The Sacred Path of Growth

Lessons in Openness, Relationships, and Joyful Living

This is also a message to myself—a good reminder to walk the sacred path with an open heart and a teachable spirit.

Life is your ever-evolving teacher, gently showing you that you’re always a student. Staying teachable means being open to the lessons life offers, no matter how unexpected or humbling. You don’t know everything, nor are you always right.

By releasing your need for certainty or control, you create space for growth, understanding, and transformation.

Love and Connection

A key part of this journey is learning to honour your place in the lives of others without overextending yourself. Love and connection are sacred, but not every relationship will reflect the same depth of feeling on both sides. Recognize that not everyone will hold you in their heart the way you hold them—and that’s okay. This realisation frees you to love authentically and cherish connections that flow naturally, without attachment or the need for validation.

If you want to experience true happiness, you must release expectations and take full responsibility for your own journey.

Choose Gratitude

Joy comes when you choose gratitude for the blessings already present in your life and let go of the illusion that others are responsible for your fulfilment. When you ground yourself in self-accountability and embrace the present moment, you align with life’s natural flow and discover lasting peace.

Dive A Little Deeper

  • How often do you allow life to teach you something new?
  • When was the last time you surrendered the need to always be “right”?
  • Are there relationships in your life where you’re holding on too tightly, hoping for a connection that isn’t being fully returned?

Consider what expectations you might be placing on others—how would your life shift if you released them? What would it feel like to take full responsibility for your happiness?

Could you make gratitude your default state, even when life doesn’t meet your ideals?

This sacred path invites you—and me—to open our hearts, honour the truth in our relationships, and embody joy through gratitude and self-responsibility.

By walking this path, we rise into the fullness of our divine wisdom.

Divine Love Within and Among Us

Hello, beautiful Souls,

We are now in December, the month of the Alchemist archetype and the light of Shekinah in the Living Goddess Code, which prompted me to share the power of sacred connection with you.

The Holy Spirit and The Shekinah

There is a sacred promise etched into the very core of our existence—a promise of love that transcends time and space, living on within us and radiating outward when we come together. This promise is embodied in the Holy Spirit, the breath of divine love that sustains us, guides us, and ignites a spark of unity whenever two or more gather. And it is made even more wondrous through the presence of the Shekinah, the divine feminine expression of God’s glory. Together, the Holy Spirit and the Shekinah weave a sacred love that fills our hearts and transforms every gathering into a sanctuary of grace and light.

The Flame of the Holy Spirit and the Light of the Shekinah

At the heart of who we are, the Holy Spirit dwells as divine love—a constant source of light and renewal. This presence is the sacred pulse of our Soul, an unbreakable connection to the divine that whispers encouragement, inspires hope, and invites us to see ourselves as beloved reflections of the Creator’s love. The Shekinah, as the indwelling presence of the divine feminine, is the warmth of this love made manifest, the gentle touch of compassion that soothes and uplifts. Together, they are both flame and light—the Holy Spirit’s powerful fire that ignites change and the Shekinah’s soft glow that nurtures our hearts and all life.

The Shekinah is the beauty of the Creator’s presence that dwells among us, gracing our lives with moments of profound tenderness, awe, and revelation. To feel the Holy Spirit within is to be empowered by divine strength, and to feel the Shekinah is to be wrapped in the embrace of Divine Love. This dual presence reminds us that we are both called to be bold and to be gentle, to lead and to nurture, and to honour the sacred within ourselves and each other.

Where Two or More Gather, the Holy Spirit and the Shekinah Flourish

When two or more gather, divine love magnifies. The Holy Spirit flows through our connections, weaving us together in unity, while the Shekinah graces these moments with beauty, compassion, and light. This sacred merging transforms gatherings into holy ground—spaces where healing, celebration, and transformation become possible.

