It is unity that we celebrate this month, recognizing its impact on our lives and the world at large. As we delve into the essence of unity, we find that it is intrinsically connected to another powerful force – gratitude.
Gratitude: The Cornerstone of Unity
At the heart of unity lies gratitude, a deep appreciation for the blessings and connections that enrich our lives. Gratitude is not merely a fleeting emotion; it is a way of life, a lens through which we perceive the world. When we cultivate gratitude, we acknowledge the abundance around us, fostering a sense of contentment and fulfilment. It is this contentment that allows us to reach out to others, to bridge the gaps that divide us and embrace the ties that bind us.
Why Do We Need Gratitude and Unity?
In a world often marred by division and discord, gratitude and unity are the guardians of hope. Gratitude teaches us to cherish the present moment and enjoy the simplest things. Our Point in the Heart is the Light placed there by the Creator and is hidden by our many human desires; Until we can surrender our egotistic desires and embrace our altruistic desire by merging with the Creator. – Here is my discovery about that journey.
My Point of Light in my heart took me to Paris.
Our connection and gifts are unexpectedly revealed to us at a particular point in time and for a specific reason. These extraordinary encounters remind us of the power and brilliance of The Divine Living Presence: Bestowing upon us our unique configuration of the Light, a blessing and expression of our Soul’s imprint onto this world. Reminding us of the perfection of the Divine Light within us, and revealing the most precious thing we will ever have; Our Light.
This photo is so precious to me because it’s precisely one of those amazing points in time; a few years have passed since this photo – but many more divine jewels have now come to Light because of that point in my and point in time.
When we don’t truly value our gifts, we are demonstrating to the world of Light (the upper world), also known as the ‘Field of Possibility’, the ‘Field of Intent’ or the ‘Quantum Field’ – that we don’t value the true nature of the Creator or Mother -Father God –. We then become disconnected or remain disconnected and live a life of repeated suffering.In that one moment, that one elated and profound moment, I was experiencing an exclusive and intimate union with my God.
I mindfully use the words exclusive and intimate because they are precisely the way to describe the experience that created the full and sparkling reveal of my gifts at that moment. It was like I was 200% present; when you are that present, all is revealed, even the Creator. I had to turn out the window and commune with my maker.
Looking out the window, I said, “Dear God, I am so truly and deeply grateful to have been given such a blessed life. Glory be to thee in the highest.” And So It Is. I now know what was occurring at that moment was a significant process of “correcting and transforming”; this surrendering to the Light was recalibrating my life forever. Many life experiences were healed right then, and all my inherent gifts were revealed and activated.

I’ve safeguarded this wisdom since 1991. The knowledge was bestowed upon me through a single, uncomplicated message—an inner voice conveyed, “Your purpose is to assist in the transition from the 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension and beyond.” And that was the entirety of it. – I didn’t understand the depth of the message at the time.
However, I believe this present era is profoundly linked to this message and why I am sharing these insights with you today.
Life is an incredible journey of self-discovery and growth, a path that winds through various dimensions of reality. Beautiful soul, if you are reading this a profound transformation awaits as you move from the familiar 3D realm to the expansive realms of 5D and beyond. This journey is about transcending and connecting deeply with your essence – Your Higher Self.
Archetypal Patterning: The Compass on Your Journey
Fortunately, as you embark on this profound transition, sacred symbols and archetypal patterns emerge as guiding lights. These timeless symbols and archetypes help you navigate the complexities of your inner landscapes, guiding you towards unity, wholeness, and self-discovery. The Hero archetype reminds you of your innate courage, the Visionary archetype encourages you to seek clarity and vision from within, and the Teacher archetype inspires you to embrace truth, compassion and connection.
3D Reality: The Material Realm
In a 3D reality, life revolves around tangible and material aspects. 3D is the realm where you experience physical sensations, emotions, and interactions with the physical world. While it’s an essential foundation for your journey, it can often feel limiting as you become entangled in ego-driven desires and external validations. You may chase success, possessions, and external approval, losing touch with the depths of your true self and purpose.
