“I’ve just returned from a Writers Workshop, which by the way, was great –
And while I was listening and soaking up all the amazing stories the writers shared about their journey, I was inspired and totally motivated to step out and step up.”
And then BAM!
Right on target, I sat down at my computer and I’m hit with a deep emotional outpour, YES, there it was a direct communication from my Spiritual-Self addressing me with…
“Elizabeth-Elizabeth” (which is my name in that realm) “What are you doing STOP withthe distractions already, stop looking up information all the time, trying to get it RIGHT, and just WRITE for heavens sake – Before you had a computer, before people told you that you should write a book, you would write at every given moment. You did it because you loved it, and WHY did you? Because it made you feel connected to Source, to your Spirit, and above all to the Creator”
So here I am again, back in the arms of my beloved Creator sharing my love with the world. And that LOVE comes in the form of storytelling, spirituality, and humanity. I now see that my SPIRIT had become exhausted at times waiting and waiting for me to remember who I really am, which is a Child of the Light.
This is who I am and who I shall always be.
Hence why my work is totally infused with this message, which I have shared with all the women I’ve had the honor of working with over the years, but sometimes we just haveto stop and listen to our SPIRIT calling us into the light.
These are the light codes that have always been my message, but they have just had a celestial upgrade!

Surrender and let the surrounding LIGHT do work
And even after all these years, it has become even clearer to me WHY I love the art of storytelling and working with archetypes. You see Attributes, Archetypes, Angels, and Avatars are actually portals and gatekeepers of the Light. They give us the opportunity to experience the beauty of the magnificent and the extraordinary yet tender language of the heart.
I am so glad that my spirit is bold enough to always return to my passion for Symbolism and Stories, which is also why I absolutely love Film, Art, and Photography – these creative mediums also need the presence of the light to bring out the quality of the artists’ message.
I view stories as the architecture of life and archetypes the architects…
Our personal and cultural stories are what we collectively call the human experience. And it’s our personal archetypes that govern our inner life and contribute to our life purpose. Archetypes are the age-old prototypes of human existence and have been with us since the birth of Mythology.
And they have been “en-lightening” us since the birth of humanity.
While I was at the Writers Workshop the group was asked “what do you remember your message to be and is there a symbol that comes with that message?”
I suddenly recalled a song I wrote a few years back called Bring in the Light and then a vivid symbolic image of the Egyptian Solar Boat appeared, here is a description of what the image means – which of course happens to be metaphorically aligned with my Living Attributes Typology.
Egyptian Solar Boat – According to Ancient Egyptian mythology the sun boat carry the solar god Ra across the heavens. The Sun Boat was a great ship, called the Barque of Ages or The Boat of a Million Years, which Ra and his companion gods sailed through the sky “Giving Light” and heat to the world and then through the dangerous journey of the night, sailing through the underworld (Duat). The companion gods of Ra helped defend the solar god against the evil serpent Apep, which represented the victory of right over wrong. – Interestingly the “correct and transform” process that takes you from a shadow attribute to light attribute is a big part of the Living Attributes Typology!
The Sun Boat was also the barge in which the gods traveled between the worlds of earth and heaven. There were many prayers and spells to help the solar god Ra and the other gods in the sun boat overcome Apep the evil serpent. These spells and prayers were incanted by the Egyptian priests and priestess; the worshipers at the sun temples.
Such a brilliant confirmation for me around my work

I share simply because I love sharing, not because I think I have some profound wisdom, but rather because I am a human being that story wants to move through. I have a lot to say because there is a lot to say, and there is a wealth of story in the cosmos keen to birth itself onto our planet at this present time.
What I have to say, is really more about the “what, why and how” of making oneself ready, willing and available for the appropriate stories to find the appropriate people.
And it is our shining spirit that story is rightly attracted to – but unfortunately, it’s the constant distractions and our addiction to busyness that blocks our connection to our own spirit, which then creates a lack of adhesion to the powerful stories that want to find their way to our hearts. Every generation needs powerful stories to advance its evolution, but if a story doesn’t connect to the spirit of a human the story has no soul, and a story with no soul dies, which is a vulnerable place for humans to live in or grow from.
Stories are constantly knocking on our hearts to advance humanity so we can navigate our way through each generation. And without these appropriate, soulful stories our cultures can struggle to grow because they lose the ability to recognize the importance of ‘overcoming obstacles’ and the discipline to absolutely ‘protect their hope’, which ultimately fuels their vision and passion for a brighter future.
I designed the Living Attributes Typology as a tool to help women become a powerful vessel so they can live their larger story, a story that they feel, is worthy of sharing and celebrating… a story that will genuinely inspire future generations.
So, peeps the term ‘know yourself’ in the Living Attributes system is associated with knowing your history, your backstory, your true nature and how that has influenced your life.

