Dear Strength, am I aware, am I unknown or simply afraid?
My inner world beckons.
Strength, you show me it is not always whether the right questions are being asked, but rather have they truly been heard from my heart.
Strength, in my vulnerability and inquiry you appear, and show me the way to The Divine Presence infinite mind is through my listening heart.
I know this is my only passage in.
And so it is
I AM MICHAEL – Hold strong and be expansive with your venture. Bring the treasure of life to all who know the power of The Divine Presence. In your game of love and light, the pure unfolding of Divine Presence will be with all. There is no battle to be won, for when one knows the nature of the Divine they are free, free from pain, free from hatred and free to create.
Q: Is the point of Light in your Heart, your one true love, and only reflector? Do you know, the name of its maker, do you bring it with you where ever you go – Is it your beloved teacher and are you taking care of its nature?
And So It Is
To you, My Beloved Queen Goddess – I give you the sacred seed of life, so you may take the responsibility of planting it. For every seed you plant one thousand more will multiply in your hand. You will not have time to see them grow, for everything you plant creates more that must be planted. You will penetrate the soil of people’s minds with My Intention. But it is not your job to nourish the Idea or to question it. Your life is to achieve, and the only achievement I ascribe to you is to begin making human beings aware of Divine Creation. – I ask that you use your Light and use it well.
Your Animal Wisdom – Your beloved and trusted companion will be The Lioness, who will teach you to assert yourself, and take control of your life so you can become a leader. Her swiftness will show you how to understand the natural flow of your environment and when to move into your position of leadership.
Your Angel Ray Camael – I also give you Camael your angel brave and strong, her light is wild and warm. Bring her into your imagination and she will light your way with deed and play. The strength of her Red ray is a rich and dancing spectacle and her message for you is this – I AM here to help you uphold your intentions. I AM your lead and your humour and I place upon your head your crown and at your feet your glory.
My Dear Queen Goddess your Persistent Obstacle will be to overcome the habit of being Destructive, this is balanced by your True Quest and Light Law of Benevolent, which you will fondly live and promote. And for your good work I will afford you the Lacing Laws of Perseverance, Fortitude, Responsibility, Humour, Organization, Trust, and Strength. – And your Numeric Code will be the number One and your Spatial Code Popular.
Our ability to know the Divine Presence, brings with it our ability to be like Divine Presence.
There is and will always be challenges with such awareness, which are divinely necessary for the growth of human beings.
Young of heart, young of mind, and young of spirit. This is the way, the wonder and the will of the way-shower. For in the nature of being “young” there is always the new.
The nature of Divine Presence is forever young by growing new intelligence. The nature of Creation is in all of us — for we are all created from that nature.
We were once a light particle of Divine Presence, we are the Divine’s intention in motion. And we will be forever in the flow of creation because we have been born from the Light and nature of Divine Presence and Uncondional Love.
As human beings, we can only express a small piece of this majesty – but we are still a paradox of finite and infinite experiences. The duration of one’s life is indeed a snapshot of the nature of this brilliance and the practice and experience of synergy is indeed the evidence.
We are a complex, collaborative display of creation that has the ability to co-create with the Divine. The nature of the Divine Presence is always emerging, creative and inclusive. And when we are able to find that formula with-in us and with others, we connect to our true nature, which is the nature of the Divine – We can be and are Social and Spiritual Synergy in action.
We are literally lighting the way from every portal of our Beingness.

Be assured, if you’re traveling on the road of leadership you are right where you need to be, and finding your “tribe” is a fundamental part of your journey. Here are some tips on consciously calling in your Authentic Leadership Powers that will support you on your journey.
Being The Real Deal – Simply put ‘You need to be the Real Deal’… Before you can fully step into your leadership you must know who you are and be living a life in alignment with that truth. You will attract like-minds – but they may be people who are simply matching what you are projecting out to the world. So if that’s an innocent mask of people pleasing, control or enabling, you’re connections and results are likely to be of a similar nature.
