Your Story Is Your Purpose

We Are Secretly Trying to Find Ourselves in a Story

A few years ago, I had the absolute pleasure of spending a full day immersed in the art of storytelling with Michael Hauge of Story Mastery. That experience reignited a lifelong love for the transformative power of story.

Having studied film for three years back in the 90s, I’ve always been fascinated by how story shapes our perception of life — and how it continues to influence everything I create as an Author, Presenter, and Soul Purpose Mentor.

In this particular video, Michael highlights something profound — though perhaps indirectly — that we are all, in truth, the main characters in our own unfolding narrative. And that’s precisely why stories — whether in books or on the big screen — move us so deeply.

Have you ever wondered why so many people struggle to stay aligned with their purpose, even when their intention is crystal clear?

Michael reveals that what captivates us most in any great story is the maturation of the lead character — their transformation. That insight beautifully mirrors the essence of my own work. In my series of books based on the Living Attributes Typology, I explore this very process: guiding women to heal emotional wounds that gave rise to their shadow self — the flawed character within — so they can step into their authentic power.

When you begin to apply this understanding to your own life, you start to awaken your archetypal potential — the larger story waiting to be lived through you. This is the essence of your personal myth, your unique energetic signature in the greater world of archetypal forces.

Archetypes are the architects of story, and story itself is the timeless vehicle through which we experience what it means to be human. Our personal and cultural narratives form the tapestry of the human experience — intricate, symbolic, and profoundly interconnected. Without story, we can’t truly comprehend the full depth or beauty of our shared existence.

I invite you to reflect — and share your thoughts.
How has story helped you see yourself more clearly?
And in what ways are you still discovering the hero, star or master within your own unfolding tale?

Living Your Story, Leading With Soul

Hello wondrous Soul,

I believe we’re living in a time when deeper meaning, authentic leadership, and soul-aligned living are not just desired—they’re essential.

What follows are responses to some of the most frequently asked questions about my work, offering insights into how Past and Future Life Integration, Archetype Activation, and Soul Storytelling can create lasting change from the inside out.

How does integrating Past Life and Future Life perspectives support someone’s life purpose in the present moment?

When we access past life memories, we uncover karmic imprints and repetitive patterns that often limit our current growth. Conversely, connecting with our Future Self reveals untapped potential and purpose-driven clarity.

Integrating these timelines empowers you to dissolve outdated identities and align with your soul’s true direction. This process is for anyone ready to move beyond confusion or stagnation and live in conscious coherence with their destiny.

How does Archetype Activation create meaningful change in someone’s life and leadership?

Archetypes are universal patterns of power and purpose. When consciously activated, they become allies that help us embody our higher qualities and transform our limitations.

This process enables you to discover your authentic path, align with your values, and lead with greater presence. It’s especially effective for women stepping into visionary leadership or creative entrepreneurship, where self-awareness and soulful clarity are key.

How do your books and teachings help people reframe their story and reclaim their voice?

My writing offers tools and language for self-inquiry, narrative transformation, and archetypal understanding. Through storytelling, people begin to see themselves not as victims of their past, but as authors of their becoming.

When we reshape our inner dialogue and reclaim our voice, we naturally elevate our self-worth and our ability to serve others. This is for those who know they’re here to make a difference—but need a map to remember who they truly are.

How does Storytelling serve as a transformational tool in personal development?

Storytelling isn’t just a way to share—it’s a sacred act of shaping meaning. When used intentionally, it reveals subconscious beliefs and archetypal patterns that either restrict or empower us.

By reframing our stories through the lens of growth, choice, and soul alignment, we activate healing and self-leadership. This practice is for seekers, creatives, and supportive guides who want to live—and lead—from their inner truth.

How do you guide people to embody the Living Attributes of their soul, rather than just intellectualise them?

Through the Living Attributes Typology, I help individuals move from knowledge to embodiment by mapping their values, archetypes, and purpose codes. It’s not enough to understand who you are; you must live it.

By aligning thoughts, words, and actions with your soul attributes, you create congruence and magnetism. This work supports those who are ready to make a spiritual, professional, or creative leap, grounded in their authentic essence.

Correction is Essential to Power and Mastery

Hello wondrous Souls,

As you know, I love to share, so I thought I would share this piece again, written by Stewart Emery. It is one of my all-time favourites, which I heard for the first time back in 1991. His words resonated with me then and still do today. So, so true…

Mastery in our careers (and in our lives) requires that we constantly produce results beyond and out of the ordinary. Mastery is a product of consistently going beyond our limits. For most people, it starts with technical excellence in a chosen field and a commitment to that excellence. If you’re willing to commit yourself to excellence, to surround yourself with things that represent this excellence, your life will change.

