To the Sacred Mother Goddesses…

To you, My Beloved Sacred Mother Goddess – I ask that you make people smile, for amidst their misinterpreting of My Truth they may become bitter. Through your desire to honor people and through your care, you turn their eyes back to me. You will touch many lives and offer them balance because you know that there is often frustration in every life. As a Sacred Mother you are all giving; you will be the gift of Abundance.

You are the one who brings balance through your caring and intuitive nature. – I ask that you use your Light and use it well.

Your Animal Wisdom – Your beloved and trusted companion is the Turtle who will teach you to be careful in new situations and to be enduring in reaching your goals. Turtle will also teach you to take things slow, so it gives you time to figure out if you need to protect your self or forge ahead. She will also teach you to be adaptable to your environment so you can find the balance within it.

Your Angel Ray is the Holy Mothers – I also give you The Three Holy Mother. Find a generous heart my child, and their Magenta ray will find you. Know there is enough for us all. For, Mother Earth gives generously to her children and it is up to you to find a way to share it. – Splendour is key, honour its presence . A caring nature is your path – may your path, magnificent one, be a satisfying adventure. My Dear Sacred Mother Goddess your Persistent Obstacle will be to overcome the habit of feeling Inadequate, balanced by your True Quest and Light Law of Plentiful, which you will fondly live and promote.

And for your good work, I will afford you the Lacing Laws of Abundance, Honour, Caring, Satisfaction, Balance, Splendor and Intuition.

Learning To Trust Yourself

Throughout my career, I often thought, “What if there is NO one formula for success across the board like they say there is?”

What if each person has an encoded formula for success?

My distinction around this was clear; what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. So I took it one step further and developed a system that reveals why being successful is more about a set of values or attributes which make one feel successful from the inside out, and let’s face it if you don’t feel successful, you’re not, no matter what your life looks like or what anyone tells you.

I’d go as far to say that the majority of the things you want to accomplish in life can be accomplished — if it weren’t for your Limiting Core Belief, which is either the fear of failure or the fear of success and the powerful feelings that are connected to this belief.

Your first step forward is to identify your Limiting Core Belief.

Is it the Fear Of Failure or the Fear Of Success?

A limiting core belief is a problem, not because it’s hard to change, but because it can be hard to catch. Unfortunately, your limiting core belief is unconscious and unquestioned and has become a part of your natural day-to-day life, which makes it very hard to find.

Other people’s limiting beliefs can be easy to spot because you’re on the outside looking in, but your own often remain hidden from you. Maybe something happened to you when you were young, such as a painful and significant childhood experience, which affected your thinking, confidence or self-worth. Many years of thoughts and feelings form vital connective pathways in your brain.

The good news is that you can correct and transform this old thinking pattern.

Change is possible. ~ You’ll be bold but calm and keen to grow beyond the norm. You will find passion in life and seize appropriate opportunities. To correct and transform your Limiting Core Belief, you first need to get to the root that caused it. This doesn’t necessarily mean you need years of therapy. You don’t have to explore every dimension of your childhood or relationships.

But you do need to do two things:

FIRST – You need to isolate your Limiting Core Belief. Start with the one that interferes with your growth. For me, “fear of failure” was the driver that formed every other limiting belief down the track. What’s yours? You don’t feel good enough? You don’t make enough money? You’re not smart? You aren’t lovable?

SECOND – You start the Correcting and Transforming Process using the Living Attributes Typology. You might feel sure about yourself, but that doesn’t make it accurate forever. And even if there was some truth in the original belief and feelings, you can acknowledge the pain, the lessons and the gifts that have brought you to this point in your transformation.

The Power of The Peacock

I have been fascinated with peacock feathers ever since I was a small child – I remember going to the Zoo with a dear elderly family friend and returning home with my prize peacock feather – I was so full of JOY at actually being able to have a REAL peacock feather ( it was the shimmering magical colours that drew me in) When I arrived home my mother went crazy, explaining how peacock feathers were bad luck and I had to remove then from the house – I was so upset… I just knew that couldn’t be true!

They were my favourite thing after all.

I never did accept that story and chose to find out the truth for myself later on in life – In short peacocks were in fact “protectors” of palaces and would alert everyone if someone was trying to jump the palace walls – bit like a watch dog.

Here are a few more versions of why Peacock Feathers are so powerful:

In Greek mythology Argus was a monster whose body was covered with 100 eyes. Hera changed him into a peacock and his feathers were covered with eyes. The feathers symbolize the vault of heaven and all-seeing knowledge. Roman mythology sees peacocks as Juno’s birds. The coins they appear on are to denote the female lineage of princesses.

