What is Story?

For me, story is the architecture of life.

It’s how I understand the world, how I make meaning of my experiences, and how I witness the unfolding of my human journey. Every twist and turn in life is part of a larger narrative—crafted not only by events, but by the deeper patterns that shape who I am becoming.

Our archetypes are the architects of these stories. They design the inner landscapes of our thoughts, emotions, and values, and they influence how we express ourselves in the outer world.

I also believe that story moves through us—not just from memory or imagination, but as a living force. That’s because story contains archetypal energy. These are not simply characters or roles—we’re talking about deep, universal forces that live in the collective unconscious. They move through us to be expressed, integrated, and ultimately embodied and shared.

Story is not just a past to remember—it’s a pattern to live by.

Why Story Matters

My personal story is a sacred reflection of my soul’s journey. It reveals where I’ve been, who I’ve become, and what wisdom I carry forward. Through it, I can see how my values were formed and how they now inform the way I show up in the world.

Story builds bridges—between people, within communities, and across generations. It fosters empathy, evokes a sense of belonging, and brings depth and meaning to life.

When I explore my own story, I have uncover hidden archetypes, long-forgotten memories, and deeper layers of my identity. Story has the power to heal wounds, connect hearts, and awaken ones strength. It reminds me that I am not alone—and neither are you.

How I Work with Story

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep reverence for storytelling as both a sacred art and a transformational tool. Here’s how I engage with it:

  1. I explore my narrative threads—those moments of initiation, turning points, triumphs, and challenges that have shaped my journey. Each one holds insight, truth, and medicine.
  2. I let archetypes speak. I allow their energy to rise within me and guide my reflections. Archetypes bring structure, symbolism, and soul to my story.
  3. I map my story—not just the events, but the patterns, values, attributes, and breakthroughs that have defined my growth. This mapping offers clarity and reveals the design of my inner world.
  4. I practice storytelling as sacred ritual. I write it, speak it, and most importantly—I live it. Story becomes a way to honour my experiences, reclaim my voice, and integrate my soul’s journey.
  5. I share with courage and vulnerability. I know that when I tell my story with authenticity, I create resonance. I open the door for transformation—not just for myself, but for others who recognize a piece of their truth in my words.

In the end, story is alive. It moves through us, guided by archetypal forces that are calling to be expressed. It is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, awakening, and becoming. When we learn to listen, shape, and share our stories consciously, we align with the deeper rhythms of life and begin to live in harmony with who we truly are.

So I keep telling my story—not as a finished product, but as a living, breathing expression of becoming. And I invite you to do the same. ~ Heart to Heart, Elizabeth

Returning to What I Do Best

For years, I have woven my vocation into the digital landscape—crafting messages, tending to algorithms, and navigating the ever-growing demand for visibility. Yet, the relentless cycle of “feeding the machine” has become a burden, a distraction from my true purpose.

Social media thrives on endless seeking, comparing, and validation, keeping us tethered to screens rather than to our own creative wellspring. This no longer aligns with my path.

Bouncing between all the social media platforms—has fragmented my energy rather than allowing it to flow. Instead of nourishing my creativity, it has drained it. And my creativity is sacred to me; it is a life force that sustains me, the essence of my vocation, and something I know I must fiercely protect. When it is compromised, so too is the depth and integrity of my Spirit.

I gratefully hold a body of wisdom, teachings, and sacred tools designed to support transformation. And I no longer wish to pour my energy into a system that values speed over depth, and quantity over quality.

My soul craves something richer—genuine connection, meaningful exchange, the sacred unfolding of stories and beauty. I am returning to the heart of my work.

And so, I am stepping away from social media.

While this may mean reaching fewer people in the digital realm, I trust that the foundation I have built over the past three decades has already illuminated my path.

I trust that those who seek my offerings will find me.

The modern world urges us to chase external stimulus, but I believe we are now being called to something much deeper and more valuable—to reclaim our true essence, our power, and to move with grace and intention in our conversations and exchanges.

This decision allows me to pour my energy into what holds meaning in my life—writing my blog, sharing my message and insights on my podcast THE CODE, dedicating myself to my books, courses, community gatherings and Living Goddess Coaching. These are the spaces where I can offer true value, where the Divine Living Presence flows freely, where transformation happens in its most potent form.

