We have now entered a new decade and a new way of being, which is the next stage of birthing a new humanity…

As many of you know in 2011, I seeded an idea to Birth A New Humanity through the act of Social Synergy. I invited a group of women from my community to participate in a year-long social synergy venture, which formed the Unite Your Light | New Style Leadership group. Over a 2-year period, we brought forth the energy of the Awakened Sacred Feminine – and midway of that period, on the 22nd of the 12th 2012 we held an auspicious event, Rise Up – Birthing A New Humanity, which helped to build and bed down the power of the Awakened Sacred Feminine.

We are now reminded that the birth into the Age of Aquarius officially begins with the Jupiter conjunct Saturn transit on 21st of Dec 2020. However, with any birth, the year will mean there are labour pains that need to be endured and navigated through. This year marks a significant threshold – the letting go of something old – and the birth into a new way of being.

The energy of the coming year is powerful and could be confronting for some, due to many challenges that we must all face.

In order to correct and transform the unhealthy presence and behaviour in the world that is affecting all her natural inhabitants, we must be willing to unite with each other heart to heart and spirit to spirit, for the greater good.

These celestial events will also provide powerful energy for the closure of these old ways, providing the changes required, for your heartfelt desire to move from an egotistical presence to an altruistic higher purpose that will assist you in your archetypical role in creating the world to come. Here in Australia, we have already faced enormous tests at the start of 2020 – which are helping us grow and forge an inner strength and new skill sets, that will allow us to become light-bearers in the darkness – We need to remain creative, calm, stable, peaceful and above all real. Don’t allow crisis to break your connection to your divine source – get connected and stay connected.

Be on point, be on purpose and be honest. And work with others who are aligned with your core values and who support you on your purpose and where possible, create the appropriate endeavours that will support the greater good. This is what I mean by Social and Spiritual Synergy creates Social Change.

The new-year brings with it a powerful charge as Saturn, Pluto, Ceres and Mercury are all at 22 degrees Capricorn between the 6th and 12th of January 2020 with a powerful Full Moon the 10th in Cancer that could bring the possibility of tyranny and repression. Our task though is to stay connected to the light!

For those of us with a spiritual heart and spiritual eyes, we knew this was coming, thank goodness we never knew what it would feel like before it came – because like any BIRTHING process, if we knew how incredibly painful it was going to be – we wouldn’t consent!

That’s the nature of evolution – Crisis precedes Transformation

There is the possibility that governments and corporations may express major conflict. But we must continue to hold strong with our authentic configuration of Light so that this global conflict doesn’t take effect, as the consciousness of the new humanity is not aligned with this. The possible financial collapse may result in creating other currencies, which could bypass the present corrupted financial structures.

Making way for new systems that could be applied and people could begin to create their own market places and new ways of doing business. And if the food shortages associated with extreme events continue to deepen – people may need to be more innovative and creative with ways of growing food.

Note of Encouragement – The real change and evolution will come through creative, compassionate, and intuitive human beings who are willing to work out how to best support the world and its inhabitants.

Everything will change – This is the final act in an epic true story that will affect the whole planet and everyone on it – as an individual and a species.

The 12th of January 2020 at 22 degrees Capricorn is a major part of the progressive cycles of the Saturn conjunct Pluto alignments.

This time is marking an evolutionary threshold for Humanity – It feels like a long time coming for many of us – as we rise up out of the shadowy depths of a controlling history into true prosperity that is imbued with all the inspiring possibilities of a new reality.

We’re now embarking on around 3 decades of transformation – with a combination of intense energies, which will continue until it is complete. But we must never give up! As the old ways fall and women share the balance of power in this new era, people will continue to rise up to find better ways of being in the world.

This celestial conjunction will facilitate an explosion of new ideas, technologies, and information – creating a more open, extroverted, sharing and caring society – forming a government of the people, for the people. This conjunction speaks of intense endings and rich fertility as the new breaks through to shine brightly.

The “Awakened Sacred Feminine” is here to be Seen, Felt, and Heard.

SHE brings with her the power to strengthen, encourage and deep healing through her integrity. Invite her into your life and SHE will touch your true power as a human being. My passion and mission in life are to activate in as many women as possible, their essence, their spirit, and their light. I have always been clear that this is my purpose in life, but this year I am extremely passionate and committed to empowering women at a whole new level.

I know with every fiber of my being that we can shift the dominant energy and systems, which have been suppressing women, and the unknown power and untapped inner resources that are hidden behind a veil of Spirituality, Sexuality, and Sensuality.   

Dear Goddesses,
I call on you to listen to your deep wisdom – Your people want you to shine, they want you to be all you can be. Let that which is rightfully yours come forth and bless the world. And do not worry that you’re not the same as others. For you were never meant to be… You are a Living Goddess for a reason. Live your reason, Live your Purpose. 

Know that you come from the light, and you come from the abundance of the Goddess. And that you inhabit the same heart as this Living Goddess. You can grow from her unlimited abundance. Since the Goddess is your source of light and love.

Everything you think and all the energy you release can attract Peace, Purpose, and Prosperity in all areas of your life. You don’t have to ask for anything, for you are with this abundance at all times. 

Because you are born from the same light and love of the Living Goddess, you are able to create the same beauty and abundance that the Goddess gave to us all. – And So It Is

Heart to Heart, Elizabeth Ellames

Making the SHIFT…

The key to personal development and emotional healing is to first stop and identify your negative thinking in the present moment…

It’s like this… “research suggests that if a negative or shadow attribute has presented its self as a thought or feeling and you’re able to simply recognise it and say it” – this action will instantly reduce the power or charge of that thought and feeling by 50% – This small action will shift the electrical charge away from the old “fight and flight” centre of the brain the “amygdala” to the “neocortex” part of the brain where rational thinking occurs.