Think of the moments when shared laughter brings warmth to your chest or when collective tears give way to a sense of deep connection. These are expressions of the Holy Spirit and the Shekinah’s love in action. The Holy Spirit’s power energizes our bonds, and the Shekinah’s beauty soothes our hearts, creating a harmony that reflects the divine within us. In these sacred encounters, we are reminded that we are not separate; we are one, bound together by a love that transcends all barriers.

Embodying Divine Love: A Call of the Holy Spirit and the Shekinah

The Holy Spirit and the Shekinah invite us to embody divine love in all we do. The Holy Spirit’s presence challenges us to act with faith, love, and truth. It compels us to be the mind, heart, voice, hands and feet of divine love, bringing light into every dark corner.

At the same time, the Shekinah calls us to embody divine grace—to comfort, to nurture, and to stand as beacons of peace and hope.

Together, they call us to be love in a world that often forgets how to love. To respond to this call is to let the presence of these sacred forces shine through our words, actions, and every gathering. Divine love does not turn away from pain; it steps in with open arms, ready to comfort and heal. When we come together, we amplify each other’s gifts, creating a divine love that changes everything it touches.

A Sacred Promise Fulfilled Through Beauty and Presence

The promise of the Holy Spirit and the Shekinah is that we are never alone. Divine love lives on in our hearts, shaping us into reflections of the divine and binding us together in every gathering. In moments of joy, these archetypal energies celebrate with us. In times of sorrow, they offer solace. When we gather in their presence, we create sacred spaces where healing, transformation, and unity flourish.

Let us open ourselves to the beauty of the Shekinah and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit.

And as we move through this Holiday Season (Holy-Days) may we carry this divine love within us always. And remember that, when two or more gather, divine love is magnified—a radiant flame and a soft light, guiding us, sustaining us, and reminding us of the sacred connection we share.

Together, we are living vessels of this divine love, ready to bring light, healing, and boundless beauty to the world.

Living Life As A Prayer

Hello beautiful Souls,

Today I am talking about embracing every breath and action as sacred…

There is a powerful stillness that arises when we pause to honour our lives as a sacred journey, woven with intention and depth. To live life as a prayer is to cultivate an existence that transcends the ordinary and tunes into the spiritual rhythm of every heartbeat, breath, and moment. It asks us to transform everyday into a meaningful meditation, that invites a heart-centred surrender to the Divine Living Presence that connects us all.

Life as a Living Prayer

In my book The Living Goddess Code, I often speak of archetypes and their potent guidance on our path. So, when we embody the archetype of the Sacred Vessel, we understand that our life is meant to channel energy, intention, and light. Each word we speak, each action we take, and every intention we set carries the potential to be a prayer in motion. It is the conscious act of weaving spirit and humanity together.

How can we step into this way of being?

It starts by choosing to see life’s moments—every mundane task, every challenging confrontation, every beautiful interaction—as opportunities to align our actions with the purity of our heart’s intentions. Imagine speaking to someone not out of habit or reactivity, but with the same care and reverence you would hold in a moment of devotion. Our words, then, are offerings; our silences become sacred space; our work becomes service to something greater.

Life as a Meditation

Meditation is often perceived as only something we do in stillness, eyes closed, away from the noise of the world. But what if we expanded our view of meditation beyond isolated moments of practice?

Living Attributes Typology invites us to see our archetypes—be it the Healer, the Mentor, the Queen, the Humanitarian or the Visionary—as active participants in our daily lives.

Just as meditation brings us back to our breath and presence, we can bring ourselves back to our archetypal essence, moving with purpose, speaking with courage, and living with compassion.

To live life as a meditation means we invite a state of inner awareness into all that we do. Whether washing dishes or guiding a meeting, there is a presence that we enter—a deep knowing that the sacred flows through our very hands and thoughts. It is through this attentiveness that the extraordinary blossoms from the ordinary.

Surrendering to Source

For many of us, surrender is not a familiar practice; it can feel vulnerable, even frightening. In our past life and future life integration workshops, participants often encounter the deeper wisdom carried by letting go—they move from control to trust, from ego to essence and allowing their larger story to emerge and move through them.

