We Are All Part Of The Human Story.

I believe our human story began with the evolution of human consciousness, which then started to build the earths noosphere (the thinking layer of earth). When men and women began to share their stories (their art) around the camp fire and on the walls of their caves we began to grow our ability to relate to each other.

Some how we knew it was important to tell of our experiences, how we hunt, how we travel, how we live and how we dream. It became a quintessential part of our human experience, the ability to tell story is indeed our rudimentary foundation.

Simply put, with out story we don’t know what we believe in, but with story we can define our heritage, find meaning in what matters to us and learn what is good and bad. Story can be fact or fiction and still have the same effect, if we can relate to the characters or images in a story we can be moved by its message. Story doesn’t always have to deliver a profound message, it can simply be delightful, humorous or even practical.

I always see story in three parts, it has a past, a present and a future.

The amazing discovery about story for me was, we are the story, there is no story without us. Because without us, coupled with the brilliance of imagination there is no story to tell. Everything you see, hear, taste, touch and think about has a story attached to it. All story has its contributing value, it may be good, it may be bad or it may be neutral, what ever it is, its still contributing to the collective consciousness.

What is your story?

What is your back story, what is your present story and does your future story have a brightness of future? Perhaps you have taken on a story that doesn’t match the one you want to share with the world. There is only one time to start a new and inviting story and it is NOW! Start creating the story that you want to contribute to humanity. Be the story you want to hear, be the story that new and exciting generations are built from.

Clarity = Consistency

We have entered a new frontier of awareness, which requires women to be New Style Leaders. ‪

If you’re one of these New Style Leaders, chances are you’ve outgrown some areas of your life. The way you operate your career, lifestyle, relationships may now feel foreign to you, so it’s an understatement to say you probably feel a little isolated.

Especially as a New Style Leader, you could be asking yourself questions like…

Why am I here?

How can I make more of a difference?

Who else do I know that is on a higher purpose?

Be assured, if you’re traveling on the road of leadership you are right where you need to be, and finding your “tribe” is a fundamental part of your journey. Here are some tips on consciously calling in your Authentic Leadership Powers that will support you on your journey.

Keys To Staying True To Your Leadership.

Being The Real Deal – Simply put ‘You need to be the Real Deal’… Before you can fully step into your leadership you must know who you are and be living a life in alignment with that truth. You will attract like-minds – but they may be people who are simply matching what you are projecting out to the world. So if that’s an innocent mask of people pleasing, control or enabling, you’re connections and results are likely to be of a similar nature.

Create Distinctions – Understand that the roles people have played in your life have given you a greater understanding and experience of life. Make distinctions around your leadership from a place of development, empowerment and personal responsibility. Often blame justifies our current “Busy” or “Disruptive” lifestyle and can be a wonderful excuse for not creating the right direction and team.

Responsibility – Its important to take full responsibility for your life and the part you played in past relationships and experiences, this creates a deeper awareness around authentic connection – real deal teams don’t put up with B.S – they’ll hold you accountable to being the best leader you can be, call you on your stuff and inspire you to lead with integrity, confidence, passion and clarity.

Identify And Clarify – Make a conscious decision about who you want to be as a leader and where that’s heading, what you want and don’t want for the future – then create the lifestyle and people who can support that – many times you know what you don’t want because you’ve experienced it. So change that by only focusing on what works well.

Review Your Relationships – Recognise old relationships that no longer serve you – this doesn’t mean they are ‘bad’ or what they are choosing to do with their life is wrong. It just means you need to be supported in your leadership. This takes a commitment to yourself and your vision, which fosters the best version of you. And you need to create personal boundaries around how you choose to be influenced.

Edify And Unify Your Connections – Identify the kindred spirits already in your life that support your leadership and consciously edify and unify these friendships, because they are part of your tribe and extremely valuable.

End Relationships That Hinder – Cut energetic ties that bind you to the past and to old ideas about who you think you are, and who others think you are. Allow yourself to be a leader, then confidently create and sustain relationships that nourish and support your vision.

Add Value And Shine – Correct and transform any personal behavior that lowers your vibration and observe how you attract people who may be mirroring negative beliefs around you. Give yourself permission to shine. This may require gently re-educating some people about who you are as a new style leader.

Raise Your Resonance – Call in your TribeTalkers© by becoming a vibrational match for who and what you want to attract as a leader. If you want creative people who respect you and share an aligned vision, ask yourself:

Am I expressing my creativity?

Do I respect my ability to lead?

Am I clearly living my leadership?

In Summary – Recognize Your Leadership And Your Tribe

Understand how to recognise your TribeTalkers when you connect with them. Be Brave, Be Real, Be Present and notice if people feel energetically appropriate, notice if you’re energising them and take action to follow up those connections.

Leaders need people who are on their team… Yes?

You need people who are on your team!

  • You need to understand your role as a team player.
  • Find out who’s available to share in your story.
  • Create a team who inspire you to be a better person.
  • Promote your new style of leadership to humanity.

