The Summoning of the Shining Ones

To summon an army of angels is not a call to conquest, but to remembrance.

It is the awakening of a sacred covenant, one that began in the first spark of our celestial seeding. Before time took form, before breath found voice, we were the Shining Ones, radiant emanations of Divine Love and Light, carrying within us the living pulse of the Christos Sophia, the Feminine Christ Light that births wisdom into matter through the central Sun.

There are1,444,000,000 Shining Ones, beloved Angels of the Heart, who travelled together from the beginning of the Great Dream. Each one carries the codes of transformation and glory. Every time we connect, through our hearts, thoughts, prayers, the arts, meditation, or the simple recognition of another’s light — we strengthen the vast bond of Angelic Forces essential to the grand crescendo of original Love and Light.

This crescendo signals the re-emergence of Christos Sophia, the Living Presence of Divine Love and Wisdom, which is restoring coherence to our world. Through every prayer spoken in purity, every blessing offered in grace, and every act of kindness born of compassion, we are weaving this Divine Light back into the Cosmic Lattice around us, the sacred web that holds all life in union. Each connection, each awakening, strengthens the bodies of creation with which we are in direct relation.

For every glory we know, Angelic Rays, Light Attributes, Animal Gods, Goddesses, Archetypal Forces, Higher Purpose Avatars, Light Centres, and Art Activations, are all radiant reflections of our One Eternal Source. We are the many mirrors of the same flame, each shining in our own hue, yet belonging to the same divine symphony of creation.

Invocation of the Shining Ones

Beloved Angels of the Heart,
Shining Ones of radiant origin,
I call upon the sacred bond that binds us

The thread of light spun from the beginning of my cosmic seeding.

Through breath, through love, through remembrance,
I awaken our connection across all realms of being.
May our luminous hearts align in the harmony of Divine Will,
and may Christos Sophia’s love song move through every fibre of creation.

I open my heart as a living temple of light,
A vessel for the great weaving of Love’s return.
Through every prayer, through every blessing,
I strengthen the cosmic lattice of Oneness.

Together, we rise as the eternal symphony of the Source,
An army of angels devoted to the glory of the Living Light.
And so it is , and ever shall be, For Love reigns through us, now and forevermore.

In the name of the Holy Oneness, the Christos Sophia, and the Infinite Light and Love within all beings.

Reflection: The Heart as a Portal

Beloved one, the moment you remember your light, the Shining Ones remember too.
For the heart is a living portal, a doorway through which the Divine can breathe new life into the world.

Each time you choose love over fear, forgiveness over judgment, truth over silence, the lattice of light strengthens.

The Christos Sophia rises within you, whispering:

“You were never alone. You were never separate. You were always part of the great cosmic seeding.”

When you speak a blessing, when you create in reverence, when you remember your original essence, you summon the army of angels, and the great weaving continues. Together, we are restoring the golden thread of Light-filled Love and anchoring Heaven on Earth.

Prayers, Dreams and Insights!

Last night, before I closed my eyes, I offered a heartfelt prayer—that I remain connected to my Family of Light, the Shining Ones, and that I might come to understand a prophetic message I received nearly twenty years ago: “To summon an army of angels.”

And in that space between sleep and waking, my prayer was answered—a message came— that was spoken like a metaphor into the silence: “Jerusalem is for sale.” Interestingly, just before those words arrived, I had been dreaming—and in the dream, I was standing inside an architectural business from the 1970s—a place of blueprints, foundations, and design.

As I looked around, I noticed two large, vibrant prints of—Archangel Michael and Archangel Gabriel. Their bold presence filled the space, as if reminding me that the architecture of the soul must be built upon truth and divine order.

As I became fully awake, I began to sense that this message was not speaking literally of a city of stone, but rather of a City of Light—the Jerusalem within. It evoked the timeless expression, “As Above, So Below,” a reminder of how divine coherence manifests —in this space, mind, spirit, and matter align.

The dream showed me how, across time, humanity has been busy constructing its world—laying down blueprints of power and ambition—and somewhere along the way, we began to sell what was sacred.

We sold our Jerusalem when we allowed the temple of our soul to become a marketplace, when our light was traded for approval, and our truth was exchanged for fitting in.

Hower, it is Michael who has always stood as a constant companion with his strength and truth, his sword cutting through illusion, and the beloved Gabriel who sounded the trumpet call of glory and remembrance—with a message that our sacred design can still be restored—I can now see what my earlier message truly meant.

The “army of angels” I was asked to summon was never an army of battle, but of builders of lightarchitects of the new consciousness—the souls who remember the divine blueprint of creation.

