Unveiling the Shadows: Understanding Habitual Spirits and Angels of the Heart

Hello, beautiful Souls,

Today, I’m talking about energy, good and not-so-good. And how to work toward aiding your life and all life.

As you navigate your personal growth and self-discovery, it’s fascinating to explore the depths of your psyche and unravel the mysteries that shape your behaviours. Over the years, my journey has assisted people in correcting and transforming shadow thoughts and feelings and discovering their true purpose. In doing so, I had an interesting realisation I’d like to share with you today – the presence of what I term “Habitual Spirits.”

Picture this: persistent shadow attributes or behaviour patterns that linger despite your efforts to understand and overcome them. What if I told you these shadows aren’t just figments of your imagination or products of circumstance? Instead, they might be manifestations of Habitual Spirits that trigger and attach themselves to your energy field, thriving on the negative emotions surrounding you. 

Now, let’s look into the realm of these habitual entities. They have an appetite for specific emotions and frequencies. It’s like an energetic buffet for them, with their favourite dishes being reactive emotional turmoil. Think of the lower vibrational energies like violence, blame, anger, hate, envy, jealousy, lust, self-pity, fear, anxiety, and gossip. 

They are the forms of energy that these entities live on, and they become more entrenched when you unknowingly serve them up on a platter of your consciousness. – And even though my Living Attributes Typology has the practice of Light and Shadow attributes that one can correct and transform, which were usually connected to a painful and significant childhood experience. 

It’s only since my introduction of Past Life Intergration and the process of developing your Personal Mythos did the Angels of the Heart become the appropriate allies in banishing Habitual Spirits. I’ve come to understand that these Habitual Spirits attach and can stay semi-dormant in someone’s larger energy field, until similar emotional behaviours or energy becomes apparent, which they then amplify for sustenance. 

It’s helpful to acknowledge that you’re not defenceless in these encounters. Amidst the memory of your past, you have a powerful ally – an army of Angels whom I fondly call “Angels of the Heart.” These high vibrational celestial beings embody the light of – Resplendence, Exaltation, Deliverance, Proclamation, Transcendence, and Consecration. They stand ready to counterbalance the influence of Habitual Spirits, offering love and light in the darker corners of your life.

These six magnificent collectives of Angels each embody a distinct quality essential for the spiritual well-being of humankind. Picture them as an ethereal army entrusted with nurturing the deepest recesses of your beautiful heart, mind and Soul.

The Radiant Legion: Angels of Resplendence

In the luminescent glow of the celestial sphere, the Angels of Resplendence unfold their wings adorned with the hues of dawn and dusk. Their purpose is to illuminate the darkest corners of mortal hearts with the brilliance of hope, kindling the eternal flame of optimism. With a radiant gaze, they guide souls toward enlightenment, where your inner light becomes eternal sparks of love and light.

Jubilant Guardians: Angels of Exaltation

With wings that reach far and wide, the Angels of Exaltation exude an aura of triumph and glory. They aim to elevate the human spirit beyond the mundane and into the sublime. Through whispered encouragement, they empower individuals to transcend adversity, embracing the innate strength within. In their presence, even the humblest endeavours are transformed into majestic feats.

Compassionate Saviours: Angels of Deliverance

Amidst the cosmic ballet, the Angels of Deliverance spread their light of compassion. Their purpose is to liberate weary souls from the shackles of despair, offering solace in tribulation. With tender hands, they cradle the broken-hearted, guiding them across the stormy seas of life to the shores of peace. In their embrace, burdens are lifted, and suffering dissipates.

Divine Heralds: Angels of Proclamation

In the celestial amphitheatre, the Angels of Proclamation stand tall, bearing a trumpet that resonates with a divine proclamation. Their purpose is to herald the dawn of revelation, inspiring seekers to uncover the hidden truths of love and light. With resounding clarity, they announce the grand narrative of cosmic wisdom, inviting mortals to partake in the majestic dance of spiritual enlightenment.

Graceful Navigators: Angels of Transcendence

Adorned with grace, the Angels of Transcendence soar through the heavenly realms. Their purpose is to guide brave souls beyond the confines of earthly limitations, encouraging them to reach for the stars. With every ethereal feather, they call humanity to ascend the spiritual ladder, transcending the boundaries of indifference and embracing the glory filled extraordinary.

Sanctifying Artisans: Angels of Consecration

In the sacred chambers of one’s life, the Angels of Consecration weave threads of sanctity from divine grace. Their purpose is to sanctify the mundane, consecrating every moment with the essence of the sacred. They anoint life’s milestones with gentle whispers, transforming our pain into divine endeavour. In their presence, every breath becomes a silent prayer and every step a sacred blessing.

Together, these Angels of the Heart form an army of spiritual guardians, each contributing a unique essence to the beauty of our spiritual evolution.

