What if the ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE?

Is the Vibration of LOVE Simply the Coherence of Creation?

Often, we limit our understanding of “Love” to romantic relationships. But what if Love is something far greater—an all-pervasive, living energy that surrounds our planet and fuels the very act of creation? We know that heart-to-heart connections generate unity, but Love, in its highest form, is a co-creative force—far beyond the unconscious act of reproduction.

What if every connection we make is, in essence, a loving relationship? The depth of Love we invest in our vocations, our purpose, and our daily experiences fuels not only our creativity but the very essence of our existence.

We all have access to this boundless, powerful energy, yet we often fear it. The frequency of Love touches every aspect of life—our families, friendships, work, passions, environment, and even our relationship with the planet itself. We continually express what we love and what we resist. But what if Love is more than an emotion—what if it is the very substance that sustains the universe?

Could it be that what we call GOD is simply the force of Love itself? And that we are naturally wired to create coherence—to generate more Love, more Light, more of the divine essence that I call The Christos Sophia?

Throughout life, we oscillate between two fundamental energies: Love, which equates to LIFE and LIGHT, and Fear, which can manifests as DEATH and DARKNESS. But is it truly Love that we fear? Or is it our own resistance to Life and Light? For some, it seems easier to remain disconnected from Love, Light, and the Divine, rather than surrender to a frequency so powerful that it might actually be sustaining the entire cosmos.

For me, my guiding mantra is this: “I Love The Christos Sophia First.”

When I say these words, something profound happens:

  • First, I feel an instant connection to a source that loves me unconditionally.
  • Then, I feel a deep acceptance of myself and greater compassion for others.
  • Next, I sense a powerful assurance that all things good flow from this connection.
  • Finally, I intuitively know that this feeling generates more Love, more Light, more divine presence.

Perhaps the alchemy of turning lead into gold is simply a metaphor for perfecting Love—both within and without. It is the divination of matter and spirit, the merging of the human with the divine.

This understanding is not foreign to artists, visionaries, and creators. When we immerse ourselves in the process of bringing something new into existence, we form a sacred bond with it—we Love it into being. And through that Love, we seek perfection, wholeness, and expression.

This “becoming one with” is the essence of true alchemy. It is the sacred formula of transformation, requiring surrender—both of the Self and to Love itself. A true alchemist must undergo sacrifice, purification, and release of the ego-self, for at the heart of Great Work lies a singular truth:

Artist: Federico Infante

The ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE

It is the science of the Soul, the bridge between humanity and divinity, the understanding of the nature of the cosmos, the earth, and the human spirit.

For millennia, the sages, saints, and shamans have sought to harness this power—giving it names, rituals, and symbols. But in essence, they were all discovering the same truth: Love is the greatest force of all.

And this power is not beyond us—it is within us. We are hardwired to generate this miraculous force. Perhaps the ancients were right when they taught: “We must Love and acknowledge our Source first, above all else.”

It makes perfect sense. If we were created by a force fueled by Love, of course, we would Love that Source first.

Why do we suffer so?

Do you sit down on a regular basis and get crystal clear on these two questions

“What is my VISION, What is my PURPOSE?”

We suffer because there is a lack of resonance or alignment!

What I mean is that in order to be successful, happy, and passionate about your vocation or vision, you need 3 layers of alignment… which Iʼll share with you below.

1. What You Are Doing – You have to feel really good about yourself and what your business is about. Do you feel like itʼs making a difference in the world? Do you enjoy what you do? Are you adding value? If you would rather be talking about transformation, but instead youʼre stuck talking about sales – you will suffer.

2. How You Are Doing It – The way you demonstrate your leadership has to be congruent with your lifestyle and values. If you see yourself as a spiritual person and yet you donʼt have any time to practice the tools that keep you in that flow of energy – this will cause you to suffer. If you are using tactics or methods that are out of integrity – this will cause you to suffer. If you are making decisions from a “that’ll do” place – this to will cause you to suffer. The way in which you run and operate your business must be in alignment with your truth.

3. Who You Are Doing It With – Are the people you serve and the people on your team the type of people you truly want to help? Iʼve come to realise this is one of the biggest breakdowns in the alignment equation. If your business is built around serving a tribe (customers) that you actually donʼt want, because they complain, donʼt take responsibility, or are out of integrity, or the people on your team are not congruent with the principles of the over all vision – you will suffer.

Truth is, when the people factor is out of alignment with whatʼs true for your vision and vocation – you will definitely suffer.

And before we move on, letʼs clear something up.

