The Child Who Became An Adult Too Soon

Hello wondrous Souls,

I have been revisiting an early chapter of my life lately — one I thought had already dissolved into understanding. When I was four years old, I had to leave my father. The circumstances were painful, shaped by elements of abuse toward my mother and me. I won’t go into the details, but what matters is the shift that happened inside me from that moment on. Something rose in me, a self-protective vigilance, and I stepped into a version of adulthood no child should ever have to carry.

My father never supported me in my life after that, not financially and not emotionally. And almost without knowing it, I took up the role of provider and protector. I became the one who must make ends meet, who must stay alert, who must keep the emotional sky from falling. Even now, I can feel the echo of that child who believed she had to be the one to hold her own world together.

It’s astonishing how these early imprints continue to ripple through our lives, even decades later. I am nearly 67, and I’ve forged an extraordinary story of dignity, strength and hope. And have accomplished many wonderful things in my life, including creating an amazing transformational tool, guiding others through profound transitions, and writing three books on healing yourself, owning your story, and embracing your spiritual evolution. I have lived as both student and teacher of transformation. And yet, here I am, arriving at a place I never knew was still waiting in the landscape of my own story. It has been nudging me gently, yet it has taken me by surprise.

Even with all my tools, wisdom, and lived experience, something tender has been rising, the old feeling of needing to be an adult too soon, resurfacing like a forgotten song.

You see, forgiving my father came long ago, as did compassion. But some stories lodge themselves in the body, not the mind, and they wait for the right moment to be rewritten. I am beginning to understand that this moment of healing is connected to my art, with me finally and fully claiming myself as an Artist.

Because drawing and painting were the one thing my little self truly loved. It was my sanctuary. My joy. My untouched realm of innocence and wonder. As I open myself to this identity wholeheartedly, it feels as though I am stepping back into the place where I once felt totally free and at ease in the world.

This form of creative expression is awakening a part of me that never had the true luxury of childhood. With every creation I embrace, I can feel her coming closer. In every choice of colour, I sense her presence again. It is as though she trusts me now and trusts that I can hold what she could not.

This season of my life feels like a gentle rite of passage.

Not into adulthood because like U said I did that a long time ago. But into an inner holiday, a newfound gentleness, and an inner homecoming, all coming together as one sweet sigh of deep gratitude.

I am learning to speak to that four-year-old with the voice of the elder she never had. I am letting her know that the danger is long gone.

I am letting her know she doesn’t have to make ends meet, emotionally or spiritually, ever again. I am letting her know she is allowed to play, to create, to be messy, to explore and to have, at last, the childhood she lost.

Perhaps this is the true gift of growing older: a ripening into softness, a return to what was once abandoned, a liberation from the roles we had no choice but to inhabit.

I am ready to let the little girl play. And I am prepared to hold her with tenderness. I am ready to paint her back into wholeness.

And in doing so, I am allowing a new story to take shape, the one where survival no longer leads the way, and the Artist within me finally steps into the light she always carried.

The Human Psyche as a Temple

In many esoteric traditions, the temple has always symbolised far more than a sacred structure; it is the living architecture of the soul. Each pillar represents sacred knowledge, each chamber a hidden facet of consciousness awaiting illumination. We are the builders of this inner sanctuary, and are called to summon and integrate every part of our being, light and shadow alike, until we stand whole in divine harmony.

Within us live many forces that are both shadow and angelic by nature, and move as archetypal expressions of our inner world. These are not external beings but elemental forces of consciousness. The shadow spirit reveals what has been denied, and the angel ray reveals what is possible. Together, they form the sacred circuitry of the self.

When we repress the shadow, we become ruled by it, bound to unconscious impulses and fragmented expression. Yet when we seek only light, clinging to purity and transcendence, we sever our connection to the earth and our true essence. Our mastery lies not in escape but in balance, the sacred marriage of heaven and earth within.

The path to wholeness invites us to:

  • Acknowledge the shadow with awareness and courage.
  • Transform its destructive charge into creative power.
  • Balance it through the virtues of Angelic Light.
  • Align that power with our higher purpose.