Connect with people who make you feel appreciated, valued, and deeply understood…

Take the pledge to be a New Style Leader, welcome these concepts into your life and your community will be waiting on the other side.

Gateways

All the Light Centres in the Living Attributes Typology in The Pathway Of Devotion (down the centre) are Gateways.

November

CYAN is the GATEWAY in the Celestial Realm, which is the POINT of POWER for the Higher Purpose. This realm is home to your Gift to Humanity (YOUR BESTOWAL)

August

PINK is the GATEWAY in the Spiritual Realm – POINT of POWER for the Higher Heart. This realm is home to your Creative Gifts (YOUR SPIRIT)

May

BLUE is the GATEWAY in the Emotional Realm – POINT of POWER for True Emotion. This realm is the home of your Personal Message to the World. (YOUR VOICE)

January

RED is the GATEWAY in the Physical Realm – POINT of POWER of the Formative Self. This realm is the home of your Personal Presence in the World. (YOUR FOUNDATION)

So what does that mean for all the other light centres in the system?

All light centres are portals to a particular light stream, but the central pillar, which is called the pathway of Devotion and known as Gateways.

Of course, not everybody has their personal archetypes in Devotion – so for example, if your archetype in the Emotional realm is the Visionary,  you would still be ‘correcting & transforming’ your shadow nature, which would be strengthening your Personal Message to the World. You still have the experience of moving through the gate-way of  True Emotion, but of course, it will be a different experience than someone who has their archetype in that particular gateway. It’s not better or worst, but rather just different.

As we move through these devotional gateways year after year, there is often a particular intensity about the experience. Reason being we need to ‘correct and transform’ our shadow nature before moving through to our next level. Every year we get to experience our archetypes at a deeper level and with this deeper connection we receive a little more of our Radiance.

The Power of Your Story and Your Archetypes

Did you know that great brands have compelling stories attached to them that also have particular archetypes, which drive the story to connect with their appropriate customers/audience?

And NOT every brand draws their power from the same archetypes.

Plus, successful brands value their customers by acknowledging their basic and spiritual human needs.

Using an innovative and cognitive approach to personal branding coupled with clear storytelling principles Living Attributes gets to the heart of what really matters in your life and in your business/leadership: your customers/community/audience.

When you understand your customers, community and audience… their behaviors, dreams, and needs.

You can connect your products and services to their hearts and minds, which creates a clear pathway to brand loyalty.

Applying the Living Attributes Archetypes and Avatars Typology, we begin to uncover the archetypal images that you and your customers/audience instinctively associate with around your brand.

Recognizing and linking these appropriate archetypes, together with an interesting brand story creates a powerful marketing message and can attract loyal customers to your business. With these valuable insights into the way the human psyche works, your products and services go beyond conventional beliefs about marketing and advertising. In this engaging process of personal development, you learn how to connect deeply with your customers. Successful brands like Apple, Nike and Ikea enjoy an unusual level of customer loyalty.

womanWhy is that? – More than just selling products and services, these brands fulfill their customer’s social and spiritual needs. Humanistic psychologist Abraham Maslow and psychiatrist Carl Jung researched, trialed and formed many psychological insights around human basic needs and archetypical patterning, which shaped a new way of looking at the human experience. The Living Attributes Archetype Typology identifies and defines the power of one’s archetypes, which are universal mental (collective consciousness) images and patterns of behavior that all humans share.

This informative and comprehensive system has a social and spiritual philosophy as well as a personal and professional one. It reveals and explains how your personal brand can also be connected to your professional product/service brand/leadership.

Suggesting that your inner world will in fact imprint onto your outer world. Once you have a true understanding of your own particular archetypes and how they can create customer loyalty, you are able to create a community of Brand Believers or Brand Tribers who are happy to support you, simply because you are supporting them at a deeper level by serving their human needs, dreams, and desires.

If you would like to know more on how to create your personal brand from a place of new style leadership, unity, pure intent and unbounded imagination – I can help you walk that path.

Living Attributes Typology is your doorway into living a larger story!

Why I use the concepts of icons and archetypes?

Firstly what are Archetypes – they are a universal and symbolic representation that teaches us about life and ourselves. Archetypes are the architects of story and life. There are literally hundreds of archetypes that have been our teachers through the medium of story telling for centuries. They live in the realm of fairy tales, mythology, theatre and now film. So through the process of an individual telling their personal story they are able to recognise their personal archetypes.

While an Icon – An icon is often an individual who has lived or is living out a very public archetypical journey, they are recognizable by their fame or celebrity and often have become immortalized by their charismatic nature. The public usually become somewhat fascinated with their lives or beauty simply because they are to some degree playing out the roles of demigods, teaching us about light and shadow attributes from a far, but not so far.

