What if the ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE?

Is the Vibration of LOVE Simply the Coherence of Creation?

Often, we limit our understanding of “Love” to romantic relationships. But what if Love is something far greater—an all-pervasive, living energy that surrounds our planet and fuels the very act of creation? We know that heart-to-heart connections generate unity, but Love, in its highest form, is a co-creative force—far beyond the unconscious act of reproduction.

What if every connection we make is, in essence, a loving relationship? The depth of Love we invest in our vocations, our purpose, and our daily experiences fuels not only our creativity but the very essence of our existence.

We all have access to this boundless, powerful energy, yet we often fear it. The frequency of Love touches every aspect of life—our families, friendships, work, passions, environment, and even our relationship with the planet itself. We continually express what we love and what we resist. But what if Love is more than an emotion—what if it is the very substance that sustains the universe?

Could it be that what we call GOD is simply the force of Love itself? And that we are naturally wired to create coherence—to generate more Love, more Light, more of the divine essence that I call The Christos Sophia?

Throughout life, we oscillate between two fundamental energies: Love, which equates to LIFE and LIGHT, and Fear, which can manifests as DEATH and DARKNESS. But is it truly Love that we fear? Or is it our own resistance to Life and Light? For some, it seems easier to remain disconnected from Love, Light, and the Divine, rather than surrender to a frequency so powerful that it might actually be sustaining the entire cosmos.

For me, my guiding mantra is this: “I Love The Christos Sophia First.”

When I say these words, something profound happens:

  • First, I feel an instant connection to a source that loves me unconditionally.
  • Then, I feel a deep acceptance of myself and greater compassion for others.
  • Next, I sense a powerful assurance that all things good flow from this connection.
  • Finally, I intuitively know that this feeling generates more Love, more Light, more divine presence.

Perhaps the alchemy of turning lead into gold is simply a metaphor for perfecting Love—both within and without. It is the divination of matter and spirit, the merging of the human with the divine.

This understanding is not foreign to artists, visionaries, and creators. When we immerse ourselves in the process of bringing something new into existence, we form a sacred bond with it—we Love it into being. And through that Love, we seek perfection, wholeness, and expression.

This “becoming one with” is the essence of true alchemy. It is the sacred formula of transformation, requiring surrender—both of the Self and to Love itself. A true alchemist must undergo sacrifice, purification, and release of the ego-self, for at the heart of Great Work lies a singular truth:

Artist: Federico Infante

The ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE

It is the science of the Soul, the bridge between humanity and divinity, the understanding of the nature of the cosmos, the earth, and the human spirit.

For millennia, the sages, saints, and shamans have sought to harness this power—giving it names, rituals, and symbols. But in essence, they were all discovering the same truth: Love is the greatest force of all.

And this power is not beyond us—it is within us. We are hardwired to generate this miraculous force. Perhaps the ancients were right when they taught: “We must Love and acknowledge our Source first, above all else.”

It makes perfect sense. If we were created by a force fueled by Love, of course, we would Love that Source first.

Answering the Call of Authentic Spiritual Leadership

We are living in a world where the voices of self-proclaimed spiritual influencers often drown out the essence of true guidance, stepping into your role as a spiritual mentor or healer can feel overwhelming.

The pull of fame, fortune, and superficiality sometimes overshadows the deeper purpose of this sacred path. Yet, in the midst of the noise, your unique calling to serve as a beacon of light has never been more essential. With over three decades of experience in transformation and mentorship, I thought it wise to share some of my own insights.

Navigating the Illusion of the Self

One of the greatest challenges in this digital age is the temptation to centre our work around image and persona. Social media, while connecting us, has also created a void within many—one that seeks validation, recognition, and belonging. The more we focus on curating a digital version of ourselves, the further we risk straying from our source of spiritual truth and the people we are meant to guide.

Let Authenticity Be Your North Star

Among the endless posts and reels competing for attention, authenticity remains your greatest guide. True spiritual mentorship isn’t about outshining others or building a following—it’s about radiating genuine purpose and helping others connect with their inner light. The real power of a mentor lies in their ability to guide, not perform.

The Wisdom Found in Real Experience

Spiritual leadership is not a quick journey to success but a path shaped by time, growth, and resilience. Your authenticity deepens with every lived experience, challenge, and triumph. It’s this depth that will resonate with those you serve. Words and actions grounded in truth and sincerity have the power to heal and inspire.

Connection Is the Key

In a world increasingly divided by politics, social tensions, and the screen-based realities of virtual life, your role as a spiritual mentor is to foster real connection. It’s about nurturing relationships, creating safe spaces for shared growth, and building a community rooted in mutual discovery and transformation.

Serving, Not Selling

Unlike the spectacle of “influencer spirituality,” your role is not to market quick-fix solutions or spiritual shortcuts. You are here to offer something deeper: the authentic journey of spiritual growth. It’s a path that challenges, transforms, and ultimately uplifts those who are willing to walk it.

As you step forward into your calling, remember that your commitment to authenticity and service will shine as a beacon of hope. Your light will guide others toward genuine spiritual awakening in a world often consumed by the superficial.

Trust in the power of your purpose, draw upon the wisdom you’ve cultivated, and let your journey stand as a testament to the beauty and truth of authentic spirituality.

Acceptance and Forgiveness

I am sure you have heard many times about how important it is to forgive. And I am sure you have experienced that it is easier said than done. So, I thought it fitting to share what I believe to be the most effective way to find the path of Acceptance Forgiveness and Self-Love.