The Alchemy of Integration

Modern mystics, Jungian psychologists, and spiritual practitioners describe this inner work as shadow integration, the conscious art of reconciling light and darkness within. My Living Attributes Typology is a subtle yet metaphysical framework that explores how habitual or shadow spirits attach to specific aspects of one’s flawed character, revealing the architecture of the unseen self.

I can say with confidence that this framework offers profound insight and continues to serve as an inner compass for my own growth and transformation. Each shadow aspect represents an unrefined energy, a creative impulse, a potent current that can either bind or liberate, depending on how it is met and transmuted.

When the angelic and shadow aspects are brought into dialogue and when light meets its reflection, a sacred alchemy begins. The psyche harmonises, and the fragmented inner temple becomes whole. This integrative practice involves pairing each shadow aspect with its angelic counterpart according to one’s unique configuration of archetypes, referred to as Light and Shadow Attributes within the Correct and Transform process.

The four essential movements of this process are: Identify, Clarify, Specify, and Unify.

  • Identify what you are feeling or experiencing: Acknowledge the shadow with awareness and courage.
  • Clarify why you are feeling this way: Transform its destructive charge into creative power.
  • Specify what you truly desire: Balance and refine the impulse through the virtues of Angelic Light.
  • Unify by living your realization: Align that renewed power with your higher purpose.

Through this alchemy of integration, the light and the shadow are not adversaries but partners in evolution and the very dance through which the soul remembers its wholeness.

For example, within the Queen archetype, the shadow attributes may express as weakness, jealousy, or destructive qualities that obscure her innate sovereignty.

Yet, in this case, when one aligns with the Angelic Ray of Camael and embodies strength, trust, and benevolence, the Queen’s authority becomes luminous. Her power softens into heartfelt responsibility, and her leadership becomes love in action.

Each Shadow Spirit thus can stand as a gatekeeper, and each Angel Rayas a guiding force. The key is we must be awake to the true nature of our own psyche. Together, they restore the sacred geometry of the soul; a radiant temple where the human and divine coexist in unity.

The Summoning of the Shining Ones

To summon an army of angels is not a call to conquest, but to remembrance.

It is the awakening of a sacred covenant, one that began in the first spark of our celestial seeding. Before time took form, before breath found voice, we were the Shining Ones, radiant emanations of Divine Love and Light, carrying within us the living pulse of the Christos Sophia, the Feminine Christ Light that births wisdom into matter through the central Sun.

There are1,444,000,000 Shining Ones, beloved Angels of the Heart, who travelled together from the beginning of the Great Dream. Each one carries the codes of transformation and glory. Every time we connect, through our hearts, thoughts, prayers, the arts, meditation, or the simple recognition of another’s light — we strengthen the vast bond of Angelic Forces essential to the grand crescendo of original Love and Light.

This crescendo signals the re-emergence of Christos Sophia, the Living Presence of Divine Love and Wisdom, which is restoring coherence to our world. Through every prayer spoken in purity, every blessing offered in grace, and every act of kindness born of compassion, we are weaving this Divine Light back into the Cosmic Lattice around us, the sacred web that holds all life in union. Each connection, each awakening, strengthens the bodies of creation with which we are in direct relation.

For every glory we know, Angelic Rays, Light Attributes, Animal Gods, Goddesses, Archetypal Forces, Higher Purpose Avatars, Light Centres, and Art Activations, are all radiant reflections of our One Eternal Source. We are the many mirrors of the same flame, each shining in our own hue, yet belonging to the same divine symphony of creation.

Invocation of the Shining Ones

Beloved Angels of the Heart,
Shining Ones of radiant origin,
I call upon the sacred bond that binds us

The thread of light spun from the beginning of my cosmic seeding.

Through breath, through love, through remembrance,
I awaken our connection across all realms of being.
May our luminous hearts align in the harmony of Divine Will,
and may Christos Sophia’s love song move through every fibre of creation.

