving space afterwards for whatever may unfold. You may feel peaceful and clear, or you may simply feel the need to become quiet and rest later in the day.
Step THREE:
If your body asks you to pause, honour that. Lie down, breathe, be still and allow the experience to settle. There is no need to hurry your integration. Permit yourself to receive what has arisen, allowing your body, mind and spirit to gently absorb what you have released, reclaimed and restored.
This is your journey, and there is no right way to experience it. Come to the meditation with an open heart and allow yourself to discover what is ready to emerge.
Find a comfortable position and allow your body to become still.
You don’t need to achieve anything here.
Nothing you need to solve. Nothing you need to find.
For this meditation, allow yourself to become present, and it will find you.
PLEASE NOTE: For your safety, please do not practise this meditation while driving, walking, or doing anything that requires your attention elsewhere. I recommend finding a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit and be still, giving yourself the space to settle into the practice. While some practices can be adapted for movement, the meditations in these videos or my books are best experienced while seated and in stillness, allowing you to fully receive the intention and benefit of each practice.