When we surrender to Source and the weaving of story, we give ourselves permission to be guided by something greater than our immediate thoughts, fears, or expectations. Learning to Surrender is to flow with the divine current and allow life’s twists and turns to be what they are meant to be—a part of our unfolding.

Surrendering in every moment calls for us to anchor ourselves in faith. This is the faith that when we trust and let go of forcing outcomes, something infinitely wiser moves in us. It may ask us to rest instead of push, to say yes to opportunities that defy logic, or to embrace endings as sacred transformations. This surrender does not weaken us; rather, it strengthens our connection to the source that nurtures, protects, and enlivens every breath we take.

Living and Embodying Our Light

The path of light leadership and life as a prayer leads us to a deeper embodiment of our own divinity. In my book Light Leadership, I explore how conscious leadership is not about control but about illuminating others and ourselves. When we embody light, we become living prayers for ourselves and our community. Every choice we make becomes a beacon of love, authenticity, and wisdom.

When we, come together at our Temple Green Gatherings, we weave these concepts together—encouraging each other to live our life as a meditation, surrendering, and honouring the sacred connection we share with nature and each other.

I invite you to see this day—this very moment—as an opportunity to experience your life as a prayer. Allow your heart’s intentions to flow through your actions. Let each breath you take carry the blessing of peace and gratitude. Surrender what no longer serves, and watch how life, in all its grace and uncertainty, becomes a prayer answered.

This is my origin story…

I remember the moment I understood with renewed clarity that this was not just another life—it was a continuation of a journey far greater than I could have imagined. This wasn’t simply a fleeting existence, bound by the limitations of time. My life as Sophia Elara became a reawakening of an ancient purpose, one that reached across eons, across dimensions. This life was a thread woven into the vastness of creation, a continuation of a story that began long before I was born into physical form. It was a past life, yet it defined my very essence.

I had once existed in a realm far from Planet Earth, in a place of pure light, a place called Cyanamere.

Cyanamere was unlike any world known to humankind. It was not a star, nor a sun, nor a moon. It was an inter-dimensional gateway, a vast, swirling portal of radiant energy that connected worlds and realms across the universe. It was both a beginning and an end, a place where creation breathed life into existence, where time moved in spirals and loops, not in straight lines. There, I lived among beings who shared my light, my essence. We were known as the Shining Ones—children of the light, vessels of the divine, tasked with a sacred purpose that spanned the cosmos.

We were luminous beings, our forms glowing with a soft, pearlescent radiance. It was not the kind of light that burned or dazzled, but one that comforted, healed, and embraced. The light that flowed through us was not just an external glow; it was the very substance of our being. We were expressions of the Divine Source, interconnected with every living thing, every star, and every element in the cosmos. This light was life itself, the breath of the Creator, moving through us and extending outward across time and space.

The energy we carried was sacred. We were not mere vessels of light, but co-creators of reality. We healed, we formed, we infused the universe with divine intention. This power, this energy, was governed by the Light Laws—sacred principles that formed the foundation of all creation. These were not rules imposed upon us, but the fabric of existence itself. Benevolence, Truth, Unity, and other laws were the threads that held the universe together, the codes through which all things came into being.

They were divine blueprints, etched into the stars and into our very souls. At the center of our existence was M’SHO, the Most Sacred and Holy Oneness, the radiant source of all wisdom and love. M’SHO was both a part of us and beyond us, a being of infinite light who guided us with a presence so gentle—It was M’SHO who created us, not just as individual beings but as living expressions of divine purpose. Each of us carried within our higher hearts a unique story, a mission that was destined to unfold over countless lifetimes, across the expanse of time and space.

I can still feel the resonance of the day when M’SHO summoned us to the central basin of Cyanamere. The very air shimmered with a blissfullness, and the light around us pulsed in harmony with the celestial rhythms. We gathered in silence, knowing that something important was about to be revealed. As we stood there, still and expectant, M’SHO’s presence filled the space even more. This light enveloped us, sinking deep into the core of our being, and embedding a message of profound significance into our hearts.