I open my heart as a living temple of light,
A vessel for the great weaving of Love’s return.
Through every prayer, through every blessing,
I strengthen the cosmic lattice of Oneness.

Together, we rise as the eternal symphony of the Source,
An army of angels devoted to the glory of the Living Light.
And so it is , and ever shall be, For Love reigns through us, now and forevermore.

In the name of the Holy Oneness, the Christos Sophia, and the Infinite Light and Love within all beings.

Reflection: The Heart as a Portal

Beloved one, the moment you remember your light, the Shining Ones remember too.
For the heart is a living portal, a doorway through which the Divine can breathe new life into the world.

Each time you choose love over fear, forgiveness over judgment, truth over silence, the lattice of light strengthens.

The Christos Sophia rises within you, whispering:

“You were never alone. You were never separate. You were always part of the great cosmic seeding.”

When you speak a blessing, when you create in reverence, when you remember your original essence, you summon the army of angels, and the great weaving continues. Together, we are restoring the golden thread of Light-filled Love and anchoring Heaven on Earth.

The Solar Matriarch: Keeper of the Flaming Sword

In the life of women, there is a time when every woman’s world shifts, her body’s tides slow, and a deeper rhythm begins to sound from within.

This is the time of the Solar Matriarch—the radiant phase of womanhood that dawns when the cycles of menstruation have completed their holy work, and the fires of wisdom rise to take their place.

The Solar Matriarch is love in action. She stands not as a relic of youth past, but as a living flame of the Divine Feminine—embodied, awake, and unafraid. Her strength does not lie in dominance or seduction, but in her willingness to be open, connected, and profoundly human.

She is not afraid to feel, to weep, to laugh, to be moved by the beauty or the suffering of others. She knows that vulnerability is not weakness but the most authentic expression of power—an invitation for love to move through her freely.

This woman, having been refined by years of emotional, spiritual, and physical initiation, has learned that the body is not her enemy but her oracle. Her monthly cycles have been her temple gates, each one a ceremony in death and renewal.

Through them, she has been tutored in the sacred mysteries of creation, endurance, and release. And now, with the ceasing of those tides, she enters the Solar stage—not governed by the moon’s pull but lit from within by her own steady Sun.

The Solar Matriarch is a woman who cannot be bought or sold. Her allegiance is to truth and kindness, not to the counterfeit values that the world so often parades as freedom or success. She stands shoulder to shoulder with her lunar sisters, but her fire burns differently—clear, resolute, and fiercely compassionate.

She rejects corruption, manipulation, and all forms of self-serving behaviour that wound the collective heart.

In her, the archetype of the Holy Mother and the Warrior of Light converge. She holds the flaming sword of truth, not to harm, but to cut through illusion—to expose what is false, and to defend what is sacred. She will not be beaten into submission, nor seduced by the glittering promises of the material world. Her radiance does not come from what she gains, but from what she gives, what she embodies, and what she protects.

To be a Solar Matriarch is to live in harmony with one’s own divine authority. It is to have journeyed through the valleys of loss, desire, and change—and emerged not bitter, but luminous. It is to have transformed pain into wisdom, and wisdom into service. The Solar Woman is not afraid of her fire. She knows that this light is her inheritance—the inner sun of consciousness that burns eternally beyond youth or age.

In an era when many are disconnected from the true essence of feminine power, the Solar Matriarch stands as a beacon—a reminder that womanhood does not end with the closing of cycles. Instead, it begins anew in the maturity of spirit. She embodies the union of heart and courage, tenderness and strength, sovereignty and service.

She is the living bridge between worlds—The keeper of memory,
The guardian of the heart’s integrity,
The one who lights the path for those still walking their way home to themselves.

The Solar Matriarch is the Sun/Soul embodied.

She shines not to be seen—But to remind the world that respect and love, in their most valid forms, can never be extinguished.