My discovery of why we do this kind of seeking and obtaining;

  • Perhaps we are instinctively attempting to pull away from our parents. And in doing so we often connect strongly to a particular public figure, who’s either in music, film, fashion, sport, television or literature. We may do it in a creative and somewhat expressive manner, like identifying with their music, their dress and their culture.
  • Perhaps it is simply for the purpose of developing a new identity outside ones current family unit.
  • Perhaps we do it because some where deep within our nature we know there is something about our chosen iconic figure that is just like us.
  • Perhaps what we are really doing is looking for an alterative tribe, a new leader, a mentor, a role model who has similar values to our own and who isn’t going to tell us to do our homework or clean our room.

At this point I would like to add who my iconic influence was as a teenager… DAVID BOWIE!!… and also because it’s a year since he left our world, it still makes my heart weep to know this amazing artist has left us, along with others such as Prince, Carrie Fisher and Alan Rickman and thats only to name a few.

14064036_1107423175991814_7529155758775880162_n

Simply put we are intuitively looking for someone else to look up to, other than Mum and Dad.

For me BOWIE was perfect, he was a risk taker, a change agent, a true creative creature, a fashion icon and an absolute artist at heart… My spirit recognized him, because after all I also longed for all those things!!! So much so that I cut and coloured my hair like his, did my make up like his and even created costumes for others to wear similar to his, which were all influenced by his creative, flamboyant, androgynous, but very stylish appearance and progressive music.

Amazing how life shows up for us… I found a quote by Bowie just recently and of course it is very similar to what I now believe as an adult.

David Bowie

  • I’m just an individual who doesn’t feel that I need to have somebody qualify my work in any particular way. I’m working for me.

Elizabeth Ellames

  • Who am I? I am all that is, all that was and all that is yet to come… And my responsiblity to you is to be me.

For some of us we need to connect to something or someone outside our family to feel like we belong, I know that’s how it was for me. I had faced many challenges as a child all connected to abuse, so I am indeed extremely grateful for the creative influence that David Bowie provided, he became my Angel Prince from a far away Star Kingdom, who gave me my precious and most beloved gifts of CREATIVITY and HOPE.

15622434_1218493688218095_2520459256184949230_n

I now known how important it is to be authentic when sharing your gifts, reason being, you never know who may be watching and truly counting on catching a little of your spectacular light that could grow into something greater within themselves some day.

Bravo Bowie, for it was you, who saved me from the shackles of convention and compromise.

Here are a few examples of other famous icons – Ghandi, Joan of Arc, Ned Kelly, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe or Princess Diana. All these iconic figures have been major influences for many people, some even influenced nations.

Can you recall any of your most loved or admired ICONIC figures of present day, resent history or even ancient history?

Living Your Goddess #2

Women On Purpose… with heartfelt intention to make a difference.

Now more than ever before we as women are being called to activate our life’s true purpose. We are being asked from deep within our soul’s patterning to rise up from the past and take heed to a call of action, which is infused with an intense need to make a difference. Women have been the sustainers of life throughout time. They have been the mothers and nurturers of life.

That has now shifted from the stereotype of maternal/caregiver of the past to a more active role in our society. Fighting for our equality has aided in our progress, but it is now time to really use that equality to stand strong in what we do best, which is to ‘sustain life’.

We are encoded with this tremendous gift not only to sustain life but to also co-create life. The time has come for that amazing inner power, to be heard, be ready and be willing to give birth to our new world.

How do you do that?

  • FIRST – You have to feel that life force, that spark of light within you. Then allow it to grow, nourish it and acknowledge that it is a gift of Creation. You then ready your self to give birth to that light into the world. You do it with true confidence, knowing you have infused it with your passion, your hope, your love and your devotion. YOU become the powerful, spectacular natural force of the LIVING GODDESS.
  • SECOND – Mother Earth has been patient with her children – she has been waiting till humans are of spiritual maturity and strength. There is no more time for why or when; the time is now to take action on how to live your full purpose.
  • THIRD – If you have ever thought you had something to offer the world – this is your time, not when you have enough money, not when you have the right man in your life or when you retire or when the kids leave home – It’s now! Find that place in your heart that is connected to your source, that place that keeps your true purpose alive.
  • FOUTH – Remove everything from view that is in the way of your true mission or message and if that is someone you thought was a friend ‘so be it’. If you don’t have people around you who fully support your vision it will begin to fade for sure.
  • FIVE – If you don’t feel safe enough to share your dream, your light will begin to dim. You are a custodian of your light and its true nature is designed to serve humanity; your responsibility is to keep it alive just like a newborn placed in your care.

That is why women are being called to rise up from their past traditional roles to become the true Hero’s, Visionaries, Teachers and Artists of our time.

You know deep within your soul how to sustain life. It is time to build your team/family that are aligned with your purpose, your passion, and light.

Find people you trust and respect because the profound discovery will be that as you support other your individual dreams are actualized. This is why it is imperative to align yourself with those who are on the same path of birthing a new and beautiful world for all, one that gives life to its inhabitants and respects the needs of its Mother (Planet Earth).

Women all over the world are waking up to their call to action, to become the LIVING GODDESS, because it is only together that we will build a vibrant new future for the generations to come.