  • I choose beauty, depth, and longevity.
  • I choose the organic rhythm of life.
  • I choose the delight of authentic human interaction.

I trust in the Light of Divine Creation to guide this unfolding. And I look forward to continuing this journey in a way that honours the archetypal codes of my Soul—and of the Souls who choose to walk alongside me.

My Responsibility To You Is To Be Me

Hello wondrous Souls,

I remember the first time I heard Maya Angelou say, “When people show you who they are, believe them.” It resonated so deeply with me that I’ve carried it with me ever since.

Over time, though, I saw how my own life experience of Maya’s quote also had roots in one of my own life motto’s:

My Responsibility To You Is To Be Me

This weaving of insights has brought me so much clarity. It reminds me that actions speak louder than words and that consistent behaviour is the true measure of a person’s character. And here’s the beauty of it—it applies to both the good and the not-so-good aspects of people’s nature.

Letting Go of the Need to Change Others

One of the most freeing lessons I’ve learned is this: You cannot change people. Only they can do that. When someone’s actions reveal their true nature—whether through patterns of negativity or behaviour that crosses your boundaries—it’s not your job to fix or shape them.

Instead, I’ve found peace by focusing on my own energy, creating space where needed, and managing my own expectations. Sometimes, that means creating physical or emotional distance. Even if someone is family or a long-time friend, I’ve learned that when their actions consistently don’t respect my presence and values, they may not be a friend ~ And that’s okay.

On The Positive Side

But here’s the other side of the coin, and it’s equally important: when people show you who they are in positive ways, believe them too.

Think of the friend who consistently shows up for you, the colleague who goes the extra mile, or the loved one who surprises you with kindness and understanding. When people reveal their goodness, their generosity, and their compassion, let that sink in. It’s easy to focus on the negative, but we can miss the beauty of the positive examples people offer every day.

Recognizing and valuing these moments deepens trust and connection. It allows us to honour the goodness in others and appreciate the people in our lives who uplift and inspire us.

Setting Your Guidelines with Clarity

For those who cross the line, are inappropriate or act disrespectfully, you can respond with grace and strength. Here’s one of my favorite approaches:

  • Pause. Allow for silence—a moment long enough to feel slightly uncomfortable.
  • Respond clearly. Say something like: “What you just said is below my standard for a response.” Another is: “My responsibility to you is to be me. So, I choose not to engage with what you just said.”

This clarity and calmness shift the dynamic without unnecessary confrontation. It’s a way to protect your peace while maintaining your integrity.

Celebrate the Good

On the flip side, when someone shows you their good nature, celebrate it. Tell them what you see in them. For example:

  • “I appreciate how thoughtful you’ve been lately—it really means a lot to me.”
  • “Your kindness inspires me to be a better person.”
  • “Thank you for always showing up with such grace and generosity.”

Acknowledging the good in people not only strengthens your relationships but also creates a ripple effect of positivity.

Peace Starts with You

At the end of the day, the way people show up in our lives is out of our control. What we can control is how we respond. When people show you who they are—whether through their challenges or their gifts—believe them.

Choose to protect your peace with those who drain you, and celebrate the light in those who uplift you. Life becomes richer when we honour the truth in others, while always staying true to ourselves.

The Power Of Aligned Decisions: Part Two

Protecting Your Focus in a World of Content Overload

In today’s hyper-connected world, we are constantly consuming information—articles, podcasts, videos, and endless social media posts. While knowledge is valuable, too much of it can leave us feeling mentally cluttered and unable to make clear, aligned decisions. Instead of moving forward with purpose, we become stuck in cycles of overthinking and indecision.

This phenomenon is often the result of decision fatigue—the mental exhaustion that comes from processing too many choices without taking action. It’s like being in a car that won’t move. You’re sitting behind the wheel, but without the right preparation, you can’t even start the journey, let alone steer in the right direction.

The Cost of Decision Fatigue

When decision fatigue sets in, we experience:

  • Mental overload and analysis paralysis.
  • Fear of making the “wrong” choice.
  • Avoidance of decisions altogether, leading to stagnation.

In this state, even the simplest tasks can feel overwhelming, leaving us disconnected from our intuition and unable to move forward.

Key Point: Protect Your Focus

To overcome decision fatigue, you must protect your focus. Endless consumption of information doesn’t lead to clarity; it leads to confusion. The more scattered your attention, the harder it is to listen to your inner wisdom and make aligned decisions.