Embracing the reality that you have these benevolent guardians within and around you is the key. These Angels of the Heart tirelessly uplift your spirit and guide you towards higher vibrational states. Their presence becomes particularly pronounced when you consciously choose attributes like, loving over meanness, admiration over judgment, and understanding over insensitive.

Navigating the dance between Habitual Spirits and Angels of the Heart is ongoing. It requires self-awareness, mindfulness, and a commitment to your personal growth. As we become attuned to the energies around you, you can actively choose to align yourself with the positive vibrations that resonate with the celestial harmony of this army of magnificent Angels.

Remember that the shadows within or around you are not insurmountable. By acknowledging the existence of Habitual Spirits, and embracing the support of your Angels of the Heart, you empower yourself to transcend the lower frequencies that may be holding your full and beautiful potential captive.

The following Prayer is for the purpose of aiding you as you move beyond the veils of your fear and into the realm of the Angels Of The Heart.

Embracing The Living Goddess Code: A Cosmic Journey into Love and Light

Within the pages of Chapter 10, I read the Angel Prayers designed to help balance our Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine nature. For three consecutive days, I was drawn to read the book at 3:00 am. It was on the last of those three days that the song “There Must Be An Angel Playing With My Heart” echoed in my mind. Curious, I listened to the song and realized that all 12 Angels within The Living Goddess Code were trying to capture my attention. The song’s lyrics were the message I needed to hear—a reminder of the divine guidance surrounding me.

It is a testament to the interconnectedness of all beings and the harmonious balance between the feminine and masculine energies within us. Becoming Half Angel, Half Human

There are so many versions of what Angels are…

Are they spiritual light forms that communicate and interact with us?

Do we really have a myriad of angels serving in just about every capacity imaginable, from helping us tend to the care and health of our body, passing tests, mending relationships, cleaning up oil spills and stopping wars?

They say Angels can move through time and space, waiting for us to ask for their assistance. Perhaps they are, but it has been my experience that Angelic Forces only come into being when I am in an expanded place within myself. What I mean is I have to surrender to a source greater than myself or when I have been totally devoted to my spiritual growth.

Here is a traditional version of what Angels could be – Angels are messengers of light whom the Father/Mother God created to minister to souls on earth as their guides. (The word angel is derived from the Greek word anglos and the Latin word angelus, both meaning messenger.)

I see it like this… It’s my role to align with this divine vibration by finding the same light within my self.

What if these Angelic Forces are our future-self making contact with us in our present time. I believe Angels are specific frequencies of the divine mind and higher heart and are a bridge between the higher vibrations of The Divine Living Presence, which are accessible to human beings. While their Spirit is formless, Angels are part of the Essence of the Divine, vibrating at refined spiritual frequencies that are not usually visible. Angels are part of higher vibrations and our own divinity.

And for one purpose only, to create more life and environments through profound positive intentions, feelings, and vibrations, like LOVE. And as human beings, we are also a part of the The Divine Living Presence, because that is what created us. Hence why I refer to a woman as being a Living Goddess, the more we are able to correct and transform our light and shadow attributes, the more our Angelic nature fuses with our human nature.  

When we unite with the nature of our Angels it enables them to infuse matter and human beings with the constructive qualities of divine consciousness, bringing about profound changes that can actually transform a person’s body and soul. Archetypal Forces and Angelic forces accomplish such transformations by causing activity at the molecular level that can alter matter, causing movement within the brain and nervous system that can alter the mind.

The more we correct and transform ourselves the more Archetypal Forces and Angelic Forces (Surrounding Light) are available to us.

These resulting changes are often called MIRACLES.

As the days become filled with more of The Divine Living Presence: The Light, – it will be necessary for each child of this kingdom to recognize that light. As I pass through you and give you the courage to speak Divine Truth, your presence will become Divine.

Know not of personality, but only of resplendent light that brings forth life. – Have faith, have conviction and be noble, for what is upon the world of Gaia is for all who have known the Divine Living Presence and are ready to return home.

Q: What will you bath in when there is no sparkling stream? What will you lay on when there is no more fragrant grass. And what or who will be your final redeemer, sweet One?

I call it the IMAGINE Theory

What if your Archetypical Patterning is another version of you, in a parallel universe?

Here is some interesting information that will support you in understanding the comprehensive and infinite structures connected to the Living Attributes system.

Let’s start with… Parallel universes

Some explanations of string theory predict that our universe is not the only one. In fact, in the most extreme versions of the theory, an infinite number of other universes exist, some of which contain exact duplicates of our own universe. As wild as this theory is, studies have researched and found the nature of the cosmos. In fact, parallel universes aren’t just predicted by string theory — one view of quantum physics has suggested the existence of a certain type of parallel universe for more than half a century.

