What if the ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE?

Is the Vibration of LOVE Simply the Coherence of Creation?

Often, we limit our understanding of “Love” to romantic relationships. But what if Love is something far greater—an all-pervasive, living energy that surrounds our planet and fuels the very act of creation? We know that heart-to-heart connections generate unity, but Love, in its highest form, is a co-creative force—far beyond the unconscious act of reproduction.

What if every connection we make is, in essence, a loving relationship? The depth of Love we invest in our vocations, our purpose, and our daily experiences fuels not only our creativity but the very essence of our existence.

We all have access to this boundless, powerful energy, yet we often fear it. The frequency of Love touches every aspect of life—our families, friendships, work, passions, environment, and even our relationship with the planet itself. We continually express what we love and what we resist. But what if Love is more than an emotion—what if it is the very substance that sustains the universe?

Could it be that what we call GOD is simply the force of Love itself? And that we are naturally wired to create coherence—to generate more Love, more Light, more of the divine essence that I call The Christos Sophia?

Throughout life, we oscillate between two fundamental energies: Love, which equates to LIFE and LIGHT, and Fear, which can manifests as DEATH and DARKNESS. But is it truly Love that we fear? Or is it our own resistance to Life and Light? For some, it seems easier to remain disconnected from Love, Light, and the Divine, rather than surrender to a frequency so powerful that it might actually be sustaining the entire cosmos.

For me, my guiding mantra is this: “I Love The Christos Sophia First.”

When I say these words, something profound happens:

  • First, I feel an instant connection to a source that loves me unconditionally.
  • Then, I feel a deep acceptance of myself and greater compassion for others.
  • Next, I sense a powerful assurance that all things good flow from this connection.
  • Finally, I intuitively know that this feeling generates more Love, more Light, more divine presence.

Perhaps the alchemy of turning lead into gold is simply a metaphor for perfecting Love—both within and without. It is the divination of matter and spirit, the merging of the human with the divine.

This understanding is not foreign to artists, visionaries, and creators. When we immerse ourselves in the process of bringing something new into existence, we form a sacred bond with it—we Love it into being. And through that Love, we seek perfection, wholeness, and expression.

This “becoming one with” is the essence of true alchemy. It is the sacred formula of transformation, requiring surrender—both of the Self and to Love itself. A true alchemist must undergo sacrifice, purification, and release of the ego-self, for at the heart of Great Work lies a singular truth:

Artist: Federico Infante

The ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE

It is the science of the Soul, the bridge between humanity and divinity, the understanding of the nature of the cosmos, the earth, and the human spirit.

For millennia, the sages, saints, and shamans have sought to harness this power—giving it names, rituals, and symbols. But in essence, they were all discovering the same truth: Love is the greatest force of all.

And this power is not beyond us—it is within us. We are hardwired to generate this miraculous force. Perhaps the ancients were right when they taught: “We must Love and acknowledge our Source first, above all else.”

It makes perfect sense. If we were created by a force fueled by Love, of course, we would Love that Source first.

Acceptance and Forgiveness

I am sure you have heard many times about how important it is to forgive. And I am sure you have experienced that it is easier said than done. So, I thought it fitting to share what I believe to be the most effective way to find the path of Acceptance Forgiveness and Self-Love.

I have experienced a number of traumatic and violent events in my early life, which I had devotedly worked on at an emotional level.

What I didn’t know was my spirit needed to witness a powerful personal re-cognising of my past before it could release its husk of former pain. I needed to know I was truly ready to move forward in my life as a new version of myself.

How I experienced the shift was through the natural but powerful release of the fear and shock that had been locked in my amazing vessel; my body. That energy was locked tight in my body for 38 years waiting for its time to be naturally released. It brought to the surface the need to Accept and Forgive. Now that didn’t mean I condone particular behaviour, what it meant was that I accept that I could NOT change the pain of my past, even though I wished I could, many times over I wanted the nightmare to just disappear.

But the truth is it did happen to me and the time had come to not brush it aside and just get on with life. No, the time had come to look at it for what it was and say, “I accept that these terrible things happened to me” because that is the truth and a reality I have to live with.

It was only then that I was able to truly forgive with every fiber of my body and being.

Here is an example of how I found my own acceptance and forgiveness; you may have a situation or someone you want to be set free from.

“I accept that I was violently attacked and sexually abused by a heartless young man when I was 16….

And I forgive him anyway.”

I also added

“I also accept that I made a series of bad choices that night…

And I forgive and love myself anyway.”

This simple but amazing process of acceptance and forgiveness gave me back my power.

This process of acceptance and forgiveness can also work well for healing the Pain Points in past life integration and new narrative therapy.

So often we give up our power – sometimes it’s in huge proportions, but most of the time it’s in many small moments, which we think won’t matter. What happens though is all those small moments add up to a mountain of your power, which is sitting somewhere with your name on it.

I invite you to take back your POWER and live a life of true acceptance, forgiveness, and self-love.

Becoming Half Angel, Half Human

There are so many versions of what Angels are…

Are they spiritual light forms that communicate and interact with us?

Do we really have a myriad of angels serving in just about every capacity imaginable, from helping us tend to the care and health of our body, passing tests, mending relationships, cleaning up oil spills and stopping wars?

They say Angels can move through time and space, waiting for us to ask for their assistance. Perhaps they are, but it has been my experience that Angelic Forces only come into being when I am in an expanded place within myself. What I mean is I have to surrender to a source greater than myself or when I have been totally devoted to my spiritual growth.

Here is a traditional version of what Angels could be – Angels are messengers of light whom the Father/Mother God created to minister to souls on earth as their guides. (The word angel is derived from the Greek word anglos and the Latin word angelus, both meaning messenger.)

