When a man and a woman come together for the sacred purpose of creation, there must be a presence greater than themselves—the fifth element: LOVE. It is through this divine force that the miracle of life is activated. When their union is infused with LOVE, the soul of the newly born vessel intrinsically knows its name and its root.
The child’s innate qualities are organically awakened and will continue to unfold throughout their entire life. At the moment of conception, it is the Christing Light that begins the child’s journey, and it is this same Light that will guide and sustain them through every stage of their existence.
This profound act—the union of two families—creates an abundance of life force, and from this merging, a new family is born. The blood of generations past flows forward to bring life to the newborn child, forming a bridge between the old and the new. This life force, imbued with the golden light of Shekinah, becomes the thread that connects us all in the sacred lineage of creation.
Through this divine act, not only is a new child born, but so too are a new mother, a new father, aunts, uncles, grandmothers, and grandfathers. We are transformed by this process, becoming something greater than ourselves—creators of a new family.
I believe the cornerstones of a thriving family are Respect, Love, Joy, and Ritual.
RESPECT forms the foundation for all healthy relationships.
LOVE is the sweet elixir that sustains and nourishes the family.
JOY elevates the spirit, bringing harmony and connection.
RITUAL is how we acknowledge and honour the divine presence in all aspects of life.
Rituals and ceremonies hold a unique power to bring families together, offering a sacred pause from the routines of daily life. These acts of celebration honour the divine union at the heart of family and creation itself. Without the holy, ceremonies can feel hollow, leaving participants with a sense of incompleteness. Our authentic human nature is rooted in our connection to the myths and truths of creation. To celebrate anything without first honouring the gift of creation is to miss the essence of what gives life meaning.
As this remarkable year draws to a close, I invite you to reflect on these thoughts. Together, let us remember: we are all the Creator’s divine creation, bound by a shared lineage of Respect, Love, Joy and Ritual. Together, we are the Creator’s beloved family.
Heart to Heart, and Blessings to you this Christmas Elizabeth
Last night, before I closed my eyes, I offered a heartfelt prayer—that I remain connected to my Family of Light, the Shining Ones, and that I might come to understand a prophetic message I received nearly twenty years ago: “To summon an army of angels.”
And in that space between sleep and waking, my prayer was answered—a message came— that was spoken like a metaphor into the silence: “Jerusalem is for sale.” Interestingly, just before those words arrived, I had been dreaming—and in the dream, I was standing inside an architectural business from the 1970s—a place of blueprints, foundations, and design.
As I looked around, I noticed two large, vibrant prints of—Archangel Michael and Archangel Gabriel. Their bold presence filled the space, as if reminding me that the architecture of the soul must be built upon truth and divine order.
As I became fully awake, I began to sense that this message was not speaking literally of a city of stone, but rather of a City of Light—the Jerusalem within. It evoked the timeless expression, “As Above, So Below,” a reminder of how divine coherence manifests —in this space, mind, spirit, and matter align.
The dream showed me how, across time, humanity has been busy constructing its world—laying down blueprints of power and ambition—and somewhere along the way, we began to sell what was sacred.
We sold our Jerusalem when we allowed the temple of our soul to become a marketplace, when our light was traded for approval, and our truth was exchanged for fitting in.
Hower, it is Michael who has always stood as a constant companion with his strength and truth, his sword cutting through illusion, and the beloved Gabriel who sounded the trumpet call of glory and remembrance—with a message that our sacred design can still be restored—I can now see what my earlier message truly meant.
The “army of angels” I was asked to summon was never an army of battle, but of builders of light—architects of the new consciousness—the souls who remember the divine blueprint of creation.
So, what I know now is that Jerusalem is for sale only when we forget our authentic design.
When we remember, the sale is voided, the blueprint realigned, and the Holy City rises again—not on land, but as the light of our new dawn.
Is the Vibration of LOVE Simply the Coherence of Creation?
Often, we limit our understanding of “Love” to romantic relationships. But what if Love is something far greater—an all-pervasive, living energy that surrounds our planet and fuels the very act of creation? We know that heart-to-heart connections generate unity, but Love, in its highest form, is a co-creative force—far beyond the unconscious act of reproduction.
What if every connection we make is, in essence, a loving relationship? The depth of Love we invest in our vocations, our purpose, and our daily experiences fuels not only our creativity but the very essence of our existence.
We all have access to this boundless, powerful energy, yet we often fear it. The frequency of Love touches every aspect of life—our families, friendships, work, passions, environment, and even our relationship with the planet itself. We continually express what we love and what we resist. But what if Love is more than an emotion—what if it is the very substance that sustains the universe?
