Holy Days

Today I remember we are in Holy Days

The Light does what it may and I am in my makers’ arms.

I ask of Thee; above the tree, above the star, above all of me

I reach to my divinity, for there I am born a new,

I am born of Thee.

Bringer of the light that shines forth on this World

A light that gives birth to a newborn within my delighted Soul.

As it is Christmas, I reflect on a year passing and a new one forthcoming.

This year I find more of myself and require it less.

I wish for the world and want for nothing.

As I give, I have Joy and know what I do is only for you.

My generosity is an act of modeling Thee.

For you my Creator is present in all that I do; a gift of creation is what I offer you.

In my heart there is Joy beyond and abound, a life without generosity is no life to be found.

This Celestial time of LIGHT and Goodwill comes forth with no pardon, only persistence does spill.

A persistence that arrives year after year; a reminder of rejoicing and devoted good cheer.

Tis said that the babe was born at a virgin’s breast, that his light was from heaven, we all know the rest.

For all who have a song to sing and a light to bear – be the new Christ and Love will you dare?

A LOVE that brings to life a treasure so rare, to LOVE like the Creator is beyond compare and to seek ones inner Christ is to birth a new humanity.

This is our quest, our prize, and our longing. To find Christmas in our heart; is to find our divine belonging.

A gift to you, a gift to me, is nothing at all unless it is seen as a gift from Thee.

Merry Christmas and May Blessings Abound , Elizabeth

To Control is to Deplete — True Presence Illuminates

Hello wonderous Soul,

We live in a world where the illusion of control still wears the mask of power. Here’s what I know for sure—control is not strength. It is emotional control and confusion disguised as order. It hinders the spirit, tightens the breath, and discourages real connection. To control others is stepping out of resonance with your divine alignment and integrity. It is the path of intimidation, not grace.

True power is not in your push, but in your presence. It lives in your resonance. In the way your energy speaks before your words do, it’s not something you do. It’s who you are at your core. Resonance begins when you live with and as the vibration you long to awaken in the world. It’s when kindness becomes your current, stillness becomes your prayer, and your presence is a lighthouse.

Ask yourself:
What do I long to awaken in others? Now—how do I breathe, walk, and speak as that? This is how I live with Presence—I view my story as an integral part of my soul and sacred practice. I let that be my silent offering. I don’t have to convince. I don’t have to control. I just have to know.

This is my Light Leadership. This is my Living Goddess Code. This is how I shape the world—not by holding it tighter, but by blessing it with my presence. Let’s release the urge to rule, and instead rise to radiate. Let’s resonate so deeply with our truth that it awakens others to theirs.

What if the ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE?

Is the Vibration of LOVE Simply the Coherence of Creation?

Often, we limit our understanding of “Love” to romantic relationships. But what if Love is something far greater—an all-pervasive, living energy that surrounds our planet and fuels the very act of creation? We know that heart-to-heart connections generate unity, but Love, in its highest form, is a co-creative force—far beyond the unconscious act of reproduction.

What if every connection we make is, in essence, a loving relationship? The depth of Love we invest in our vocations, our purpose, and our daily experiences fuels not only our creativity but the very essence of our existence.

We all have access to this boundless, powerful energy, yet we often fear it. The frequency of Love touches every aspect of life—our families, friendships, work, passions, environment, and even our relationship with the planet itself. We continually express what we love and what we resist. But what if Love is more than an emotion—what if it is the very substance that sustains the universe?

Could it be that what we call GOD is simply the force of Love itself? And that we are naturally wired to create coherence—to generate more Love, more Light, more of the divine essence that I call The Christos Sophia?

Throughout life, we oscillate between two fundamental energies: Love, which equates to LIFE and LIGHT, and Fear, which can manifests as DEATH and DARKNESS. But is it truly Love that we fear? Or is it our own resistance to Life and Light? For some, it seems easier to remain disconnected from Love, Light, and the Divine, rather than surrender to a frequency so powerful that it might actually be sustaining the entire cosmos.

For me, my guiding mantra is this: “I Love The Christos Sophia First.”

When I say these words, something profound happens:

  • First, I feel an instant connection to a source that loves me unconditionally.
  • Then, I feel a deep acceptance of myself and greater compassion for others.
  • Next, I sense a powerful assurance that all things good flow from this connection.
  • Finally, I intuitively know that this feeling generates more Love, more Light, more divine presence.