M’SHO spoke not in words, but in a vibration that echoed through the soul. Each note of this celestial language was a wave of creation, shaping our thoughts, our feelings, and our understanding. We were called—each of us—to leave our home of Cyanamere, to journey into realms where the light had dimmed, where the divine energy had been forgotten. M’SHO spoke of worlds lost in shadow, where beings had become disconnected from their sacred essence, where the natural flow of energy had become blocked and stagnant.

We were not to go as saviours but as guides. We were to bring light not through force, but through awakening. Our mission was to remind the souls of these realms of the divine light that still lived within them, to help them remember their connection to their Divine Source. This was our encoded duty, our collective divine purpose.

Yet, M’SHO did not hide the truth of what lay ahead. Some beings thrived in darkness and sought to keep the light from returning. The Shadow Dwellers, from the distant world of Tellimar, were servants of the Dark Masters, entities who had long ago turned away from the light in pursuit of power and control. These beings thrived on chaos, on the severing of the natural bonds that linked all life to the divine. Whenever the light grew strong, they sought to extinguish it. Whenever healing began, they moved to disrupt it. M’SHO warned us that we would face their resistance, that they would try to sever our connection to the cosmic web; the Divine Living Presence and Living Goddess a web of energy that sustained all creation.

But we had been prepared. M’SHO had placed within our higher hearts the codes of creation: the 12 Sacred Numeric Codes, the 12 Sensations, the 12 Light Laws, and much more. These codes were more than knowledge—they were living blueprints of divine energy, etched into the very fabric of our being. They would guide us through the physical realms, through the sliding bands of time and space, ensuring that we would always find our way back to the light, no matter how far we travelled.

My role, my divine purpose, was revealed to me that day. I was to be a Cultivator of Beauty and Light Bearer; a being whose essence was attuned to opening blocked pathways and clearing congested energy that kept souls from connecting with their divine truth. I could awaken what had been forgotten, to release the ancient memories trapped within the hearts of beings lost in shadow. My gift was not merely about healing wounds—it was to awaken the divine light that still lived within all beings, no matter how deeply it had been buried.; This was the authentic source of healing.

The weight of this responsibility was immense, yet I also felt a deep peace settle over me. I knew this was my purpose and my collective mission. I had prepared for it over countless light cycles. I had honed my ability to perceive the flow of energy, to see where it had become blocked or distorted.

Now, I was ready to take this gift into the other worlds that needed it most.

I was not alone, for by my side was my trusted companion Ruan, a Lioness that could also turn into a Lion at will. She was more than a guide—she was a reflection of the strength, perseverance, and leadership that I carried within me. Her animal wisdom was vast, and her presence a steady reminder that even in the face of great darkness, the light within us was always stronger. Ruan taught me that true leadership was not about domination or control, but about trust—trust in the flow of creation, trust in the divine purpose that lived within every being. Trust was indeed my true power.

As I moved through the realms, through countless lifetimes and incarnations, there were moments when I forgot the full scope of my mission. The physical worlds could be heavy, and dense with the energy of separation. The memories of Cyanamere, of the M’SHO, would sometimes fade into the background. Yet, even in those moments of forgetfulness, the codes embedded in my higher heart always guided me back. They were like a divine compass, always pointing me toward the light, reminding me of my true purpose.

The journey was not without its challenges. There were worlds where the shadows were so thick that the light seemed a distant memory. Some beings resisted the awakening, and clung to the darkness out of fear, out of a belief that the light was something to be feared. But even in those moments, I learned that the light never forced itself. It waited, patient and loving, for the right moment to be embraced.

With each lifetime, I grew. With each encounter, I learned more about the nature of creation and the delicate balance between light and shadow. I began to understand that my journey was not just about awakening others—it was also about awakening deeper layers within myself. The more I helped others reconnect to their divine essence, the more I remembered my own.

