My holistic approach to women’s empowerment combines archetypes, storytelling, and life purpose.

I highlight the importance of self-discovery and personal transformation through the lens of archetypes, storytelling, and life purpose. 

I focus on the idea that every woman has a unique story and purpose – and by connecting with their inner wisdom and authentic self, they can live a fulfilling life.

Here are four main ways of which my Living Attributes approach of women’s empowerment differs from other concepts:

  1. Focus on Archetypes: Promoting archetypes as a tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Archetypes are universal symbols and behaviour patterns in all cultures, which can help a woman understand her true self, strengths, and challenges.
  2. Purposeful Storytelling: Incorporating storytelling to express and explore one’s identity and purpose. Through storytelling, women can connect with their inner mythology and create a narrative aligning with their values and aspirations.
  3. Higher Purpose: Discovering your purpose for social and spiritual fulfilment and contributing to the greater good. By aligning with your higher purpose, you can find more meaning and positively impact the world.
  4. Holistic Approach: Living Attributes takes a holistic approach to women’s empowerment, recognizing personal growth and development involve the mind, the body, and the spirit.

My Living Attributes concept of women’s empowerment differs from others in its emphasis on archetypes, storytelling, and life purpose. – It offers women a holistic approach to personal development that integrates multiple dimensions of a woman’s identity and potential.

Purposeful Meditation: The 5 steps to achieving rapid clarity and direction.

Purposeful Meditation can be a great way to bring more purpose and clarity into your life. It helps to quiet the mind and can help you to tap into your inner wisdom.

If you’re looking to add more purposeful meditation into your life, here are a few tips:

  • Set an intention. 

Before you begin, take a moment to set an intention for your meditation. What are you hoping to gain clarity on, or what are you hoping to create in your life?

  • Find a comfortable spot. 

Find a comfortable place to sit where you won’t be disturbed. Make sure to sit relaxed and supported, so you can stay still and focused.

  • Focus on your breath.

Focus on your breath and pay attention to the inhale and exhale. When your mind wanders, acknowledge the thoughts, then bring your focus back to your breath.

  • Allow yourself to relax.

As you meditate, allow yourself to relax and let go of any stress or tension. Take some time to observe your thoughts and feelings, then just let them pass.

  • Finish with gratitude.

When you’re ready, take a few moments to sit in silence, feeling a sense of appreciation for the time and space you’ve given yourself.

Strength

Dear Strength, am I aware, am I unknown or simply afraid?

My inner world beckons.

Strength, you show me it is not always whether the right questions are being asked, but instead, have they honestly been heard from the heart?

Strength, in my vulnerability and inquiry you appear and show me the way to The Divine Living Presence infinite mind through my listening heart.

I now know this is my only passage.

And so it is

Dear Shining Ones

I AM MICHAEL – Hold strong and be expansive with your venture. Bring the treasure of life to all who know the power of the Divine Living Presence. In your play of love and light, the pure unfolding of the Divine Living Presence will be with all. There is no battle to be won, for when one knows the nature of the Divine they are free, free from pain, free from hatred and free to create.

Be free my lamb and create

Q: Is the point of Light in your Heart, your one true love, and only reflector? Do you know, the name of its maker, do you bring it with you where ever you go – Is it your beloved envoy and are you taking care of its nature?

Hello and Blessings Abound in 2023, Shining Ones

Here we are graciously rolling into another Sun Cycle in the Living Attributes Typology and it’s our Benevolent Queen Archetype who brings in the New Year!!   

The Queen Archetype

The story of The Benevolent Queen archetype is of the trusting ruler projecting happiness and benevolence. She demonstrates her responsibility by allowing energy to flow toward the centre of her throne of consciousness.

The Queen archetype shows us that we are all fractals of the divine essence and that spiritual energy follows creative thought. Reality follows belief and the intention of your vision will always expand. The Queen symbolises the human urge to shine like the Sun, and like the Sun the Queen’s role is to hold the forces of consciousness in place, like the hub of a wheel. The Queen thrives on being recognized for her creative humour and strength. One of the three Physical archetypes in the Living Attributes Typology the Queen is the devotee and master of benevolence.

This energy is what makes you attractive and inspires you to get giddy about being alive, to laugh and throw your hands up in amazement at the miracle of life. When your Queen archetype is misdirected you succumb to destructive and temperamental behaviour. Lost in her self-worship, the shadow Queen takes control, hiding extravagance under a mask of pride. This is the side of the Queen that whimpers or gets angry because she is not in charge of the situation.

The spiritual principle of Queen is originality through the knowledge that creative thought directs energy and that your beliefs about life shape your life. What you can imagine can happen if you’re able to structure your vision. Before anything manifests on earth it has to be created with thought in the upper realms. The principles of action cause manifestation, but without creativity, nothing happens. The Queen energy helps you to practice creative visualisation by initially releasing your fears and doubts about the process. The Queen archetype is all about visualising every detail of what you want to design and claim as your reality.

Writing down ideas instantly brings them from the world of thought into the realm of form. You can transform thought (energy) into substance (matter) just by putting a pencil to paper. If transforming matter to energy creates atomic bursts, then the reverse process should unleash the same power within the plane of the soul. Brainstorming on paper is creativity in action, and you are the keeper of its majesty. – Let yourself be reborn through her creative actions.

One of your beloved and trusted companion is The Lioness, who teaches you to assert yourself, and take control of your life so you can become a leader. Her swiftness shows you how to understand the natural flow of your environment and when to move into your position of leadership.

Camael your angel brave and strong, her light is wild and warm. Bring her into your imagination and she will light your way with deed and play. The strength of her Red ray is a rich and dancing spectacle and her message for you is this – I AM here to help you uphold your intentions. I AM your lead and your humour and I place upon your head your crown and at your feet your glory.

To you, My Beloved Star Goddess – I give the concept of unity that people might remain open-minded to other possibilities. You will experience the pain of rejection, for I do not permit you to personalize My Affection. As the Star, you are always ready to shine. You will expand your sphere of influence by making quality connections.

Your task and gift are to be humble, but strong. – I ask that you use your Light and use it well.

Your Animal Wisdom – Your beloved and trusted companion will be the Butterfly who enters your life as a messenger for change. If she comes to you hurt or ill, Butterfly is asking you to stop keeping your happiness at bay. And from your stillness, a connection to all that is will be known. 
A unity beyond a pair, a unity divinely rare. My Dear Star Goddess your Persistent Obstacle will be to overcome the habit of comparing or Contrasting, balanced by your True Quest and Light Law of Unity, which you will fondly live and promote. Along with the Lacing Laws of Openness, Innocence, Stillness, Humbleness, Acceptance, Equality and Gratitude.