So, what I know now is that Jerusalem is for sale only when we forget our authentic design.

When we remember, the sale is voided, the blueprint realigned, and the Holy City rises again—not on land, but as the light of our new dawn.

Know Your Divinity

Your Living Goddess Emerges

There are prayers that arrive through yearning, and there are prayers that arrive through grace. This one came to me in its entirety on waking — in 2008. I remember that morning as if it were folded in light. The words flowed effortlessly, like something ancient remembering itself through me:

Know your Divinity, and allow your Living Goddess to emerge.

For your body is your Temple and your sacred passage,

A wealth of ancient knowledge and an immaculate masterpiece of creation.

It is your Divinity that brings forth life in every living cell,

And it is your love of the Light that brings forth life.

Use your Light, and use it well.

I seal this prayer in faith, in trust, and in truth. ~ And so it is.

At the time, I received it as a beautiful invocation — a living prayer of remembrance. But nearly two decades later, I understand that the deeper purpose of this prayer was to awaken within me a more profound truth — the true nature of Divinity itself.

The Revelation of Divinity

This word, Divinity, has often been wrapped in robes of religion or placed on altars far from our reach. Yet today, I see it for what it truly is: not something outside of us to be worshipped, but something within us to be awakened.

Divinity is the radiant pulse that animates our being — the profound truth beneath the noise of the world. It is the breath of the Creator moving through the creation. It is the very essence of our Light.

When we speak of the Living Goddess, we are not speaking of an external figure, but of the sacred beauty and intelligence within — the consciousness of life itself, expressing through form, through feeling, and through love.

The Inner Teaching of Yeshua

“If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”

Yeshua’s teachings, much like this prayer, held two levels of meaning — the outer for the many, and the inner for those ready to remember. In the Gospel of Thomas, verse 70 carries this eternal message:

This is the same message I now feel moving through my prayer — the call to bring forth the Divinity within. It is not about religion, nor hierarchy, nor separation. It is the pure, living wisdom of awakening — of knowing ourselves as creators, coexisting with the Light that formed us.

Living as the Light

To know your Divinity is to honour your body as your Temple, your sacred passage of illumination. To allow your Living Goddess to emerge is to step fully into the remembrance of who you are — an immaculate masterpiece of creation.

When we use our Light consciously, we heal. When we love the Light within us, we give life to everything we touch. And when we live in trust and truth, we begin to mirror the radiant pattern of the Divine Plan itself.

A Living Blessing

Many years on, this prayer still lives in me — not as words, but as a way of being. It reminds me daily that to live in the Light is not a path we walk toward; it is a homecoming to the eternal presence already within us.

Know your Divinity and allow your Living Goddess to emerge.

For you are the Love and Light, and the Love and Light is with you. ~ And so it is.

The Healing Power of Kindness, Compassion, Forgiveness, and Support

Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of witnessing something truly beautiful in my Living Grace workshop/retreat—women supporting each other with open hearts, sharing their stories, giving generously, and receiving with grace. It reminded me yet again of the sacred power that kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and support hold in our lives. These qualities are not merely niceties we offer to others—they are vibrational medicines that restore wholeness to ourselves and to the collective.

Kindness is love in motion. It doesn’t ask for recognition, nor does it seek a reward. Instead, it flows quietly and freely, creating ripples that extend far beyond what the eye can see. Research from Emory University shows that practicing kindness and generosity activates the brain’s reward systems, releasing feel-good chemicals like dopamine and oxytocin, which strengthen our sense of connection and well-being. When we choose kindness, we are not only uplifting others—we are physiologically healing ourselves.

Compassion takes us deeper. It invites us to see through the eyes of another, to feel into their journey, and to respond with presence rather than judgment. Compassion isn’t pity—it’s power. Studies at Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research reveal that cultivating compassion through mindfulness and heart-based practices reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, and enhances emotional resilience. Compassion awakens our capacity to hold space for both the beauty and the brokenness of life. In doing so, we become mirrors of hope, reminding others that they are not alone.

Forgiveness is the great liberator. It is not about excusing what has been done, but about releasing the hold it has on us. Neuroscientific research from Harvard Medical School has shown that practicing forgiveness lowers blood pressure, reduces anxiety and depression, and promotes overall heart health. Forgiveness literally shifts the body out of “fight or flight” and into a state of rest and repair. When we forgive, we reclaim our energy, our peace, and our capacity to love.

And support is the bridge. To support someone is to walk beside them—not to carry their burden, but to remind them of their own strength. Social support has been identified in numerous studies, including long-term research at Harvard, as one of the greatest predictors of health and longevity. When we feel supported, our nervous system relaxes, our resilience grows, and our capacity for joy expands. Being supportive is love in practice—it is kindness extended over time, compassion held with patience, and forgiveness lived through understanding.