Ask yourself:

  • Does this content support my current priorities?
  • Am I consuming out of curiosity or procrastination?
  • Does this align with my intention, passion and purpose?
  • Will this information move me closer to action?

Protecting your focus means curating what enters your mental space, creating boundaries, and giving yourself permission to step away from the noise.

Distinction: You Can’t Steer a Parked Car

Trying to make aligned decisions without action is like trying to steer a parked car. No matter how much you turn the wheel, you won’t move until you press the accelerator. But before you can even do that, you need to:

  1. Find the Right Key – Identify what truly matters to you. What are your core values and priorities?
  2. Put It in the Right Gear – Prepare yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually and practically to take the first step.
  3. Work the Pedals – Balance acceleration with control. Sometimes you need to press the gas and move forward; other times, you need to ease up and reflect.
  4. Action fuels clarity. Once you’re in motion, you can make adjustments, refine your direction, and build momentum. But none of that happens if you’re stuck in park.

How to Create Aligned Decisions

  1. Pause and Reflect
Before consuming more content, ask yourself: Am I searching for answers, or am I avoiding action?
  2. Focus on Essentials
Limit your inputs to 1–3 trusted sources that align with your values. Too much information scatters your energy.
  3. Integrate Before Moving On
After consuming content, write down key takeaways and decide on one action step you can take immediately.
  4. Simplify Your Process
Let go of perfection. Take the next small step, even if it feels uncertain—you can correct your course along the way.
  5. Set Boundaries
Create space for integration by scheduling time for reflection and implementation, free from “digital distractions.”

From Overwhelm to Alignment

Aligned decisions aren’t born out of overthinking—they emerge through intentional action. The next time you find yourself stuck in the spiral of consuming more content, remember this:

  • Find the right key—know your purpose.
  • Put it in gear—prepare for motion.
  • Work the pedals—balance action and reflection.

And most importantly—start moving. You can’t steer a parked car, but once you’re in motion, clarity will follow.

Your next step? Pause, reflect, and identify one decision you can make today to shift from consuming to creating. Let momentum be your guide.

David Lynch: A Life of Creativity, and Spiritual Depth

Yesterday, I revisited the movie Mulholland Drive to honour the life and legacy of David Lynch, a visionary whose influence transcends film and art. Through his work, Lynch taught us to embrace mystery, explore the subconscious, and find beauty in the unexpected. His films, much like life, are rich with layers of meaning—inviting us to piece together fragments of dreams, desires, disappointments, and disillusionment.

David Lynch passed away at the age of 78, just days before his 79th birthday on January 20th. As his earthly journey concludes, his legacy lives on in the stories he told and the profound truths he uncovered through his art. His life wasn’t just about creating—it was about inspiring others to find their own creative spark and dive deep into the mysteries of existence.

The Cool Factor: A Man of Authenticity

David Lynch was effortlessly cool, but his coolness wasn’t performative—it was a product of his authenticity. He stood apart because he never tried to blend in. His uniform of a crisp white shirt, dark tie, and occasional wild-haired eccentricity became a visual marker of his uniqueness, but it was his unrelenting honesty and passion that truly set him apart.

His films—whether EraserheadBlue Velvet, or Twin Peaks—invited us into strange, sometimes unsettling worlds. But within those worlds, Lynch revealed universal truths. He made the bizarre beautiful, the surreal sublime, and reminded us that imperfection and mystery are what make life truly extraordinary.

Creativity: Fishing for Ideas and Solving the Puzzle

Lynch often described creativity as fishing. “Ideas are like fish,” he explained. “If you want to catch little fish, you can stay in the shallow water. But if you want to catch the big fish, you’ve got to go deeper.” This metaphor perfectly encapsulates his approach to storytelling and filmmaking.

His films feel like deep-sea dives into the unconscious mind, where pieces of a larger puzzle float just beneath the surface. Lynch didn’t hand us completed stories tied with a neat bow; he gave us fragments, emotions, and impressions, trusting us to assemble them ourselves.

Mulholland Drive is a testament to this. It unravels like a dream—seductive and haunting, filled with unspoken desires and hidden truths. The story is a mosaic of pieces that might not fit perfectly, but together they form a stunning picture of the illusions and heartbreak that often accompany ambition and identity.