This is my origin story—the story of a past life that continues to shape who I am today. I am a Shining One, a Light Bearer, and my journey is far from over. My mission, encoded deep within my higher heart, continues to unfold, guiding me ever forward toward the light of M’SHO, toward the fulfillment of a prophecy that was written in the stars long before this time began. I am here to bring light to the darkest places, to awaken beings to their divine nature, and to ensure that the cosmic web of life remains intact, for the sake of all creation.

And so, I continue. I journey through worlds and lifetimes, knowing that wherever there is darkness, the light will always find a way to shine. For in the heart of every being, at the core of every star, the light of the Divine Source burns eternally, waiting to be remembered.

Community vs Commodity

Hello beautiful Souls,

Today, I’d like to share the concept of community versus commodity, particularly in the context of friendships and relationships.

First, it’s crucial to define what friendship means to you personally. For me, it aligns with the attributes of my Visionary archetype: Beauty, Purity, Clarity, Dignity, Mindfulness, Wisdom, and Celebration. The word “Quality” encapsulates all these attributes. Every relationship in my life must resonate with this essence.

Of course, perspectives on friendships and community vary. Some view them as simple social interactions for enjoyment, others as a means to contribute to humanity, and some, unfortunately, see them as commodities.

A commodity, by definition, is something useful that can be turned to commercial or other advantages. This mindset, I believe, stems from traditional business culture, perpetuating the fallacy that “It’s not personal, it’s just business.” But how can we evolve humanity if we conflate community, networking, and business as mere tools for financial gain?

What if we reframe these concepts?

  • Community: communing in unity or common union.
  • Networking: working within an interconnected system.
  • Business: a sense of appropriate busy-ness.

This perspective aligns more closely with nature’s interconnected systems, reminiscent of William Blake’s observation: “A bird builds a nest, a spider a web, and man (human) friendships.”

Humans need to cultivate sound relationships to build a strong foundation – a true community. A relationship based on commodity is self-serving, while one based on community is about being of service.

We must shift from asking “What’s in it for me?” to embrace the power of real community. When we connect to the light of Unity within our community, all other agendas fall away. Relationships, friendships, and community are essential; we can’t navigate life without them. They sustain the connective life force within and around us – our true currency.

Only together can we create a new story for humanity. Growing through our differences fosters unity, yielding something far greater than any commodity. We were never meant to do it alone, nor was it ever about the love of money. When we fully experience our profound interconnectedness, we’ll remember that together, we are the abundance we seek.

Participating with Purpose #1

Life presents us with so many competing demands that any thought toward a larger purpose gets lost in a storm of “but how”. Our days are consumed by chores: taking care of our body, our family, our job, and our possessions. We talk to people without really connecting and remaining spare time often dissipates into our favored distractions.

The meaning of any act no matter how small is derived from having a purpose. But we tend to lose touch with the purpose of what we do. We often fall into the routine of details, not relating to how the job serves society. We respond to the needs of the moment or the day, letting the opportunities of our life just slip away.

A spiritual path though aligns us with the great purpose of the universe.

Although we remain only dimly aware of that purpose, something tells us that when we practice being present, do our prayer/meditation, practice compassion and actively seek wisdom, we simultaneously serve both our own purpose and a greater purpose. The truth of purpose goes even further; one could say that the Creator is the purpose, a profound mountain of purpose behind the cosmos, a purpose that creates and sustains the universe and us. Through our spiritual practice, our creative work, our acts of love, kindness, peace, and responsibility, we participate directly in that great purpose of The Divine Living Presence.

Are we connected to our purpose while standing in line at the checkout? We need to feed our family, be kind to others and be fully present with people, so I guess the answer is yes. Living with intention connects us with a greater intention; the Divine Living Presence intention, which is where we find meaning, this includes the meaning of each moment of our life. Participating with purpose brings about a confidence that what you do matters, that your inner work matters beyond yourself. Participating with purpose brings with it a happy and meaningful life.

Stay tuned for my following post – Participating with Purpose #2