I have experienced a number of traumatic and violent events in my early life, which I had devotedly worked on at an emotional level.

What I didn’t know was my spirit needed to witness a powerful personal re-cognising of my past before it could release its husk of former pain. I needed to know I was truly ready to move forward in my life as a new version of myself.

How I experienced the shift was through the natural but powerful release of the fear and shock that had been locked in my amazing vessel; my body. That energy was locked tight in my body for 38 years waiting for its time to be naturally released. It brought to the surface the need to Accept and Forgive. Now that didn’t mean I condone particular behaviour, what it meant was that I accept that I could NOT change the pain of my past, even though I wished I could, many times over I wanted the nightmare to just disappear.

But the truth is it did happen to me and the time had come to not brush it aside and just get on with life. No, the time had come to look at it for what it was and say, “I accept that these terrible things happened to me” because that is the truth and a reality I have to live with.

It was only then that I was able to truly forgive with every fiber of my body and being.

Here is an example of how I found my own acceptance and forgiveness; you may have a situation or someone you want to be set free from.

“I accept that I was violently attacked and sexually abused by a heartless young man when I was 16….

And I forgive him anyway.”

I also added

“I also accept that I made a series of bad choices that night…

And I forgive and love myself anyway.”

This simple but amazing process of acceptance and forgiveness gave me back my power.

This process of acceptance and forgiveness can also work well for healing the Pain Points in past life integration and new narrative therapy.

So often we give up our power – sometimes it’s in huge proportions, but most of the time it’s in many small moments, which we think won’t matter. What happens though is all those small moments add up to a mountain of your power, which is sitting somewhere with your name on it.

I invite you to take back your POWER and live a life of true acceptance, forgiveness, and self-love.

The Illusion of the Digital Persona: PART TWO

The digital world can create a compelling illusion—a carefully curated image of ourselves that we present to the online audience. We craft our posts, photos, and stories to gain likes, shares, and followers, often blurring the lines between reality and the persona we’ve created. It’s easy to get caught up in this illusion, believing that the more attention we receive, the more influential and authentic we become.

The Pitfall of Self-Admiration

One of the dangers of the digital age is the temptation to become infatuated or fascinated with our digital selves. The constant feedback loop of notifications, comments, and messages can feed our ego and create a sense of self-importance. This self-admiration can divert our attention from the genuine purpose of our spiritual journey and our role as guides and mentors.

The Loss of Connection

As we become more entranced by our digital presence, we risk losing connection—with ourselves, the Source of our spiritual wisdom, and the community we aim to serve. Proper spiritual mentorship builds meaningful relationships, fosters empathy, and supports those in need. When our digital persona bewitches us, these vital connections can erode.

Staying Grounded and Authentic

To avoid being bewitched by your digital presence, it’s essential to cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness.

Here are some practices to help you stay grounded and authentic:

  • Regular Self-Reflection: Reflect on your digital activities and their impact on your authenticity and mission. Are you staying true to your purpose or getting caught up in the numbers and superficial validation?
  • Limit Screen Time: Set boundaries for your screen time and digital interactions. Allocate specific periods for online engagement and prioritize real-life connections.
  • Mindful Posting: Before sharing content online, ask yourself if it aligns with your authentic self and your mission as a spiritual mentor. Avoid creating content solely for likes and follows.
  • Community Building: Focus on building a genuine community around your spiritual work. Engage with your audience deeply, fostering connections based on shared growth and understanding.
  • Connect with Nature: Spend time in nature to ground yourself and reconnect with the Source of your spirituality. Nature can provide valuable insights and rejuvenate your spirit.
  • Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself and recognize that, like everyone, you may be susceptible to the allure of the digital world. When you get carried away, practice self-compassion and gently guide yourself back to the real you.

Remember, your digital presence is a tool to share your wisdom and connect with others, not a stage for self-admiration. By staying mindful and grounded, you can ensure that your digital footprint reflects the essence of your spiritual journey and mentorship.

Participating with Purpose #1

Life presents us with so many competing demands that any thought toward a larger purpose gets lost in a storm of “but how”. Our days are consumed by chores: taking care of our body, our family, our job, and our possessions. We talk to people without really connecting and remaining spare time often dissipates into our favored distractions.

The meaning of any act no matter how small is derived from having a purpose. But we tend to lose touch with the purpose of what we do. We often fall into the routine of details, not relating to how the job serves society. We respond to the needs of the moment or the day, letting the opportunities of our life just slip away.

A spiritual path though aligns us with the great purpose of the universe.

Although we remain only dimly aware of that purpose, something tells us that when we practice being present, do our prayer/meditation, practice compassion and actively seek wisdom, we simultaneously serve both our own purpose and a greater purpose. The truth of purpose goes even further; one could say that the Creator is the purpose, a profound mountain of purpose behind the cosmos, a purpose that creates and sustains the universe and us. Through our spiritual practice, our creative work, our acts of love, kindness, peace, and responsibility, we participate directly in that great purpose of The Divine Living Presence.

Are we connected to our purpose while standing in line at the checkout? We need to feed our family, be kind to others and be fully present with people, so I guess the answer is yes. Living with intention connects us with a greater intention; the Divine Living Presence intention, which is where we find meaning, this includes the meaning of each moment of our life. Participating with purpose brings about a confidence that what you do matters, that your inner work matters beyond yourself. Participating with purpose brings with it a happy and meaningful life.