4D Reality: The Realm of Transformation
As you begin to transcend the confines of 3D, you enter the 4D reality, a realm of transition and transformation. Time is perceived differently here, and your awareness expands beyond the material world. This dimension encourages you to explore your emotions, relationships, and personal growth. It’s a space where you confront your inner struggles, heal past wounds, and seek a deeper understanding of your purpose. The journey in 4D is like peeling back the layers of an onion, revealing the core of your authentic self.
5D Reality and Beyond: Unveiling Unity and Oneness
The threshold of the 5D reality marks a significant leap in your journey. Here, you are invited to merge with your Higher Self – the purest expression of your soul. This dimension transcends time and space, inviting you to experience life through a new lens.
The 5D reality can be characterized by the following:
Unity Consciousness: You recognize the interconnectedness of all beings and the universe. The illusion of separation dissolves as you feel a profound sense of oneness with everything around you.
Heart-Centred Living: Love becomes the guiding force in your life. Decisions are made from a place of compassion and understanding rather than ego-driven desires. – Leading to the union of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within you.
Intuitive Wisdom: Your intuition becomes a powerful tool as you tap into a higher level of knowing. You trust your inner guidance and allow it to lead you on your path.
Manifestation: In the 5D reality, your thoughts and intentions manifest more rapidly. The fifth dimension calls for a heightened awareness of your thoughts and emotions, encouraging you to align with pure attention, clarity of intention and true prosperity.
Transcendence of Fear: Fear loses its grip as you understand it as an illusion. You embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and expansion.
Merging with Your Higher Self: A Soulful Journey
As you navigate these dimensions, the heart of your journey is merging with your Higher Self.
The Higher Self, Luminous Self or Radiant Self is not an external entity but the purest reflection of who you are – your soul’s essence. It’s the unfiltered source of wisdom, love, and guidance that resides with you.
This merging requires:
Inner Reflection: Take time to go deep into meditation, self-reflection, and contemplation. Listen to the whispers of your heart and silence the noise of the external world.
Self-Love: Embrace yourself fully, with all your imperfections and strengths. Nurture a loving relationship with yourself, as you would with a dear friend.
Letting Go: Release attachments to limiting beliefs, fears, and past traumas that no longer serve you. Create space within for your Higher Self to shine through.
Open Your Heart: Approach life with an open heart, cultivating compassion, joy, gratitude, and forgiveness.
Intentions and Alignment: Set intentions that resonate with your hearts desires and align your thoughts, emotions, and actions to manifest them.
The journey from 3D to 5D and beyond invites you to reach your highest potential. It’s a dance of transformation, self-discovery, and unity – and ultimately, it’s an auspicious journey of merging with your Higher Self.And as you embrace this soulful path, remember you are never alone.
Your Higher Self is always guiding you, urging you to spread your wings and embrace the limitless possibilities that lie ahead.
2022 is coming to a close and invites reflection and completion.
This year has presented me with several powerful and clarifying experiences. Each of these experiences held lessons and blessings around these three themes and concepts –
Alignment
The act of aligning or state of being aligned. The proper positioning or adjustment in alignment with my true purpose.
Adjustment
The act or process of stating, correcting and modifying.
Affirmation
Asserting and affirming my new state of being to be a true and positive action.
This three-fold theme was present and persistent in 2022. – Even though it felt very challenging, I knew this triple-A process was forging a new version of myself.
This year has shown me my ability to recognise and act when things feel out of alignment and how making the appropriate adjustments allowed for the energy to flow to myself and anything I was working on.
With every decision, I decided to draw a line in the sand and express my authenticity, this created an appropriate environment affirming my actions and true nature.
So, I must give thanks for all 2022 has asked of me. Each decision and act has made me show up and honour my mission and purpose in this lifetime.
At the end of 2012 after 12 months of facilitating a group of amazing women, I witnessed a new style of leadership and now 10 years on, at the end of 2022 I realise I am living my new version of this New Style of Leadership; Light Leadership. I believe Light Leadership demonstrates social and spiritual synergy.
The Light Leader focuses on staying in a unity-based context, which defines and gives structure to the role of the Light Leader as a co-creator and community builder. I use the term co-creator not only as co-creating with others but also co-creating with the Divine Living Presence.
I know the first step in becoming a Light Leader is saying YES to the call…
I know that social and spiritual awareness is one of the same and plays a large part in being an effective leader. And even though I said yes to the call many years ago, I can feel a new level of conviction rising within me, as a social and spiritual human being.