This way of working—of allowing ideas to emerge naturally, like fish rising from the depths or puzzle pieces falling into place—was at the heart of Lynch’s creative genius.

Spiritual Depth: A Meditator’s Path

Beyond his artistic brilliance, Lynch was deeply spiritual, practicing Transcendental Meditation daily for 52 years. He believed that meditation was not only a tool for inner peace but also a gateway to profound creativity. By quieting the noise of the world, Lynch found clarity, focus, and the inspiration to dive deeper into his craft.

“Meditation is like being given a key to the deepest vault within,” he said. That key unlocked not just the creativity behind his iconic works but also a sense of balance and serenity that he shared with others. Lynch was a vocal advocate for meditation, especially for artists, seeing it as a way to tap into their fullest potential.

It seems only fitting that his final chapter was marked by the same grace and depth that characterized his life. For Lynch, meditation was a practice of self-discovery, a way to uncover the truths that lie beneath the surface of our busy, fragmented lives.

A Legacy of Mystery and Meaning

David Lynch leaves behind a legacy that continues to inspire those who dare to dream differently. His work is a reminder that creativity doesn’t come from forcing answers but from embracing the unknown, trusting the process, and allowing inspiration to rise from the depths like a fish or fall into place like a puzzle.

As I reflect on his life and work, I am struck by the timelessness of his vision. Lynch’s films, like his philosophy, ask us to look beyond the obvious, to seek meaning in the shadows, and to embrace the mysteries of existence.

David, you were a true original—cool, creative, and deeply connected to the essence of life. Happy Birthday and thank you for your vision, your wisdom, and your ability to show us the beauty in what others might overlook. Rest well, knowing that your legacy will continue to light the way for generations of dreamers and creators.

Connecting to the Light of your Higher Heart

Now, more than ever, we must allow, and learn to apply the heavenly science of the Light to help humankind.

The extraordinary celestial events and the increase of Solar (Soul) activity are affecting our collective vibration, and will for many years to come. We are regularly being showered with, and emerged in more Light than ever before. These activities bring the presence of a new force emerging in our bodies and our world, a force that evokes the Christic energy that lives within our Soul, and in our cells, which manifests spiritual wonderment.

Human beings once had the ability to perceive and understand the hidden, eternal truths via an inner spiritual knowing. This spiritual knowing was given to us as a result of our innate and eternal connectivity. However, the time came when we rendered ourselves mortal and corruptible, we received our outer knowing we now call the five senses.

Indeed, at present, our inner potential is enveloped in matter to the extent that the external eye cannot see into the spiritual realms, we are deaf to the sounds of the invisible world, we have forgotten how to listen to the silence, and our speech is hindered and can barely utter the words of the sacred.

These words were once ours, and through them we communed with the elemental forces and the external world. Therefore, we must re-learn this higher way in order to develop our lost inner potentiality that allows us to perceive the hidden and eternal truths.

Divinity means the ability to transcend

It’s time for the greater truths concerning our Divine Nature to be shared throughout the world. Moreover, the Divine Light has ordained its usage so that the promise of great transformation can be brought about exactly at this time; many of us have held this space for worldwide healing since the beginning of time.

The essence of life lies in the Way of the Heart and in the conquering of our negative influences that create duality in our life. The great work in the world is acheived by restoring our social and spiritual fabric ~ And its the same law, the same order, and the same regularity, by which all beings are arranged in Nature.

This Solar activity is also magnifying our shadow attributes, we are literally being given the opportunity, over and over again, to connect to our point of light in our heart and become a pillar of Light for Humanity.

Each time we return to the Light of who we are ~ through the process of Correcting and Transforming our light and shadow attributes, we are strengthening, contributing and growing the Web of Life, which is directly connected to the Point of Light in our Higher Heart.

Our heart is literally the starting point to our own sacred geometry that connects us to everything.

After 30 years of devoted visioning, I am now in holy celebration ~ I believe we are indeed consciously participating in our own evolution at this auspicious point in human history. I know it can feel like we’re doing it hard sometimes… but if we simply stop and remind ourselves how to make the connection, we soon find our pathway through, and our heavenly heart is our reliable compass.

Heart to Heart and Blessings Abound,
Elizabeth