Could it be that what we call GOD is simply the force of Love itself? And that we are naturally wired to create coherence—to generate more Love, more Light, more of the divine essence that I call The Christos Sophia?
Throughout life, we oscillate between two fundamental energies: Love, which equates to LIFE and LIGHT, and Fear, which can manifests as DEATH and DARKNESS. But is it truly Love that we fear? Or is it our own resistance to Life and Light? For some, it seems easier to remain disconnected from Love, Light, and the Divine, rather than surrender to a frequency so powerful that it might actually be sustaining the entire cosmos.
For me, my guiding mantra is this: “I Love The Christos Sophia First.”
When I say these words, something profound happens:
First, I feel an instant connection to a source that loves me unconditionally.
Then, I feel a deep acceptance of myself and greater compassion for others.
Next, I sense a powerful assurance that all things good flow from this connection.
Finally, I intuitively know that this feeling generates more Love, more Light, more divine presence.
Perhaps the alchemy of turning lead into gold is simply a metaphor for perfecting Love—both within and without. It is the divination of matter and spirit, the merging of the human with the divine.
This understanding is not foreign to artists, visionaries, and creators. When we immerse ourselves in the process of bringing something new into existence, we form a sacred bond with it—we Love it into being. And through that Love, we seek perfection, wholeness, and expression.
This “becoming one with” is the essence of true alchemy. It is the sacred formula of transformation, requiring surrender—both of the Self and to Love itself. A true alchemist must undergo sacrifice, purification, and release of the ego-self, for at the heart of Great Work lies a singular truth:

The ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE
It is the science of the Soul, the bridge between humanity and divinity, the understanding of the nature of the cosmos, the earth, and the human spirit.
For millennia, the sages, saints, and shamans have sought to harness this power—giving it names, rituals, and symbols. But in essence, they were all discovering the same truth: Love is the greatest force of all.
And this power is not beyond us—it is within us. We are hardwired to generate this miraculous force. Perhaps the ancients were right when they taught: “We must Love and acknowledge our Source first, above all else.”
It makes perfect sense. If we were created by a force fueled by Love, of course, we would Love that Source first.
Today is January 1st 2025, in Australia, and I felt drawn to continue my conversation on surrendering—I speak of surrendering, not to your fate, but rather your destiny.
Some see surrender as defeat, a giving up of identity or control. But in truth, surrender is not about giving up; it is about giving over and co-creating. It is the graceful acknowledgment that life is unfolding as it should, even when we cannot yet see the full picture.
The Sacred Art of Surrender
To surrender is to place your faith in the unseen forces that guide you. It is to release the tight grip of fear and lean into the flow of divine timing.
Surrendering is not passive; it requires courage and vulnerability. It asks you to stand open-hearted in the face of uncertainty and trust that your destiny is already woven into the fabric of the universe.
Letting Go of Resistance
Destiny is not something you chase—it is something you align with. Like the river that carves its path through valleys and canyons, your life is shaped by unseen currents of purpose and grace. Surrender allows you to move with those currents rather than against them.
Resistance often stems from fear—fear of the unknown, fear of failure, or even fear of success. But resistance creates stagnation. Imagine a butterfly resisting the transformation of its cocoon, fearing the vastness of the sky. It is only through surrendering to the process of metamorphosis that it gains its wings.
You, too, are in a process of becoming. By letting go of what no longer serves you—old fears, limiting beliefs, and attachments—you make space for your divine essence to rise.
Trusting the Timing of Your Life
There may be times when the path ahead feels unclear. In those moments, it is tempting to force outcomes or retreat into doubt. But destiny unfolds in seasons. Winter may feel barren, but beneath the soil, roots are deepening, preparing for spring.
Keep surrendering, Dear One. Trust that the pauses, delays, and redirections are not mistakes but recalibrations guiding you to where you are meant to be.
The Power of Inner Alignment
Surrender does not mean abandoning your dreams. It means aligning with them. It means listening to the quiet whispers of your soul and stepping forward with faith. When you align with your Higher Self and the Creator, surrender transforms from a leap of faith into a dance with destiny.
Allow yourself to be led. Follow your instincts and the intuitive nudges, the synchronicities, and the gentle openings. Destiny speaks softly, but it always speaks true.
A Prayer for Surrender
In moments of uncertainty, you can open your heart to divine guidance with these simple yet profound prayers:
Dear God, my beloved Creator, I trust in You, to show me how good my life is and how it can be. And so it is, Amen.
