Remember Who You Are… Light Leadership 2027

What if the next chapter of your life is not about finding yourself, but remembering the woman you have always been beneath the roles, expectations and experiences that have shaped you?

There comes a time in a woman’s life when the questions begin to change. The things that once mattered may no longer hold the same significance, the roles she has carried for years may be shifting, and the future she once imagined for herself might no longer reflect the woman she is today.

These moments of reflection are not necessarily signs that something is missing or that life needs to be completely reinvented. They may be invitations to look more closely at who you are now, what you have learned through your experiences, and what is asking to be expressed through you in the years ahead. ~ This is where my work begins.

Remembering who you are

My work is grounded in a simple but meaningful belief: I help women remember who they are so they can create who they came here to be.

Remembering who you are means reconnecting with the qualities, values, strengths and aspirations that make you uniquely yourself. It involves looking beyond the roles you fulfil and the expectations you have learned to meet, recognising the gifts you may have overlooked, and giving yourself permission to explore new possibilities.

Our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define the limits of our future. As we reflect on what life has taught us, we can draw upon our wisdom, recognise our capabilities and make more conscious choices about how we want to live and contribute.

Creating who you came here to be

Purpose does not have to arrive as one grand revelation, nor must it involve a new career or a significant public contribution. It may be expressed through creativity, leadership, relationships, community involvement or sharing the wisdom gained through experience.

What matters is understanding what is meaningful to you, recognising what no longer aligns with your values, and having the confidence to take steps towards a life that reflects who you are today.

For me, this is where self-leadership begins. True leadership is not simply about influencing others; it starts with how we lead our own lives, make decisions, honour our values and take responsibility for the possibilities we want to explore.

Our gifts are not merely qualities to recognise within ourselves. They are resources we can use to create, collaborate and make a meaningful contribution to the world.

Light Leadership for Women 2027

In 2027, I will be bringing women together through Light Leadership for Women, a program exploring self-leadership, personal purpose and the conscious expression of our individual gifts.

Through my Living Attributes Typology and the exploration of four Higher Purpose Archetypes, we will investigate our value, strengths, principles, personal stories and the patterns that may prevent us from expressing our capabilities with confidence.

The intention is to help women gain a deeper understanding of themselves, clarify their sense of vocation and explore how they want to contribute in this next stage of life. Whether that means developing a creative practice, stepping into leadership, sharing their knowledge or pursuing a long-held aspiration, each woman will have the opportunity to consider what is possible for her.

The 2027 program will be limited to 12 women, allowing space for a more personal and considered exploration within a shared learning environment.

Your next chapter is yours to create

We do not have to abandon everything we have built to explore something new. We can draw upon our life experience, recognise the wisdom we have gained and allow ourselves to consider possibilities we may have previously set aside.

Sometimes the next step begins with acknowledging a strength we have undervalued, questioning an assumption we have carried for too long, or making room for something that matters deeply to us.

I am passionate about supporting women to reconnect with their qualities and capabilities, explore their sense of purpose, and create a future that reflects who they truly are.

Remembering who you are is not about returning to the past. It is about bringing the wisdom of your experiences into the choices you make today, so you can shape your next chapter with greater clarity, confidence and intention.

I help women remember who they are so they can create who they came here to be.

If this speaks to where you are in life, I invite you to explore Light Leadership for Women 2027 and consider what might be possible when you give yourself the time and space to lead your own life with greater awareness and purpose.

Your next chapter is yours to shape.