Being in alignment doesnʼt mean that you wonʼt experience conflict, challenges, or obstacles. It simply means that you will FEEL more qualified, ready, and prepared to handle them when they arise.

SO, hereʼs what you can do to make the necessary changes to your life and vocation.

Start by asking yourself if you have alignment in these three areas. If the answer is yes, you are moving in the right direction. If the answer is no, understand that you may suffer a little until a change is made (and the only way to stop the suffering is to create alignment).

So do whatever it takes to let go, correct and transform. Then find the people, circumstances and pathways where and who you can be congruent with. Look for mentors and teachers who can show you the way.

I have come to see (over and over again) that when you experience whatʼs possible by being in the presence of someone who is a few steps ahead… you gain the strength and focus to change FASTER!

Itʼs not so much about the knowledge (though that is useful), itʼs more about trusting in yourself and trusting that true alignment/synergy is indeed possible, because you have actually experienced it first-hand.

  • Donʼt sit in your suffering.
  • If something needs to change, do it now.
  • You will never be fully prepared.
  • Circumstances will never be perfect.
  • Youʼre OK… Itʼs time… Start now.

Your “Calling”: The Practical Imprint of Your Future Self

Hello beautiful, Souls

What if your “calling” wasn’t just a vague notion or a distant dream, but something deeply personal and practical?

Imagine that it’s your Future Self, calling you to the path you’re meant to walk, leaving behind a deliberate imprint to guide you through the complexities of life. This perspective invites you to see your calling not as an external ideal but as an intrinsic part of who you are—and who you are becoming.

Your Calling as a Message from Your Future Self

Consider that your calling is more than a random impulse or societal expectation. It could be a meaningful message from your Future Self, carefully placed within you to help navigate life’s challenges and seize opportunities. This idea transforms your calling from an elusive pursuit into a deeply personal guide—a compass pointing you toward your true north.

Your Future Self Is Calling You

What if, in the essence “Your Calling” could be your Future Self, reaching out across time, urging you towards the life you’re meant to live? This isn’t just about following a path; it’s about being drawn to it by the person you are destined to become. Your Future Self, with all the wisdom and clarity that comes from lived experience, may be calling you toward the decisions, actions, and experiences that align with your true purpose.

A Practical Guide, Not Just a Dream

Your calling might not be about chasing a distant dream, but rather a practical guide for your daily life. It’s the voice that helps you navigate choices aligned with your true self, steering you away from distractions and toward what truly matters. This “calling” could be the roadmap your Future Self has left behind, filled with the insights and wisdom you’ll need on your journey.

An Evolving Understanding

As you grow and learn, your understanding of your calling may expand, due to the adapting of new perspectives and experiences. This evolution isn’t a sign of inconsistency but rather a natural progression, reflecting your deeper understanding of who you are and what you’re here to do.

Uncovering Your Unique Path

Your calling is as unique as your fingerprint, shaped by your experiences, values, and talents. It’s not about finding a single, unchanging answer but about embracing a journey that reflects your evolving self. Each step you take, each decision you make, could bring you closer to the life your Future Self is calling you toward.

Practical Steps to Uncover Your Calling

  1. Reflect Deeply: The moments when you felt most alive and fulfilled could be clues left by your Future Self, pointing you toward your calling.
  2. Seek Guidance: Mentors, friends, or counselors can help illuminate your strengths and gifts, leading you closer to your true purpose.
  3. Experiment and Learn: Being open to new experiences and learning from them can reveal aspects of your calling you hadn’t considered.
  4. Listen to Your Intuition: Those quiet nudges and inner whispers may be your Future Self, guiding you toward what’s right and meaningful.

Trusting in Your Calling

So, what if your calling isn’t some distant, unachievable goal but a practical, profound imprint that’s already within you? By embracing it as a personal journey rather than a destination, you can navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

I suggest your Future Self is already calling you, guiding you toward the life you’re meant to live. Trust in the wisdom that’s been with you all along—a wisdom that is your lifelong companion on the path to self-discovery and growth.

The opportunities and possibilities are endless when you start to listen to that call.

Community vs Commodity

Hello beautiful Souls,

Today, I’d like to share the concept of community versus commodity, particularly in the context of friendships and relationships.

First, it’s crucial to define what friendship means to you personally. For me, it aligns with the attributes of my Visionary archetype: Beauty, Purity, Clarity, Dignity, Mindfulness, Wisdom, and Celebration. The word “Quality” encapsulates all these attributes. Every relationship in my life must resonate with this essence.

Of course, perspectives on friendships and community vary. Some view them as simple social interactions for enjoyment, others as a means to contribute to humanity, and some, unfortunately, see them as commodities.

