Recognition, Deep Gratitude and Letting Go – Part 2

Hello wondrous Souls,

Ever feel like you’re trying too hard to make things happen? Pushing, striving, forcing—only to find yourself exhausted and wondering why the universe hasn’t responded? What if the key to manifestation wasn’t about effort at all, but about ease? The universe flows effortlessly when you align with its rhythm, and that alignment begins with three simple yet profound steps: Recognition, Deep Gratitude, and Letting Go.

This principle teaches us a way to unlock the natural flow of abundance and opportunity. Let’s explore what this means and how you can apply it in your life today.

1. Recognition: Awareness is Key

The first step in manifestation is simply seeing things as they are. You cannot shift your reality if you do not first recognise where you stand. Recognition is not about judgment; it’s about awareness.

Take a deep breath and honestly assess your current state. What emotions are present? What beliefs are guiding your choices? What patterns are playing out in your life? When you recognise what is, you bring yourself into the present moment—the only place where transformation can truly occur.

2. Deep Gratitude: Amplifying Abundance

Once you’ve recognised your reality, the next step is gratitude. Deep Gratitude is the bridge between what is and what can be. The more you focus on what’s working, what’s beautiful, and what’s already abundant in your life, the more the universe delivers.

Pause for a moment. What do you love and what are grateful for right now? It could be something grand or something simple—the warmth of the sun, a kind word from a friend, the feeling of alignment when you are doing what you love. Love and Gratitude shifts your vibration, drawing more of that energy into your field.

Devotional Prayer, much like gratitude, is not about asking for what you want or don’t have but about deepening your connection to a divine intelligence greater than you—one that you are intrinsically a part of. It is an expression of love and devotion, a sacred moment of unity with the creative force of the universe. When we pray with gratitude rather than longing, we affirm our trust in the divine flow of life.

3. Letting Go: Trust the Process

The final step is often the hardest: letting go. This is where we step out of the way and let the universe orchestrate the details. This is not about giving up—it’s about releasing control and resistance.

We often think we need to control every aspect of our manifestations, but true creation happens when we release the need to dictate how things unfold. Trust that the universe knows the most harmonious path. What if today, instead of forcing, you simply let your life flow?

Living the Principle

These three steps—Recognition, Deep Gratitude, and Letting Go—can be woven into your daily practice. When faced with a challenge, first recognise it. When something beautiful happens, express heartfelt gratitude. And when you’ve done your part, step back and let go, allowing the rest to unfold.

Manifestation isn’t about struggling to make things happen. It’s about stepping into the natural current of creation, where ease replaces effort and synchronicities become the norm. What if today you embraced this flow? What might unfold when you simply trust that all is aligning in your favour?

Making the SHIFT…

The key to personal development and emotional healing is to first stop and identify your negative thinking in the present moment…

It’s like this… “research suggests that if a negative or shadow attribute has presented its self as a thought or feeling and you’re able to simply recognise it and say it” – this action will instantly reduce the power or charge of that thought and feeling by 50% – This small action will shift the electrical charge away from the old “fight and flight” centre of the brain the “amygdala” to the “neocortex” part of the brain where rational thinking occurs.

So, just imagine if you replace that shadow attribute with a light attribute – Let me share with you WHY the “correct and transform” process in the Living Attributes system is so effective.

Here’s an example – You are feeling an intense amount of “blame” running in your system, about something or someone and it keeps “looping” in your mind. Looping is a term I use for something that just keeps repeating as a thought or feeling, which is, in this case, connected to the shadow attribute of “blame”.

But what if you could use a “correct and transform” process in the present moment by literally shifting your thoughts and feelings to a new mindset away from blame, to one of forgiveness?

Lets do the math – So, if you can shift your negative thinking 50% by simply identifying how you are feeling, you must be able to shift your mindset even more by offering a positive attribute as an alternative, this replacing process is going to give you at least an 80% improvement if not 100%. I’d say that’s a pretty good outcome for a significantly “small” conscious action.

And the more you are able to practice this “correct and transform” process the stronger the new neural pathways in your brain become. Image having a brain reinforced with electrons that are constantly firing away with thoughts and feelings of living a life with enthusiasm, creativity, integrity, love, hope, confidence, gratitude, kindness and forgiveness.

The real question is – “Are you ready to give up your habitual thinking, feelings, and behavior?” If you are, you will soon become the master of your thoughts and feelings.

And experience the freedom of living your larger story, one of purpose, inner peace, and fulfillment.