String theory allows for the possibility that wormholes extend not only between distant regions of our own universe but also between distant regions of parallel universes. Perhaps universes that have different physical laws could even be connected by wormholes. String theory and its infant sibling, string cosmology, certainly give us amazing possibilities for what could be out there in our universe, but they also give us even more amazing possibilities about what could be out there beyond our universe, in other universes that may or may not have any connection with ours. The concept of multi-verse is a theory in which our universe is not the only one, but states that many universes exist parallel to each other. This distinct uni-verses within the multi-verse theory is called parallel universes. A variety of different theories lend themselves to a multi-verse viewpoint.

The idea of a physical multi-verse came later to physics than in some other areas. The Hindu religion has ancient concepts that are similar. The term itself was apparently, first applied by a psychologist, rather than a physicist. Concepts of a multi-verse are evident in the many cyclical worlds of ancient Hindu cosmology. In this viewpoint, our world is one of an infinite number of distinct worlds, each governed by its own gods on their own cycles of creation and destruction. The American psychologist William James in 1895 states that “Visible nature is all plasticity and indifference, a multi-verse, as one might call it, and not a uni-verse.”

In some theories, there are copies of you sitting right here right now reading this information in other universes and other copies of you that are doing other things in other universes. Other theories contain parallel universes that are so radically different from our own, follow entirely different fundamental laws of physics (or at least the same laws manifesting in fundamentally different ways), like collapsing or expanding so quickly that life never develops. Not all physicists believe that these universes exist. Even fewer believe that it would ever be possible to contact these parallel universes, likely not even in the entire span of our universe’s history. Others believe the quantum physics adage that if it’s possible; it’s bound to happen somewhere and sometime… meaning that quantum theory permits contact between parallel universes.

So with all that in mind I am going to introduce you to one of my theories, one that I have been living with my whole life and one I’m sure many others have been visiting throughout their life.

I call it the IMAGINE Theory and it comes from many years of making contact with the REALM of the IMAGINATION. What I love about the idea of Multi-verses or Parallel- universes is that in a lot of ways they support my IMAGINE theory. We are indeed multi-dimensional beings and this new level of information supports this theory 100%, for some this theory may satisfy a constant sense of longing for something that they know is theirs, but somehow always feels out of their reach. I have always referred to Living Attributes as a multi-dimensional tool of empowerment. It is a reality activator, which enables you to enter the Realm of the IMAGINATION. The realm of the imagination to a Shaman, Seer, Visionary, Creative or Cosmic traveler, is not a concept, but rather a destination.

Your Imagination is precisely what we are talking about, it is your other life, other worlds, your other reality, and it is your true path to freedom. I created the Living Attributes System with the intention to activate purpose and creativity in people; it aides people to enter the realm of the imagination. To vision is to imagine and when we imagine we travel to far away places and come back with many valuable insights and creative ideas.

Creativity Is Consciousness In Action

We are not unlike bugs crawling on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel…. having no sense of the tremendous reality of Michael Angelo, the Renaissance or the glory of the Aesthetic Traditions… So large is the mystery in which we are placed… Expand your own sensibility and reality into the mystery that is there… Go as far as you can… you will never come to the end of it. – Jean Houston

For those of you who use the Living Attributes Typology – What I am suggesting is we fully live the totality of this strange and wondrous experience, we call Life… Our world needs New Leaders who know how to be creative, courageous, collaborative and compassionate. Perhaps you could apply this theory to your daily practice. Venture through all four levels of your practice as usual…all the colours, light attributes, animal wisdom, and archetypes. Going up through all the levels strengthens your connection to your oversoul. As you move through each level, you gently pierce through a cosmic screen/membrane to the next level. At the completion of the fourth level, you have reached your SACRED TEMPLE, home of your four cornerstones. At this point you feel very relaxed, in fact, you are so relaxed you have entered an altered state of consciousness, which is termed an ALPHA state.

Alpha Brainwaves – Deep Relaxation of Body and Mind – Your stresses and worries drift away when you enter the alpha brainwave state. Tension and nervousness disappear as your brain’s thought process are calmed down; your mind becomes clearer.

Higher Levels of Creativity – Alpha brainwave levels are found to be much higher in artists, musicians, and creative thinkers. Creative thinkers also tend to be those who go on to become world famous entrepreneurs, as they are better equipped at solving life’s problems and helping others. Right now, employers are looking for new and innovative ideas to help them survive in this economy. Those who have the entrepreneurial edge over others are making vast fortunes from the wealth of opportunities that exist to the creative alpha-minders!

Improved Problem Solving Abilities – When you have too much beta activity in your brain, your ability to problem solve shuts right down. Stress causes clutter in your thought process. The solution is to produce more alpha waves. If you ever get writers’ block or get stuck on an important task, then getting that “aha” moment of creative inspiration is possible when you learn how to switch on your alpha mind and get back into your state of “flow.”