Perhaps the alchemy of turning lead into gold is simply a metaphor for perfecting Love—both within and without. It is the divination of matter and spirit, the merging of the human with the divine.

This understanding is not foreign to artists, visionaries, and creators. When we immerse ourselves in the process of bringing something new into existence, we form a sacred bond with it—we Love it into being. And through that Love, we seek perfection, wholeness, and expression.

This “becoming one with” is the essence of true alchemy. It is the sacred formula of transformation, requiring surrender—both of the Self and to Love itself. A true alchemist must undergo sacrifice, purification, and release of the ego-self, for at the heart of Great Work lies a singular truth:

Artist: Federico Infante

The ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE

It is the science of the Soul, the bridge between humanity and divinity, the understanding of the nature of the cosmos, the earth, and the human spirit.

For millennia, the sages, saints, and shamans have sought to harness this power—giving it names, rituals, and symbols. But in essence, they were all discovering the same truth: Love is the greatest force of all.

And this power is not beyond us—it is within us. We are hardwired to generate this miraculous force. Perhaps the ancients were right when they taught: “We must Love and acknowledge our Source first, above all else.”

It makes perfect sense. If we were created by a force fueled by Love, of course, we would Love that Source first.

Why do we suffer so?

Do you sit down on a regular basis and get crystal clear on these two questions

“What is my VISION, What is my PURPOSE?”

We suffer because there is a lack of resonance or alignment!

What I mean is that in order to be successful, happy, and passionate about your vocation or vision, you need 3 layers of alignment… which Iʼll share with you below.

1. What You Are Doing – You have to feel really good about yourself and what your business is about. Do you feel like itʼs making a difference in the world? Do you enjoy what you do? Are you adding value? If you would rather be talking about transformation, but instead youʼre stuck talking about sales – you will suffer.

2. How You Are Doing It – The way you demonstrate your leadership has to be congruent with your lifestyle and values. If you see yourself as a spiritual person and yet you donʼt have any time to practice the tools that keep you in that flow of energy – this will cause you to suffer. If you are using tactics or methods that are out of integrity – this will cause you to suffer. If you are making decisions from a “that’ll do” place – this to will cause you to suffer. The way in which you run and operate your business must be in alignment with your truth.

3. Who You Are Doing It With – Are the people you serve and the people on your team the type of people you truly want to help? Iʼve come to realise this is one of the biggest breakdowns in the alignment equation. If your business is built around serving a tribe (customers) that you actually donʼt want, because they complain, donʼt take responsibility, or are out of integrity, or the people on your team are not congruent with the principles of the over all vision – you will suffer.

Truth is, when the people factor is out of alignment with whatʼs true for your vision and vocation – you will definitely suffer.

And before we move on, letʼs clear something up.

Being in alignment doesnʼt mean that you wonʼt experience conflict, challenges, or obstacles. It simply means that you will FEEL more qualified, ready, and prepared to handle them when they arise.

SO, hereʼs what you can do to make the necessary changes to your life and vocation.

Start by asking yourself if you have alignment in these three areas. If the answer is yes, you are moving in the right direction. If the answer is no, understand that you may suffer a little until a change is made (and the only way to stop the suffering is to create alignment).

So do whatever it takes to let go, correct and transform. Then find the people, circumstances and pathways where and who you can be congruent with. Look for mentors and teachers who can show you the way.

I have come to see (over and over again) that when you experience whatʼs possible by being in the presence of someone who is a few steps ahead… you gain the strength and focus to change FASTER!

Itʼs not so much about the knowledge (though that is useful), itʼs more about trusting in yourself and trusting that true alignment/synergy is indeed possible, because you have actually experienced it first-hand.

  • Donʼt sit in your suffering.
  • If something needs to change, do it now.
  • You will never be fully prepared.
  • Circumstances will never be perfect.
  • Youʼre OK… Itʼs time… Start now.

The Sacred Art of Boundaries: A Devotion to Self-Integrity

Hello wondrous Souls,

Today I am talking about “boundaries” – a hot topic that so many of us must face and understand.

There is a quiet power in the realisation that boundaries are not about others. They are not demands or ultimatums. They are not conditions set to control or manipulate. A boundary is a sacred agreement with yourself—a line drawn in devotion to your own integrity.