Here are definitions, which I believe are how many people view the idea of being social and spiritual today.
Definition – Social
About being devoted to, or characterized by friendly companionship or relations.Living or inclined to live in companionship with others or a community, rather than in isolation.The welfare, and relations of human beings in a community.
Definition – Spiritual
Relating to, consisting of, or having the nature of spirit; not tangible or material. About having a spirit or soul, different from the physical nature.Having a relationship based on a profound level of mental or emotional unity, a refined and higher quality of emotions and actions.
Social and Spiritual Synergy is at the heart of every Light Leader, creating long-term effective change.
Social and Spiritual
I believe the connection between Social and Spiritual awareness is an integral part of our human experience, we are much more than our immediate world of material matter, we are also made up of our inner more sensitive world of emotions, which are connected to our thoughts, feelings, desires, and visions for a promising future.
However, when I start to talk in these terms, people often become dismissive, defensive, and disagreeable. Perhaps that’s because people think we must keep social and spiritual concepts separate.
But what if keeping them separate has created many of the hardships we are facing today? I believe there is no separation between social and spiritual; unfortunately, humanity is repeatedly creating this illusion of separation, which is accelerating our current unstable reality.
My role as a Light Leader requires bringing these two worlds/realities; social and spiritual together. It doesn’t involve becoming a preacher or religious person. All it requires is the desire to cultivate a promising future for humanity, one where both social and spiritual needs are met and respected. It is acknowledging, honouring, and participating in the process of creation…
Every culture throughout early civilization was centred on a creation myth of some kind.
A creation myth (or creation story) is a cultural, traditional or religious myth, which describes the earliest beginnings of the present world. Creation myths are the most common form of myth, usually developing first in oral traditions, and are found throughout human culture.
A creation myth is usually regarded as conveying profound truths, although not necessarily in a historical or literal sense. And then there are cosmology myths, which describe the ordering of the cosmos from a state of chaos or nothingness.
What I am suggesting is that human culture was originally based on concepts, like social and spiritual connection. This is not a new or unusual concept; perhaps we have just forgotten the nature of our origins and adopted a more hedonistic mindset and need to evolve our awareness to be Benevolent and Holistic. I’m not saying we need to return to ancient practices, but rather we can draw on these useful concepts.
Here are three simple definitions that I believe are aligned with the Light Leadership model. I see the concept and application of social and spiritual creation and co-creation as valuable tools in our world today.
Definition – Creation
The act or process of creating.Something that has been brought into existence or created.The act of creating or engendering; give rise to.
These neutral definitions of creation also provide a great platform from which to form a new and stronger style of leadership. The idea of creation is the combination of being in the continuous process of social and spiritual activity.
Humans are creations themselves, so the process of becoming socially and spiritually creative enhances our ability to create even more. Creating a new, creating together, creating social systems and creating spiritually sound relationships.
This is how we grow a vibrant and creative new humanity. – I don’t see an end to the process, but rather it requires a commitment to stay in the process until your time is up; your life cycle is complete. Perhaps we need to stay in a continuous process of creation for the new humanity to remain just that; it must always stay in a state of new.
So, in summary, I know social and spiritual are one of the same and do need to co-exist. We require social structures with a sound unity-based context, for the refined qualities of our human spirit to be creative and fully expressed.
Being openly social and spiritual is my real quest and mission.
My work is not mainstream, yet. However, for Social and Spiritual Synergy to be accepted in our world I must express my own social and spiritual authenticity.
As a Light Leader, I am committed to maintaining and repairing the social and spiritual fabric of our humanity. And as a Light Leader, I am prepared to stay in the process of alignment, adjustment and affirmation of my co-creation for as long as it takes.
I continue to believe if I’m able to observe the perfected patterns of nature; Creation, desirable results will form organically and the true nature of success will take up its rightful place in the minds and hearts of community and humanity.
Hope is my Leadership and it’s fuelled by my conviction to serve something greater than myself, with which I am also aligned. People often think hope is for the naive or unworldly, but I know hope is for the brave-hearted.
It is the North Star of my authentic leadership because my ancestor’s hope lives on in the heart of my true nature. – All I need to do is to show up and be me!