Improved Mood and Stability of Emotions – Having more alpha brainwaves usually indicates more positive, stable and balanced emotions. This means you can cope better with stress and keep calm in tough situations. Irritable, anxious and oversensitive people tend to spend most of their time in a beta state, and can usually greatly improve their minds by increasing their alpha brainwaves without resorting to taking drugs, excessive alcohol, and other bad habits.

Peak Performance and Getting In The Zone – the alpha brainwave state is associated with “peak performance” and players who get “in the zone” perform best when they have fewer beta brainwaves interfering with their peak, alpha state of mind. Studies on professional sports players have shown they have a surge in alpha brainwaves in the left side of their brain just before making a successful shot or playing decision. Those who failed tend to have a flood of beta brainwaves in their left side of their brains instead. It has been shown by experiments like these that “overthinking” (beta) or” under thinking” (theta) have a negative effect on game-play, but being in an alpha brainwave state is the perfect state for high performance.

Super Learning and Genius States – learning new skills, enhanced memory and genius-like abilities are found in those who spend their time mostly in an alpha brainwave state. This is because the tasks associated with those abilities require less overall effort to accomplish and the ability to retain large amounts of information is enhanced.

Enhanced Immune System – Long-term stress and tension have a negative impact on your immune system and can even shut it down completely in extreme cases, due to the excessive production of adrenaline. When you are in an alpha brainwave state, you are in a relaxed state where your immune system is allowed to work at its best. The “feel good” effect of alpha brainwaves leads to the production of happy and well-functioning cells in your body, which provides a healthy and efficient immune system ready to protect you from any disease.

Increased levels of “Serotonin” – Serotonin is released more during alpha brainwave states. Serotonin levels are associated with your moods and low serotonin levels are linked to depression and other neurological disorders, such as anxiety and panic attacks.

Which is again why I encourage you to meditate – So, let’s go through each of your cornerstones, acknowledging the colours, attributes, animals, and archetypes connected to them.

Following that make the decision to visit one of your Archetypes/Other Self…

IMAGINE as you stand still in the centre of your Sacred Temple that together your cornerstones are very slowly and smoothly rotating clockwise around you. Eventually, they stop and you find one of your cornerstones is directly in front of you.

This cornerstone now morphs into a very large, light-filled Flowering Gateway… as you walk up to it…. it begins to open from the centre; it is inviting you to enter.

IMAGINE this Gateway is your entry to another dimension, reality, and another version of your self. As you walk through this gateway.

ANGEL RAYS

IMAGINE your glorious matching ANGEL RAY appearing before you and all around you. This is your personal ray of light, which you’ll be safely traveling with between these two dimensions.

IMAGINE… you leave the fringe of one reality and enter at the fringe of another…. this other reality is home of the archetypes connected to this cornerstone.

IMAGINE this particular archetype: another version of yourself has achieved MASTERY in this alternate reality. Whenever you visit your other self stay on the fringe of this alternate reality and remember to stay focused, as your visit is for mentoring purposes only – it is not necessary to go exploring.

IMAGINE… what kind of environment this version of you lives in, how does this version of you look and how does it feel to be in the presence of this version of yourself.

For example – I sometimes IMAGINE spending time with my other self as a Divine Child who is actually an ARTIST in one of my alternate realities or a Queen who is an accomplished ENTREPRENEUR in another.

IMAGINE… arriving at an extremely inviting location in this other reality, where you are able to sit and be mentored by this remarkable version of you – this version of you has totally mastered their higher purpose and has become a respected authority in their chosen field.

IMAGINE… Spending some quality time with this version of your self, enter into a conversation that nourishes your mind and encourages your spirit to flourish.

When you are ready for departure from your other self… IMAGINE both of you facing each other, standing only a few feet apart, arms out, downward and extended, with fingertips gently touching.

IMAGINE… your other version of you, looking into your eyes and saying these words “I Bestow unto thee, my Mastery” and you respond with “Heart to Heart and Blessings Abound”.

IMAGINE… while you are having this intimate and respectful exchange an array of tiny bright light particles are transferred from your alternate self to you, imbuing you with all the intelligence and creativity necessary for you to create in your own world. You still have to do the work to attain Mastery in your world, but these encounters strengthen your connection to your purpose and creative potential. 

You now step back in readiness for your departure…

IMAGINE giving a heartfelt “thank you” to this version of yourself for this auspicious meeting. You have now arrived back at the very large, light-filled Flowering Gateway, ready to journey back through and along your ANGEL RAY.

IMAGINE… you are now back home again in your usual realm…You are now at the centre of your Sacred Temple and ready to sing your four ANGEL SONGS (the name of your angel ray). Your Angel Songs form a harmonic field around you, which connects you to your totality and ensures that your resonance remains stable and clear before venturing out into your active daily life.