It’s remarkable how much mediocrity we live with, surrounding ourselves with daily reminders that average is somehow acceptable. In fact, our world suffers from terminal normality. Take a moment to assess all the things around you that promote you being “average.” These are the things that prevent you from going beyond the limits that you have randomly set for yourself.

The first step to mastery is the removal of everything in your environment that represents mediocrity, and one way to attain that objective is to surround yourself with people who ask more of you than you would ordinarily give of yourself.

Didn’t your parents and some of your best teachers and coaches do exactly that? Another step on the path to mastery is the removal of resentment toward the masters. Develop compassion for yourself so that you can be in the presence of a master and grow from the experience. Rather than comparing yourself to (and resenting) people who have mastery, remain open and receptive. Let the experience be like the planting of a seed within you that, with nourishment, will grow into your own individual mastery.

You see, we are all ordinary. But rather than condemning one’s self for their “ordinariness,” a master will embrace that ordinariness as a foundation for building the extraordinary. Rather than relying on their ordinariness as an excuse for inactivity, they will use it instead as a vehicle for correcting themselves. It’s necessary to be able to correct yourself without invalidating or condemning yourself and others. It is best to use the results of the correction process to improve upon other aspects of your life.

Correction is essential to power and mastery.

What is Story?

For me, story is the architecture of life.

It’s how I understand the world, how I make meaning of my experiences, and how I witness the unfolding of my human journey. Every twist and turn in life is part of a larger narrative—crafted not only by events, but by the deeper patterns that shape who I am becoming.

Our archetypes are the architects of these stories. They design the inner landscapes of our thoughts, emotions, and values, and they influence how we express ourselves in the outer world.

I also believe that story moves through us—not just from memory or imagination, but as a living force. That’s because story contains archetypal energy. These are not simply characters or roles—we’re talking about deep, universal forces that live in the collective unconscious. They move through us to be expressed, integrated, and ultimately embodied and shared.

Story is not just a past to remember—it’s a pattern to live by.

Why Story Matters

My personal story is a sacred reflection of my soul’s journey. It reveals where I’ve been, who I’ve become, and what wisdom I carry forward. Through it, I can see how my values were formed and how they now inform the way I show up in the world.

Story builds bridges—between people, within communities, and across generations. It fosters empathy, evokes a sense of belonging, and brings depth and meaning to life.

When I explore my own story, I have uncover hidden archetypes, long-forgotten memories, and deeper layers of my identity. Story has the power to heal wounds, connect hearts, and awaken ones strength. It reminds me that I am not alone—and neither are you.

How I Work with Story

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep reverence for storytelling as both a sacred art and a transformational tool. Here’s how I engage with it:

  1. I explore my narrative threads—those moments of initiation, turning points, triumphs, and challenges that have shaped my journey. Each one holds insight, truth, and medicine.
  2. I let archetypes speak. I allow their energy to rise within me and guide my reflections. Archetypes bring structure, symbolism, and soul to my story.
  3. I map my story—not just the events, but the patterns, values, attributes, and breakthroughs that have defined my growth. This mapping offers clarity and reveals the design of my inner world.
  4. I practice storytelling as sacred ritual. I write it, speak it, and most importantly—I live it. Story becomes a way to honour my experiences, reclaim my voice, and integrate my soul’s journey.
  5. I share with courage and vulnerability. I know that when I tell my story with authenticity, I create resonance. I open the door for transformation—not just for myself, but for others who recognize a piece of their truth in my words.

In the end, story is alive. It moves through us, guided by archetypal forces that are calling to be expressed. It is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, awakening, and becoming. When we learn to listen, shape, and share our stories consciously, we align with the deeper rhythms of life and begin to live in harmony with who we truly are.

So I keep telling my story—not as a finished product, but as a living, breathing expression of becoming. And I invite you to do the same. ~ Heart to Heart, Elizabeth

What if the ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE?

Is the Vibration of LOVE Simply the Coherence of Creation?

Often, we limit our understanding of “Love” to romantic relationships. But what if Love is something far greater—an all-pervasive, living energy that surrounds our planet and fuels the very act of creation? We know that heart-to-heart connections generate unity, but Love, in its highest form, is a co-creative force—far beyond the unconscious act of reproduction.

What if every connection we make is, in essence, a loving relationship? The depth of Love we invest in our vocations, our purpose, and our daily experiences fuels not only our creativity but the very essence of our existence.

We all have access to this boundless, powerful energy, yet we often fear it. The frequency of Love touches every aspect of life—our families, friendships, work, passions, environment, and even our relationship with the planet itself. We continually express what we love and what we resist. But what if Love is more than an emotion—what if it is the very substance that sustains the universe?

Could it be that what we call GOD is simply the force of Love itself? And that we are naturally wired to create coherence—to generate more Love, more Light, more of the divine essence that I call The Christos Sophia?