So, just imagine if you replace that shadow attribute with a light attribute – Let me share with you WHY the “correct and transform” process in the Living Attributes system is so effective.

Here’s an example – You are feeling an intense amount of “blame” running in your system, about something or someone and it keeps “looping” in your mind. Looping is a term I use for something that just keeps repeating as a thought or feeling, which is, in this case, connected to the shadow attribute of “blame”.

But what if you could use a “correct and transform” process in the present moment by literally shifting your thoughts and feelings to a new mindset away from blame, to one of forgiveness?

Lets do the math – So, if you can shift your negative thinking 50% by simply identifying how you are feeling, you must be able to shift your mindset even more by offering a positive attribute as an alternative, this replacing process is going to give you at least an 80% improvement if not 100%. I’d say that’s a pretty good outcome for a significantly “small” conscious action.

And the more you are able to practice this “correct and transform” process the stronger the new neural pathways in your brain become. Image having a brain reinforced with electrons that are constantly firing away with thoughts and feelings of living a life with enthusiasm, creativity, integrity, love, hope, confidence, gratitude, kindness and forgiveness.

The real question is – “Are you ready to give up your habitual thinking, feelings, and behavior?” If you are, you will soon become the master of your thoughts and feelings.

And experience the freedom of living your larger story, one of purpose, inner peace, and fulfillment.

Have you ever wondered what makes a great Pitch? 

It’s PURPOSE!

A Purpose Pitch is created out of a passionate, creative, soul-stirring script that you share when someone asks that ever-present question… “So… what do you do”?

As many of you know I am a raving CONTEXT QUEEN, because I believe that context is the most important step in getting clear about your Life Purpose. I can’t stress this enough, because without it nothing really fits, whatever you are working on or forming must have a crystal clear CONTEXT that can confidently support whoever you want to be or whatever you choose to create.

But it can’t be like the old style elevator pitch… No Way! (boring/phony) Today your pitch has to be alive with the very essence of who you are.

It literally has to be born from your Spirit!

We now know that fully understanding your own story can build an effective personal brand, because it highlights your strengths and value as an emerging influencer.

Your ability to Dream, Create, Feel and Live your vision lives or dies on having an authentic Purpose Pitch that inspires people to think differently.

Here is my Purpose Pitch….. I love helping people connect to the value of their own STORY; their brand, their purpose.

Because that’s what I do best. I also love to partner up with people who practice adding value… through demonsrating trust and cordial collaboration.

Here is my personal formula –

My gift is… I see the Truth

What I love to do is… Conceptualize ideas spontaneously and effectively to reveal that truth, through a process of pattern recognition and trend forecasting. 

And what I am here to correct and transform in world is… Mediocrity, Mendacity and Misogyny  

It’s pretty simple I know, but that’s my Mission for sure… just let me do that and I am indeed one happy bunny. And sure, it does take a bit of discipline to arrive at that level of clarity, because it’s all about your habits, your daily practices and where you place your attention that counts – these are the things that affect how successful you are at meeting your Life Purpose.

If you set goals and then continue wasting your time on stuff that doesn’t matter and not moving your life forward… your dreams simply cannot come true. You need to birth them and that takes regular work on yourself, along with commitment and real dedication to your vocation.

Living Attributes Typology – encourages you to stay on purpose and create some new habits that will help you get to where you want to go in your life.

Unite Your Light WOMEN – at each community event, we focus on a particular “word and its meaning” and we always have a 2 min Purpose Pitch segment to participate in, along with the valuable face-to-face connecting with other like-minded women.

This is a great way of seeing if your Purpose Pitch connects with people. You begin to see what works and what doesn’t work, while still being in a safe and supportive environment.

Not the same, but equal.

I went to see this incredible and emotionally powerful movie last night, it was seven years in the making – UNITY is a new documentary that explores humanity’s hopeful transformation from living-by-killing into living-by-loving. It is a unique film about compassion for all beings, or all “expressions of life”, going beyond all “separation based on form”, and beyond perceiving opposites. Writer/Director Shaun Monson, collaborating with an astounding cast of 100 celebrity narrators (never before gathered in the history of filmmaking), presents a message of love, tragedy, and hope, all set against the backdrop of some of the most compelling 20th and 21st Century footage imaginable.

For me it was very painful on every level, my body could hardly bear the truth of where humanity still is – but I knew my spirit called me there last night to witness it, yet again.

I couldn’t just quickly flick or scroll through the images like I have learned to do on Facebook because I can’t stand the obscene cruelty in the world. I just had to sit there and honor the efforts of a fellow artist, who had the courage to show and tell a powerful story of the truth through his craft, film making.

The movie is presented in chapters, (like its predecessor EARTHLINGS) UNITY takes an in-depth look at what it truly means to be human, to be mortal, and to be incarnate in this world. The film explores our brief existence among the Cosmos (Chapter I), then moves on to the perceptions of our Mind (Chapter II), the nature of our Body (Chapter III), the infinite capacity of our Heart (Chapter IV), and ultimately to the mysterious energy of the Soul (Chapter V).

Initially, these chapters will appear unrelated to each other. But as the film progresses it becomes clear that all life is interconnected, and each chapter represents the totality of our mortal experience, which is only measured in decades.

With a cast of 100 voices all speaking as one voice, UNITY is a genuinely cinematic experience unlike any other. It is my heartfelt dream that soon, very soon we will come to experience that Diversity really does equal Dynamic.

Today I am full of Hope because that is what sustains me and aides in my quest to make a difference by simply adding true value where ever I can. #HUMAN #ANIMAL #TREE we are all family.