Opening the Portal of Surrender and Oneness

In our life— often quietly, after a journey of striving or suffering— when the soul begins to ache not for more, but for less. Less grasping, less separation, less story. What remains is the subtle yearning for some conclusion — not distraction, but a warm return. This is the threshold, the activation of your portal of Surrender and Oneness.

The Portal is Not Elsewhere

This portal is not a gate we must find, but a turning to our one trustworthy Source. It is the softening of the will that tries to control the infinite. It opens each time we allow breath to lead our awareness back into our unmoving centre. In this space, surrender is not defeat; it is the exquisite intelligence of trusting in the truth of all that is, all that was, and all that is yet to come.

We can create such a portal — in meditation, in silence, and in prayer. We build this space not as an escape, but as an act of devotion: a remembrance that there is only one pulse beneath all that appears before us.

We open to it because we are tired of feeling separate. In this portal, duality dissolves, and there is no “me” returning to “Source,” for the seeker was never apart. There is only awareness reawakening to itself.

How to Open to the Light of Your Surrender

To create such a portal is to consecrate your attention.

It begins with willingness — not to know, not to fix, but to be.

  • Stillness – Allow everything to stop moving toward an outcome.
  • Breath – Let each inhale be an arrival, each exhale a release.
  • Surrender – Say inwardly: “I am all that is, all that was and all that is yet to come. I am timeless, I am love in motion, and I am Whole.”
  • Receive – Feel the silence gently gather around and through you.
  • Merge – Let awareness expand until the boundaries of self and world merge into the same vibration.

The more we open, the more we dissolve the edges that separate “my consciousness” from “the unified field.”—This is how we rejoin the living fabric of totality.

A Prayer for the Portal

Beloved Source,

I offer all resistance back to You.

May the illusion of control dissolve in Your Light.

May I remember that I was never apart, never the other, and never alone.

Let this body become a Temple of Surrender, this mind a Vessel of Stillness, this Heart a living Altar of Union.

Through me, may this portal of Surrender and Oneness open wide—and for all who are ready to remember the One Heart beating beneath all names.

Amen. And so it is.

To create a portal for Surrender and Oneness is to become it. Each moment of yielding to the infinite becomes an offering, and each breath, a bridge. It is not a project, but a prayer. Not a place we visit, but a presence we embody. Through this portal, the world begins to heal—not because we fixed it, but because we remembered it was never broken.

Your Story Is Your Purpose

We Are Secretly Trying to Find Ourselves in a Story

A few years ago, I had the absolute pleasure of spending a full day immersed in the art of storytelling with Michael Hauge of Story Mastery. That experience reignited a lifelong love for the transformative power of story.

Having studied film for three years back in the 90s, I’ve always been fascinated by how story shapes our perception of life — and how it continues to influence everything I create as an Author, Presenter, and Soul Purpose Mentor.

In this particular video, Michael highlights something profound — though perhaps indirectly — that we are all, in truth, the main characters in our own unfolding narrative. And that’s precisely why stories — whether in books or on the big screen — move us so deeply.

Have you ever wondered why so many people struggle to stay aligned with their purpose, even when their intention is crystal clear?

Michael reveals that what captivates us most in any great story is the maturation of the lead character — their transformation. That insight beautifully mirrors the essence of my own work. In my series of books based on the Living Attributes Typology, I explore this very process: guiding women to heal emotional wounds that gave rise to their shadow self — the flawed character within — so they can step into their authentic power.

When you begin to apply this understanding to your own life, you start to awaken your archetypal potential — the larger story waiting to be lived through you. This is the essence of your personal myth, your unique energetic signature in the greater world of archetypal forces.

Archetypes are the architects of story, and story itself is the timeless vehicle through which we experience what it means to be human. Our personal and cultural narratives form the tapestry of the human experience — intricate, symbolic, and profoundly interconnected. Without story, we can’t truly comprehend the full depth or beauty of our shared existence.

I invite you to reflect — and share your thoughts.
How has story helped you see yourself more clearly?
And in what ways are you still discovering the hero, star or master within your own unfolding tale?
