Esteem Toward Women event/campaign on Oct 11th International Day of the Girl

Hello – A group of amazing friends and myself are running an Esteem Toward Women event/campaign on Oct 11th International Day of the Girl to raise awareness around the importance of esteeming women, the idea came in response to the current focus “violence against women.”

I was unfortunately born into a family where my father was violent and often cruel, so I do know first hand the reality of living in a dangerous and abusive situation. And that’s why I want to create lasting change around this huge issue. Fortunately my Mother left for the third and final time when I was 4 years old, which I’ve been truly grateful for every day of my life.

This is an ongoing family and social issue that women still face today, which I believe stems from a lack of genuine “esteem toward women” from both genders. But I know deep in my heart that if our world was able to find a new way to truly “esteem women” the world would be a very different place than it is right now… I’m sure you can sense how passionate I am about this and that’s because I believe practicing esteem toward women is indeed the answer and remedy to the collective crisis we are all living.