The peacock is associated with Lakshmi for Hindus. The feathers represent fortune, compassion, kindness, and patience. Kwan-yin in Asian culture is a similar figure and the feathers have similar meaning. Buddhists associate peacock feathers with openness because of the display the peacock makes when spreading its tail. Because peacocks eat poisonous plants their feathers are considered to sustain the ability to thrive in times of suffering.

Christians see resurrection, immortality, and renewal in peacock feathers. They also symbolize an all-seeing church. In Persia and Babylonia peacocks are thought to be guardians of royalty and feathers adorn thrones. Muslim legend uses feathers as a symbol in temples, the royal garden, and at the gates of paradise. Mongol warriors wore peacock feathers which caused Eastern Europe to view them as bad luck.

So now I chose to allow the Resplendent Beauty of the peacock to protect me and my spirit… Thanks Mum for pushing me to always find the a truth.

We Are All Part Of The Human Story.

I believe our human story began with the evolution of human consciousness, which then started to build the earths noosphere (the thinking layer of earth). When men and women began to share their stories (their art) around the camp fire and on the walls of their caves we began to grow our ability to relate to each other.

Some how we knew it was important to tell of our experiences, how we hunt, how we travel, how we live and how we dream. It became a quintessential part of our human experience, the ability to tell story is indeed our rudimentary foundation.

Simply put, with out story we don’t know what we believe in, but with story we can define our heritage, find meaning in what matters to us and learn what is good and bad. Story can be fact or fiction and still have the same effect, if we can relate to the characters or images in a story we can be moved by its message. Story doesn’t always have to deliver a profound message, it can simply be delightful, humorous or even practical.

I always see story in three parts, it has a past, a present and a future.

The amazing discovery about story for me was, we are the story, there is no story without us. Because without us, coupled with the brilliance of imagination there is no story to tell. Everything you see, hear, taste, touch and think about has a story attached to it. All story has its contributing value, it may be good, it may be bad or it may be neutral, what ever it is, its still contributing to the collective consciousness.

What is your back story, what is your present story and does your future story have a brightness of future? Perhaps you have taken on a story that doesn’t match the one you want to share with the world. There is only one time to start a new and inviting story and it is NOW! Start creating the story that you want to contribute to humanity. Be the story you want to hear, be the story that new and exciting generations are built from.

So if that’s an innocent mask of people pleasing, control or enabling, you’re connections and results are likely to be of a similar nature.

Create Distinctions – Understand that the roles people have played in your life have given you a greater understanding and experience of life. Make distinctions around your leadership from a place of development, empowerment and personal responsibility. Often blame justifies our current “Busy” or “Disruptive” lifestyle and can be a wonderful excuse for not creating the right direction and team.

Responsibility – Its important to take full responsibility for your life and the part you played in past relationships and experiences, this creates a deeper awareness around authentic connection – real deal teams don’t put up with B.S – they’ll hold you accountable to being the best leader you can be, call you on your stuff and inspire you to lead with integrity, confidence, passion and clarity.

Identify And Clarify – Make a conscious decision about who you want to be as a leader and where that’s heading, what you want and don’t want for the future – then create the lifestyle and people who can support that – many times you know what you don’t want because you’ve experienced it. So change that by only focusing on what works well.

Review Your Relationships – Recognise old relationships that no longer serve you – this doesn’t mean they are ‘bad’ or what they are choosing to do with their life is wrong. It just means you need to be supported in your leadership. This takes a commitment to yourself and your vision, which fosters the best version of you. And you need to create personal boundaries around how you choose to be influenced.

Edify And Unify Your Connections – Identify the kindred spirits already in your life that support your leadership and consciously edify and unify these friendships, because they are part of your tribe and extremely valuable.

End Relationships That Hinder – Cut energetic ties that bind you to the past and to old ideas about who you think you are, and who others think you are. Allow yourself to be a leader, then confidently create and sustain relationships that nourish and support your vision.

Add Value And Shine – Correct and transform any personal behavior that lowers your vibration and observe how you attract people who may be mirroring negative beliefs around you. Give yourself permission to shine. This may require gently re-educating some people about who you are as a new style leader.

Connection creates Confidence and Clarity

I have been in the hair, beauty and fashion industry since 1974… over the years I became a leading figure receiving many awards, to owning my own successful hairdressing business and my own fashion label.

Why am I telling you this?

Well, there’s been many conversations and many transformations, some profound, some delightful and some very challenging. However, what I did come to realize over these many years of design and consultation, was that the service I was offering women was more than just a hair-do and a pretty frock.

It was, in fact, one of the few feminine rituals left for Women to share.

The adorning and passing on of stories was a powerful way to weave and create their sacred magic – the magic of self-esteem.