Dr. Becky Kennedy captures this truth so simply: “A boundary is something that requires nothing from anybody else other than you.” This shifts everything. It means that boundaries are not contingent on whether others honor them. They are not about enforcing consequences or waiting for validation. They exist because you choose them. Because you are the guardian of your own energy, time, and well-being.

Too often, we misunderstand boundaries as something we must convince others to accept. We fear setting them because we worry about how they will be received. But the moment we step into the truth that a boundary is ours alone to uphold, we reclaim our personal power.

A boundary is saying, I will not abandon myself for the comfort of another. It is choosing self-respect over external approval. It is allowing ourselves to walk away, to say no, to remain rooted in our truth—without explaining, justifying, or seeking permission.

This is where real transformation begins. When we stop waiting for the world to make space for us and instead claim the space we need. When we stop trying to manage others’ reactions and instead stand firm in our own clarity.

Managing a Boundary in Action: A Family Gathering Example

Imagine a father whose adult child repeatedly uses inappropriate language when speaking to him at a family gathering, despite addressing others respectfully. He may feel disrespected and uncomfortable but hesitate to confront them directly. However, honouring his boundary means he does not have to wait for their behaviour to change—he simply upholds his own standard.

In this case, he can calmly and firmly state, “I do not accept being spoken to in that way. If you continue to use this language, I will remove myself from the conversation.” No argument, no pleading—just a simple, non-negotiable truth. If they continue, he follows through and steps away. The power lies not in forcing them to change but in his commitment to maintaining his own self-respect.

Another Example: Work-Life Balance

Consider an individual who finds themselves constantly answering work emails late at night, despite their deep desire to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Their employer or colleagues may not explicitly demand this, but the pressure feels implicit. To uphold their boundary, they decide, “I will not check or respond to work emails after 7 PM.” They do not need their employer’s approval to implement this boundary—it is theirs alone to maintain. If a colleague reaches out late, they simply do not engage until the next workday. Over time, this reinforces their boundary and teaches others how they wish to be treated.

So, what boundary is calling to you now? Where have you been outsourcing your sovereignty, waiting for someone else to grant you permission to protect your peace? What would it feel like to embody the deep knowing that you are allowed to choose what serves you—without guilt, without apology, without needing a single thing from anyone else?

The path of the sovereign soul is one of self-honoring. The invitation is here. Will you answer?

Community vs Commodity

Hello beautiful Souls,

Today, I’d like to share the concept of community versus commodity, particularly in the context of friendships and relationships.

First, it’s crucial to define what friendship means to you personally. For me, it aligns with the attributes of my Visionary archetype: Beauty, Purity, Clarity, Dignity, Mindfulness, Wisdom, and Celebration. The word “Quality” encapsulates all these attributes. Every relationship in my life must resonate with this essence.

Of course, perspectives on friendships and community vary. Some view them as simple social interactions for enjoyment, others as a means to contribute to humanity, and some, unfortunately, see them as commodities.

A commodity, by definition, is something useful that can be turned to commercial or other advantages. This mindset, I believe, stems from traditional business culture, perpetuating the fallacy that “It’s not personal, it’s just business.” But how can we evolve humanity if we conflate community, networking, and business as mere tools for financial gain?

What if we reframe these concepts?

  • Community: communing in unity or common union.
  • Networking: working within an interconnected system.
  • Business: a sense of appropriate busy-ness.

This perspective aligns more closely with nature’s interconnected systems, reminiscent of William Blake’s observation: “A bird builds a nest, a spider a web, and man (human) friendships.”

Humans need to cultivate sound relationships to build a strong foundation – a true community. A relationship based on commodity is self-serving, while one based on community is about being of service.

We must shift from asking “What’s in it for me?” to embrace the power of real community. When we connect to the light of Unity within our community, all other agendas fall away. Relationships, friendships, and community are essential; we can’t navigate life without them. They sustain the connective life force within and around us – our true currency.

Only together can we create a new story for humanity. Growing through our differences fosters unity, yielding something far greater than any commodity. We were never meant to do it alone, nor was it ever about the love of money. When we fully experience our profound interconnectedness, we’ll remember that together, we are the abundance we seek.
