For me, the energy of 2019 has come in with an invigorating call to action.

My passion and mission in life are to activate in as many women as possible, their essence, their spirit, and their light. I have always been clear that this is my purpose in life, but this year I am extremely passionate and committed to empowering women at a whole new level.

I know with every fiber of my being that we can shift the dominant energy and systems, which have been suppressing women, and the unknown power and untapped inner resources that are hidden behind a veil of Spirituality, Sexuality, and Sensuality.   

Dear Goddesses,
I call on you to listen to your deep wisdom – Your people want you to shine, they want you to be all you can be. Let that which is rightfully yours come forth and bless the world. And do not worry that you’re not the same as others. For you were never meant to be… You are a Living Goddess for a reason. Live your reason, Live your Purpose. 

Know that you come from the light, and you come from the abundance of the Goddess. And that you inhabit the same heart as this Living Goddess. You can grow from her unlimited abundance. Since the Goddess is your source of light and love.

Everything you think and all the energy you release can attract Peace, Purpose, and Prosperity in all areas of your life. You don’t have to ask for anything, for you are with this abundance at all times. 

Because you are born from the same light and love of the Living Goddess, you are able to create the same beauty and abundance that the Goddess gave to us all. – And So It Is

With all this amazing exhilarating and insightful energy that is pouring forth, I have decided to run a Living Goddess Retreat. I have run numerous retreats for women over the years, which have been absolutely wonderful, but this one feels very new and charged with the power of this third wave of feminism that we are living through at present. I am so ready, willing and available to take you on a journey of deep Spirituality, Sexuality, and Sensuality that will open you up to the unquestionable proof of your feminine power. It is time to fully bring our divine power to the planet! 

This live-in retreat is designed to AWAKEN in women their proof of POWER – by exploring and expressing their Spirituality, Sexuality, and Sensuality as a woman and ultimately a Living Goddess.

Every woman is influenced by powerful archetypes that shape her behavior and affect her emotions. But what actually informs these innate patterns of energy? I know first hand that its the powerful “Goddess” forces embedded in Ancient Mythology, which invites your personal archetypes to come to life.

And, yes you can make these powerful forces of nature come alive in you… by identifying and activating your archetypical patterning. Each of these Goddess Forces leads to your unique purpose, power and personality traits, which together create the full spectrum of you as a WOMAN and LIVING GODDESS.

Making the SHIFT…

The key to personal development and emotional healing is to first stop and identify your negative thinking in the present moment…

It’s like this… “research suggests that if a negative or shadow attribute has presented its self as a thought or feeling and you’re able to simply recognise it and say it” – this action will instantly reduce the power or charge of that thought and feeling by 50% – This small action will shift the electrical charge away from the old “fight and flight” centre of the brain the “amygdala” to the “neocortex” part of the brain where rational thinking occurs.

So, just imagine if you replace that shadow attribute with a light attribute – Let me share with you WHY the “correct and transform” process in the Living Attributes system is so effective.

Here’s an example – You are feeling an intense amount of “blame” running in your system, about something or someone and it keeps “looping” in your mind. Looping is a term I use for something that just keeps repeating as a thought or feeling, which is, in this case, connected to the shadow attribute of “blame”.

But what if you could use a “correct and transform” process in the present moment by literally shifting your thoughts and feelings to a new mindset away from blame, to one of forgiveness?

Lets do the math – So, if you can shift your negative thinking 50% by simply identifying how you are feeling, you must be able to shift your mindset even more by offering a positive attribute as an alternative, this replacing process is going to give you at least an 80% improvement if not 100%. I’d say that’s a pretty good outcome for a significantly “small” conscious action.

And the more you are able to practice this “correct and transform” process the stronger the new neural pathways in your brain become. Image having a brain reinforced with electrons that are constantly firing away with thoughts and feelings of living a life with enthusiasm, creativity, integrity, love, hope, confidence, gratitude, kindness and forgiveness.

The real question is – “Are you ready to give up your habitual thinking, feelings, and behavior?” If you are, you will soon become the master of your thoughts and feelings.

And experience the freedom of living your larger story, one of purpose, inner peace, and fulfillment.

SPIRIT – is the creative, enthusiastic, unadulterated innocence and vital potential that wants to express its self fully in the world.

SPIRIT – is what forms our light and creates our ability to overcome our suffering and conflict. It surrenders us to the forces of creation, which organically increase our presence; our light. We are rightfully humbled by our spirit’s connection to source and become grateful for its profound ability to connect and create unity.

SPIRIT – has and will always be the living proof of our absolute TRUTH. And we all know the phrase ” The truth will set you free”… We may not always know we are being told a lie, but we do instinctively know when we are experiencing the Truth.

In our acceptance and openness to our spirit, we begin to shine so brightly that we light the way for others to do the same.

Telling the true story of WHO we are, WHAT we stand for and WHY we stand for it are all very important…

This is HOW we contribute and add value to people’s lives, our community, and the world.

I have been very focused lately about the importance of being honest with one’s self. We often expect others to be totally honest with us, but don’t necessarily ask if we are being honest with our self. What is our inner truth saying to us?

I have been doing a small experiment around this idea, which has proven to be a useful tool around these kinds of honesty issues.

This is what I do; before I go off on a complaining tangent about how someone hasn’t been totally honest with me,

  • I stop and ask myself. “When prior to this issue or challenge wasn’t I totally honest with myself?”
  • The result was, that there was always a moment when my instincts or intuition told me to respond or rectify the situation.
  • But because of veiled fears attached to my conscious or unconscious mind, I find reasons to let things slide. Oh dear, don’t you hate that!

The saying goes – “There is really only One of us here anyway”.

So, I suggest that we might as well start with our self. The outcome will be, that your perception of what is going on will alter – and that’s because you have brought it to the ‘Altar’ of our true self.

Something to ponder and perhaps give the “question yourself first” idea a go. It might take a bit of practice at first because the key here is to stay objective, without any blame, which means not blaming yourself also. Simply addressing the truth for truth’s sake.