So, how can we make social change happen…
First, we need to create a new style of leadership that allows people to shift their mindset and activity to one of connectivity and trust.
Your generosity of SPIRIT is what defines a valuable life, career, business, product or service.
SPIRIT – is what people are always looking for… They want to reconnect to their own spirit through a feeling or exceptional experience – they want to have an emotional response, which connects them to what really matters in their life.
SPIRIT – is the creative, enthusiastic, unadulterated innocence and vital potential that wants to express its self fully in the world.
SPIRIT – is what forms our light and creates our ability to overcome our suffering and conflict. It surrenders us to the forces of creation, which organically increase our presence; our light. We are rightfully humbled by our spirit’s connection to source and become grateful for its profound ability to connect and create unity.
SPIRIT – has and will always be the living proof of our absolute TRUTH. And we all know the phrase ” The truth will set you free”… We may not always know we are being told a lie, but we do instinctively know when we are experiencing the Truth.
In our acceptance and openness to our spirit, we begin to shine so brightly that we light the way for others to do the same.
Telling the true story of WHO we are, WHAT we stand for and WHY we stand for it are all very important…
This is HOW we contribute and add value to people’s lives, our community, and the world.
This month at Temple de Lumiere we celebrated the archetype of the Enchantress, which was presented by Souzi Wilson. I would like to acknowledge Souzi for her wonderful presentation that centered around family, forgiveness and sensuality. Her message really brought home the power of love and forgiveness. At the end of Souzi’s story she graced us all with a joyful song that she wrote called “Forgive Yourself”. Thank you again Souzi for sharing your beautiful voice and story with us.
The other part of our morning was spent exploring the four realms of consciousness and how these different levels of reality are not just some lofty experience we have in meditation, but rather they are indeed real levels of experience in our daily life. What follows is a description of how we can work with each of our archetypes in these realms to fulfill our true purpose in life.
Physical Realm (OUR EARTHLY NEEDS)
What is the nature of your life purpose? This is where you draw on the qualities of your particular archetype in the physical sense. This archetype helps you to stay focused on your true nature in your life/business/vocation. By identifying with the particular attributes of this cornerstone you gain finer distinctions regarding WHAT your foundational aptitude is and then accordingly activate it in your life. This archetype is the driving force behind the way you present your self in the world.
Emotional Realm (FEELINGS & RELATIONSHIPS)
Why are you in this particular vocation/relationship? This archetypes true power stems from its emotional nature and is the one you draw from to get your message across. The way to be attractive in your vocation/life is by appealing to the emotional needs of your particular relationships/market or audience. Authenticity is paramount and this is the realm of feelings, so coming from your heart and rather than your head is the best way to deliver your communication/message. By applying the attributes from this archetype, rather than trying to copy someone else’s mode of conduct, you will feel comfortable and more confident in your style and delivery. When you are emotionally connected to WHY you are sharing your vision or your life, people will respond accordingly.
Spiritual Realm (CREATIVE PROCESS & SKILLS)
How do you like to operate and relate in your vocation? Here is where you connect to HOW you like to be creative; the way you like to express your inner resources and abilities. Ask yourself what creative systems/modalities do you like to work with the most. The attributes of this archetype will signify what sustains your inner world, your spirit. When you are unable to serve this part of yourself, it will show up in your vocation. A lack of spirit is not attractive; where as a vision that is alive with your own personal spark is what keeps people interested. The great thing about this insight is you don’t have to do anything but be yourself and be a creative expression of your vision in your life.
Celestial Realm (ALLIANCE & EXCELLENCE)
Who are the people you want to serve or team up with? This is the key to finding out what your true niche is. This is how to best serve the people you are in alignment with in the world. These are the people WHO want to benefit from your highest and most refined talents. This is where you really shine; using the attributes of this particular archetype will help you identify and attract the people who want to listen to you, buy your products and use your services. These attributes are the key to revealing your true excellence and perfected nature. This is you matching your intention with the intention of creation and evolution.