A commodity, by definition, is something useful that can be turned to commercial or other advantages. This mindset, I believe, stems from traditional business culture, perpetuating the fallacy that “It’s not personal, it’s just business.” But how can we evolve humanity if we conflate community, networking, and business as mere tools for financial gain?

What if we reframe these concepts?

  • Community: communing in unity or common union.
  • Networking: working within an interconnected system.
  • Business: a sense of appropriate busy-ness.

This perspective aligns more closely with nature’s interconnected systems, reminiscent of William Blake’s observation: “A bird builds a nest, a spider a web, and man (human) friendships.”

Humans need to cultivate sound relationships to build a strong foundation – a true community. A relationship based on commodity is self-serving, while one based on community is about being of service.

We must shift from asking “What’s in it for me?” to embrace the power of real community. When we connect to the light of Unity within our community, all other agendas fall away. Relationships, friendships, and community are essential; we can’t navigate life without them. They sustain the connective life force within and around us – our true currency.

Only together can we create a new story for humanity. Growing through our differences fosters unity, yielding something far greater than any commodity. We were never meant to do it alone, nor was it ever about the love of money. When we fully experience our profound interconnectedness, we’ll remember that together, we are the abundance we seek.

Bask in the Transformative Power of this Eclipse

The Sun is the undisputed ruler of our solar system, its radiant energy enveloping and overriding even the moon’s frequencies. This is especially evident during solar eclipses, when the moon briefly obscures the Sun’s light.

In ancient times, many cultures recognized the spiritual significance of these celestial events. They understood that the Sun is a portal, connected to all other stars and celestial bodies through the ethers and dimensions. The Sun’s light, frequency, and the celestial beings that govern its portal are vital to our protection and all life on Earth.

During an eclipse, the Sun’s energy conquers the moon, thinning the veil between our world and the spiritual realm. This presents a powerful opportunity for positive transformation. The heightened spiritual energies can amplify our intentions and raise our consciousness, if we align ourselves with this sacred event.

Rather than viewing eclipses with fear, we can embrace them as a chance for spiritual growth and renewal. By connecting with the sun, anointing ourselves, and releasing old conditioning, we can ride the wave of elevated frequencies to achieve greater personal enlightenment and expansion.

This is the perfect time to gather in community, as the collective positive energy increases when we join together. People all over our Planet Earth will be joining together through this eclipse, harnessing the Sun’s majestic light to transcend the old and harness our highest potential.

So as the moon momentarily obscures the Sun, know that its light is simply being refocused – calling us to take back our power, set bold intentions, and celebrate the transformative energies of this celestial event. The Sun’s frequency will guide us forward, if we simply open ourselves to its illumination.

If you KNOW YOURSELF, you will TRUST YOURSELF

Most people ask this question at one point in their life. And it’s often when their life is not looking or feeling as good as they would like.

“What is the point of my life, why I am here and as any of this really matter?”

And the answer will usually be something along the lines of…

Know Yourself
Trust Yourself
Love Yourself
And
Live Your Larger Story

But what does that really mean?

I was born with a strong impulse to share…

I share simply because I love sharing, not because I think I have some profound wisdom, but rather because I am a human being that STORY wants to move through. I have a lot to say because there is a lot to say, and there is a wealth of STORY in the cosmos keen to birth itself onto our planet at this present time.

What I have to say, is really more about the “what, why and how” of making oneself ready, willing and available for the appropriate stories to find the appropriate people.

And it is our shining spirit that story is rightly attracted to – but unfortunately, it’s the constant distractions and our addiction to the busyness that blocks our connection to our own spirit, which then creates a lack of adhesion to the powerful stories that want to find their way to our hearts. Every generation needs powerful stories to advance its evolution, but if a story doesn’t connect to the spirit of a human the story has no soul, and a story with no soul dies, which is a vulnerable place for humans to live in or grow from.

Stories are constantly knocking on our hearts to advance humanity so we can navigate our way through each generation. And without these appropriate, soulful stories our cultures can struggle to grow because they lose the ability to recognize the importance of ‘overcoming obstacles’ and the discipline to absolutely ‘protect their hope’, which ultimately fuels their vision and passion for a brighter future.

I designed the Living Attributes Typology as a tool to help women become powerful vessels so they can live their larger story, a story that they feel, is worthy of sharing and celebrating… a story that will genuinely inspire future generations.

So, peeps the term ‘know yourself’ in the Living Attributes system is associated with knowing “you”,  your history, your backstory, your true nature and how it has influenced your life. And how it can potentially inspire or add value to other peoples lives.