Support also has a collective dimension. In communities, especially among women, support becomes a weaving of strength and tenderness that uplifts everyone involved. When we gather in circles of trust, we remember that healing is not only an individual journey—it is a shared one. In my Living Grace retreat, I saw firsthand how the act of women supporting women created a sacred field of belonging, where vulnerability became strength and every voice mattered. This is the essence of collective healing: where each person’s offering strengthens the whole.

Together, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and support form a sacred constellation of healing. They are practices of the heart that dissolve separation and restore coherence. They open the way for harmony—within ourselves, in our relationships, and in the wider world.

This is the alchemy of love in action: a softening, a surrender, a sacred power that transcends wounds and awakens wholeness. And it begins with the smallest of choices—the choice to be kind, to be compassionate, to forgive, and to support.

Because in truth, every act of love is an act of healing.

Reflection Practice:

This week, notice one moment where you can extend kindness without expectation, compassion without judgment, forgiveness without condition, or support without needing to fix. Feel how it shifts your inner state, and trust that this subtle ripple of love is part of healing the whole.

Listening to the Silence

In an act of creation, there is a moment when the world falls silent. It is here, in this holy pause, that the sacred enters.

For most of my life, I have attended to these three practices — a trinity of presence that has shaped both my creative path and my way of being in our world:

Listen to the Silence—Enter the Silence—And become one with what I am creating or doing.

These are not just steps; they are doorways to another way of being. Each one draws me deeper into surrendering to the present moment — where spirit and matter weave together. Over the years, I’ve come to see that this process is also the key to truly being with people. Not just hearing them… but listening with the kind of presence that can be felt.

In a world vibrating with a digital cacophony and opinion-laden voices, the most radical act is no longer to speak, but to truly listen. Not listening with the mind’s impatience or the ego’s interruptions — but the deep listening that disarms the ego, stills the inner noise, and allows the other person to be fully received.

If the unseen realms kept a karmic measure, it wouldn’t be based on how many hours we sat in meditation, but on how many hearts were spent feeling fully heard. Because listening, in its most valid form, is meditation.

It is the discipline of presence — the art of letting another soul unfold without resistance.

The true alchemy is becoming one with all that is, another human being and discovering the extraordinary in that moment.

Unconditional Love: A Radical Path

It can be incredibly difficult—sometimes almost impossible—to forgive those who have hurt, betrayed, or traumatised us. When someone’s behaviour cuts deep, leaving wounds that echo across years or even lifetimes, forgiveness can feel like a betrayal of our pain, a dismissal of the truth.

And yet, when we hold on tightly to the story of the wrong, something else begins to take root—Rage, Resentment, Blame, Hatred—These energies may seem justified, even necessary, in the face of cruelty or injustice. But over time, they lodge themselves in our emotional body and nervous system, quietly distorting the very peace we yearn for. We lose touch not only with the person or events that hurt us, but also with ourselves. With our own essence and the humanity we are trying to protect.

Here’s the paradox:
The longer we withhold forgiveness, the more estranged we become from the very qualities we value—empathy, compassion, self-trust, and connection.

But there is a powerful, transformative path available to us…

To love anyway.
To love radically.
To love unconditionally.
Even when it defies logic.

Now, let’s pause here. The phrase unconditional love has been tossed around so frequently that it’s lost its gravitas. It’s become a buzzword in self-help circles and spiritual memes. But true unconditional love—the kind that asks us to see another’s humanity even through the fog of our pain—is not passive or naive. It is the most powerful of all forces.

To offer forgiveness and unconditional love to someone who has harmed you does not mean excusing their behaviour. It does not mean denying accountability, justice, or healthy boundaries. But it does mean choosing to transform the energetic imprint you carry—And that changes everything.

When we forgive, we shift our resonance. We reclaim our own clarity. We stop feeding the wound, and instead begin nourishing a new pattern of response. We become part of the solution.

Energetically, forgiveness liberates. It creates space where blame and resentment can’t exist. It invites a recalibration in the wider field, often in unseen but impactful ways. Your forgiveness might be the very light that helps tip the scales in a more life-affirming direction.

Even if you never see the results directly, your act of inner alchemy becomes a living prayer—one that supports the emergence of truth, healing, and greater harmony.

This is not blind optimism. It is the wisdom of universal balance. Forgiveness is not about forgetting. It’s about freeing.

It’s about choosing love over bitterness, and coherence over chaos. It is how we reclaim our deepest humanity—And ultimately, how we help heal the world.