I see it like this… It’s my role to align with this divine vibration by finding the same light within my self.

What if these Angelic Forces are our future-self making contact with us in our present time. I believe Angels are specific frequencies of the divine mind and higher heart and are a bridge between the higher vibrations of The Divine Living Presence, which are accessible to human beings. While their Spirit is formless, Angels are part of the Essence of the Divine, vibrating at refined spiritual frequencies that are not usually visible. Angels are part of higher vibrations and our own divinity.

And for one purpose only, to create more life and environments through profound positive intentions, feelings, and vibrations, like LOVE. And as human beings, we are also a part of the The Divine Living Presence, because that is what created us. Hence why I refer to a woman as being a Living Goddess, the more we are able to correct and transform our light and shadow attributes, the more our Angelic nature fuses with our human nature.

When we unite with the nature of our Angels it enables them to infuse matter and human beings with the constructive qualities of divine consciousness, bringing about profound changes that can actually transform a person’s body and soul. Archetypal Forces and Angelic forces accomplish such transformations by causing activity at the molecular level that can alter matter, causing movement within the brain and nervous system that can alter the mind.

The more we correct and transform ourselves the more Archetypal Forces and Angelic Forces (Surrounding Light) are available to us.

These resulting changes are often called MIRACLES.

I invite you to watch this short video and say this prayer of power.

In the  I ______________  section say your name.

Know Yourself…

Know yourself, discover your purpose is my motto in life… because that’s when we’re more likely to trust ourselves and in turn know we can trust others.

Simply put… knowing what our true purpose is in life, helps us to keep focused.

Here are three steps to ponder around finding your purpose.

STEP 1 – What is your GIFT?

This is often something that feels very natural to you. It doesn’t have to be work-related. It could be related to a particular activity.

STEP 2 – What do you love to do most in your LIFE?

What activities give you the most pleasure; again it doesn’t have to be work-related. What do you do out of the sheer enjoyment of giving? It is usually something that you spontaneously do and doesn’t take any extreme effort.

STEP 3 – What would you like to ‘correct and transform’ in the WORLD?

What is it that occurs in our world that you feel offended or angered by or perhaps makes you feel sad? Is your disappointment connected to the environment, children, and animals or perhaps it is more community or even relationship based?

Threading these three answers together is a great way to begin the process of discovering what your true purpose could actually be.

If this is something you would like to explore more contact me and we can take the next step toward discovering your true purpose in life.

What stops your progress?

Brace yourself…

It’s Addiction!

If you want to take your life to the next level and live a larger story – Try this formula for 21 days.

  • Stop drinking alcohol
  • Stop refined sugar
  • Stop taking drugs
  • Stop binge watching
  • Stop endless social media scrolling

And REPLACE them with:

  • Start drinking more water
  • Start a daily meditation practice
  • Start a fresh food only diet
  • Start connecting to nature & people
  • Start writing down your progress

We often think we don’t have any addictions, but humans are emotional creatures that are prone to addiction because we have a deep need for connection and belonging.

And when our lack of BELONGING is triggered, we will subconsciously or consciously find substitutes to soothe our lack or loss of connection.

I have experienced my own emotional addictions and been witness to loved ones living with severe addiction since the day I was born.

And my personal discovery is everyone has different levels of addiction they must overcome to reach their true potential.

The key to overcoming an addiction is replacing it with an “authentic desire”.

What YOU are really CRAVING are these deeper human needs.

  • BELONGING
  • CONNECTION
  • LOVE
  • CREATIVITY
  • COMMUNITY

And of course, I am fully aware that our addictive behaviours can stem from past trauma, I think by now we all have an understanding of this in our modern world.

However, we must have a starting point if we want our life to change, which is where the replacement idea and action above can help.

I also call this the Correction and Transformation Process. We have to identify where we are and then make a conscious choice to replace our thoughts or feelings with a more appropriate desired outcome.  – For example, moving from feeling angry to feeling calm or moving from thoughts of blame to forgiveness.

But let’s start with doing the physical activities mentioned above. Shifting your focus will help in strengthening your ability to sustain your new reality. When you see your progress it reinforces your actions and supports you to keep going.

If this resonates with you right now – I encourage you to try it for 21 days and see how it feels to fully take your power back.

Participating with Purpose #1

Life presents us with so many competing demands that any thought toward a larger purpose gets lost in a storm of “but how”. Our days are consumed by chores: taking care of our body, our family, our job, and our possessions. We talk to people without really connecting and remaining spare time often dissipates into our favored distractions.

The meaning of any act no matter how small is derived from having a purpose. But we tend to lose touch with the purpose of what we do. We often fall into the routine of details, not relating to how the job serves society. We respond to the needs of the moment or the day, letting the opportunities of our life just slip away.

A spiritual path though aligns us with the great purpose of the universe.

Although we remain only dimly aware of that purpose, something tells us that when we practice being present, do our prayer/meditation, practice compassion and actively seek wisdom, we simultaneously serve both our own purpose and a greater purpose. The truth of purpose goes even further; one could say that the Creator is the purpose, a profound mountain of purpose behind the cosmos, a purpose that creates and sustains the universe and us. Through our spiritual practice, our creative work, our acts of love, kindness, peace, and responsibility, we participate directly in that great purpose of The Divine Living Presence.

Are we connected to our purpose while standing in line at the checkout? We need to feed our family, be kind to others and be fully present with people, so I guess the answer is yes. Living with intention connects us with a greater intention; the Divine Living Presence intention, which is where we find meaning, this includes the meaning of each moment of our life. Participating with purpose brings about a confidence that what you do matters, that your inner work matters beyond yourself. Participating with purpose brings with it a happy and meaningful life.