Create Distinctions – Understand that the roles people have played in your life have given you a greater understanding and experience of life. Make distinctions around your leadership from a place of development, empowerment and personal responsibility. Often blame justifies our current “Busy” or “Disruptive” lifestyle and can be a wonderful excuse for not creating the right direction and team.
Responsibility – Its important to take full responsibility for your life and the part you played in past relationships and experiences, this creates a deeper awareness around authentic connection – real deal teams don’t put up with B.S – they’ll hold you accountable to being the best leader you can be, call you on your stuff and inspire you to lead with integrity, confidence, passion and clarity.
Identify And Clarify – Make a conscious decision about who you want to be as a leader and where that’s heading, what you want and don’t want for the future – then create the lifestyle and people who can support that – many times you know what you don’t want because you’ve experienced it. So change that by only focusing on what works well.
Review Your Relationships – Recognise old relationships that no longer serve you – this doesn’t mean they are ‘bad’ or what they are choosing to do with their life is wrong. It just means you need to be supported in your leadership. This takes a commitment to yourself and your vision, which fosters the best version of you. And you need to create personal boundaries around how you choose to be influenced.
Edify And Unify Your Connections – Identify the kindred spirits already in your life that support your leadership and consciously edify and unify these friendships, because they are part of your tribe and extremely valuable.
End Relationships That Hinder – Cut energetic ties that bind you to the past and to old ideas about who you think you are, and who others think you are. Allow yourself to be a leader, then confidently create and sustain relationships that nourish and support your vision.
Add Value And Shine – Correct and transform any personal behavior that lowers your vibration and observe how you attract people who may be mirroring negative beliefs around you. Give yourself permission to shine. This may require gently re-educating some people about who you are as a new style leader.
Raise Your Resonance – Call in your TribeTalkers© by becoming a vibrational match for who and what you want to attract as a leader. If you want creative people who respect you and share an aligned vision, ask yourself:
Am I expressing my creativity?
Do I respect my ability to lead?
Am I clearly living my leadership?
Understand how to recognise your TribeTalkers when you connect with them. Be Brave, Be Real, Be Present and notice if people feel energetically appropriate, notice if you’re energising them and take action to follow up those connections.
Leaders need people who are on their team… Yes?

Up until this point we have advanced by compulsion. From this point forward, we can advance only by adding our understanding of how we develop.
Now we can sweeten and speed up our development through our environment. It has been proven that adults and children develop enormously with help from their environment.
Groups like Alcoholics Anonymous, Animal Rights activists, and even Weight Loss programs are all based on the communities influence.
By developing good community we become children of the larger family, and in addition, we then create a similar framework for our children. Ultimately, humanity needs to only be concerned with one thing; creating good environments.
Any parent would be glad to bring a child into a warm, friendly environment, where children are being taught to unite. This unity provides them with a sense of confidence and rids them of fear of poverty, suffering, pride, and other problems inherent in human nature.
Such an environment allows a person to open up and to better perceive and take things in because they are not feeling constantly on the defensive in a hostile environment. As adults, we often don’t understand what it means to be in an abundant environment. Whereas a newborn baby in the arms of our mother we felt nothing except her embrace.
We lack this sensation and that’s why we’re facing a global crisis. In all areas where we previously were successful, we now find ourselves at a dead-end.
The crisis can, on one hand, can be a catastrophe and on the other hand a rebirth. The word “crisis” comes from the Greek word “krisis”, and means a new beginning. However, we use it incorrectly. Also, the word “crisis” in Hebrew means a place where new life emerges. The word “Christ-ness” has been popping into my consciousness of late, they sort of sound and mean the same… interesting.
Let’s remember that it is our environment and our community that makes us happy or not. A truly abundant environment will simply make our lives happy.
Let’s give thanks to the environment that creates an abundant community for us all. When we feel confident we have unity with others, our world feels safe and we feel the impulse to be generous with our gifts. We feel taken care of and want to take care of others. We then recognize we live in a world imbued with warmth, confidence, and kindness.