Dear God, my beloved Creator ~ with gratitude in my heart, I surrender my life to the Divine. I trust that my life is unfolding in perfect harmony.
My heart remains open and I receive the guidance and blessings meant for me. I walk this path with grace and faith, knowing that my destiny is already written in the language of love and light.
And so it is, Amen
These prayers invite you to step into your faith, release your fears, and align with the limitless possibilities of grace. It’s a gentle reminder that life can unfold in ways more beautiful than we can imagine—when we let go and trust.
Embrace Your Destiny
You are not lost. You are being shaped. You are not forgotten. You are being prepared. Each challenge, each delay, and each unknown step is part of a greater story—a story that only you can live.
So, Dear One, keep surrendering. Keep trusting. Keep being at one with your life. The path is already before you, and it leads to the fullness of who you are meant to be.
Let 2025 bring you peace in surrendering and courage in your unfolding. Your destiny awaits.
Today I am talking about embracing every breath and action as sacred…
There is a powerful stillness that arises when we pause to honour our lives as a sacred journey, woven with intention and depth. To live life as a prayer is to cultivate an existence that transcends the ordinary and tunes into the spiritual rhythm of every heartbeat, breath, and moment. It asks us to transform everyday into a meaningful meditation, that invites a heart-centred surrender to the Divine Living Presence that connects us all.
Life as a Living Prayer
In my book The Living Goddess Code, I often speak of archetypes and their potent guidance on our path. So, when we embody the archetype of the Sacred Vessel, we understand that our life is meant to channel energy, intention, and light. Each word we speak, each action we take, and every intention we set carries the potential to be a prayer in motion. It is the conscious act of weaving spirit and humanity together.
How can we step into this way of being?
It starts by choosing to see life’s moments—every mundane task, every challenging confrontation, every beautiful interaction—as opportunities to align our actions with the purity of our heart’s intentions. Imagine speaking to someone not out of habit or reactivity, but with the same care and reverence you would hold in a moment of devotion. Our words, then, are offerings; our silences become sacred space; our work becomes service to something greater.
Life as a Meditation
Meditation is often perceived as only something we do in stillness, eyes closed, away from the noise of the world. But what if we expanded our view of meditation beyond isolated moments of practice?
Living Attributes Typology invites us to see our archetypes—be it the Healer, the Mentor, the Queen, the Humanitarian or the Visionary—as active participants in our daily lives.
Just as meditation brings us back to our breath and presence, we can bring ourselves back to our archetypal essence, moving with purpose, speaking with courage, and living with compassion.
To live life as a meditation means we invite a state of inner awareness into all that we do. Whether washing dishes or guiding a meeting, there is a presence that we enter—a deep knowing that the sacred flows through our very hands and thoughts. It is through this attentiveness that the extraordinary blossoms from the ordinary.
Surrendering to Source
For many of us, surrender is not a familiar practice; it can feel vulnerable, even frightening. In our past life and future life integration workshops, participants often encounter the deeper wisdom carried by letting go—they move from control to trust, from ego to essence and allowing their larger story to emerge and move through them.
When we surrender to Source and the weaving of story, we give ourselves permission to be guided by something greater than our immediate thoughts, fears, or expectations. Learning to Surrender is to flow with the divine current and allow life’s twists and turns to be what they are meant to be—a part of our unfolding.
Surrendering in every moment calls for us to anchor ourselves in faith. This is the faith that when we trust and let go of forcing outcomes, something infinitely wiser moves in us. It may ask us to rest instead of push, to say yes to opportunities that defy logic, or to embrace endings as sacred transformations. This surrender does not weaken us; rather, it strengthens our connection to the source that nurtures, protects, and enlivens every breath we take.
Living and Embodying Our Light
The path of light leadership and life as a prayer leads us to a deeper embodiment of our own divinity. In my book Light Leadership, I explore how conscious leadership is not about control but about illuminating others and ourselves. When we embody light, we become living prayers for ourselves and our community. Every choice we make becomes a beacon of love, authenticity, and wisdom.
When we, come together at our Temple Green Gatherings, we weave these concepts together—encouraging each other to live our life as a meditation, surrendering, and honouring the sacred connection we share with nature and each other.
I invite you to see this day—this very moment—as an opportunity to experience your life as a prayer. Allow your heart’s intentions to flow through your actions. Let each breath you take carry the blessing of peace and gratitude. Surrender what no longer serves, and watch how life, in all its grace and uncertainty, becomes a prayer answered.