Throughout life, we oscillate between two fundamental energies: Love, which equates to LIFE and LIGHT, and Fear, which can manifests as DEATH and DARKNESS. But is it truly Love that we fear? Or is it our own resistance to Life and Light? For some, it seems easier to remain disconnected from Love, Light, and the Divine, rather than surrender to a frequency so powerful that it might actually be sustaining the entire cosmos.

For me, my guiding mantra is this: “I Love The Christos Sophia First.”

When I say these words, something profound happens:

  • First, I feel an instant connection to a source that loves me unconditionally.
  • Then, I feel a deep acceptance of myself and greater compassion for others.
  • Next, I sense a powerful assurance that all things good flow from this connection.
  • Finally, I intuitively know that this feeling generates more Love, more Light, more divine presence.

Perhaps the alchemy of turning lead into gold is simply a metaphor for perfecting Love—both within and without. It is the divination of matter and spirit, the merging of the human with the divine.

This understanding is not foreign to artists, visionaries, and creators. When we immerse ourselves in the process of bringing something new into existence, we form a sacred bond with it—we Love it into being. And through that Love, we seek perfection, wholeness, and expression.

This “becoming one with” is the essence of true alchemy. It is the sacred formula of transformation, requiring surrender—both of the Self and to Love itself. A true alchemist must undergo sacrifice, purification, and release of the ego-self, for at the heart of Great Work lies a singular truth:

Artist: Federico Infante

The ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE

It is the science of the Soul, the bridge between humanity and divinity, the understanding of the nature of the cosmos, the earth, and the human spirit.

For millennia, the sages, saints, and shamans have sought to harness this power—giving it names, rituals, and symbols. But in essence, they were all discovering the same truth: Love is the greatest force of all.

And this power is not beyond us—it is within us. We are hardwired to generate this miraculous force. Perhaps the ancients were right when they taught: “We must Love and acknowledge our Source first, above all else.”

It makes perfect sense. If we were created by a force fueled by Love, of course, we would Love that Source first.

The Architects of Story: How Archetypes Move Through Us

Hello wondrous Souls,

Today I am talking about Stories, Archetypes and how they shape our destiny.

The concept of archetypes has been shaping the human story for millions of years. They are the architects of narratives, the blueprints of character, and the unseen hands that weave the great mythic patterns of existence. But what does that truly mean? And more importantly, how do we, as individuals, play a role in crafting these stories?

I see it like this—if we are capable of activating attributes like strength, courage, and integrity, then we are equally capable of activating and contributing attributes such as weakness, cowardice, and dishonesty. The stories we tell, and the roles we embody, are not passive occurrences but living, breathing forces that we summon into the world. And if practiced often enough, these energies become pathways—gateways for powerful archetypal forces that shape reality itself.

Archetypes: The Energy Currents Beneath Our Stories

Archetypes are more than characters in myths and legends; they are the primordial forces that guide human behaviour and perception. The Hero, the Teacher, the Healer, the Critic or the Risk Taker—these are not just symbolic figures, but active energies that move through us, waiting to be embodied, refined, or distorted.

Each of us is, in some way, an expression of archetypal energy. We channel these forces through our thoughts, actions, and choices. The more we engage with a particular archetypal pattern—whether consciously or unconsciously—the more we align ourselves with its essence. Over time, our repeated actions strengthen these patterns, making them dominant forces in our lives and in the collective field of humanity.

This is why both light and shadow exist in every archetype. Just as we can channel the Visionary’s foresight or the Divine Child’s generosity, we can also channel the Destroyer’s recklessness or the Tyrant’s greed. These patterns are neither good nor bad on their own—they simply are. It is our conscious interaction with them that determines how they manifest in the world.

The Consequences of the Stories We Live By

If we think of ourselves as living vessels of archetypal patterns, then we must also recognize our responsibility in shaping the larger human story. What we embody does not stay confined within us; it ripples outward. Every thought we entertain, every emotion we nurture, every action we take contributes to a greater field of influence.

Imagine the difference between a world shaped by those who consciously embody Resurrection, Autonomy, and Truth, versus one shaped by those unconsciously perpetuating Victimization, Co-dependency and Falsehood. The archetypal forces at play are the same, but the outcomes are worlds apart.

This is where awareness becomes crucial. The stories we absorb from culture, media, and personal experience influence the archetypal energies we engage with. If we are constantly immersed in narratives of scarcity, competition, and unworthiness, we may unknowingly reinforce those energies within ourselves and the world around us. However, if we attune to stories of plentiful, unity, and blissful, we create a different energetic imprint—one that fosters growth, connection, and evolution.

Story as a Co-Creative Force

Story is not just a marketing tool or a pleasant escape for entertainment. It is a living, co-creative force that seeks to move through us—as humans we are vessels of meaning, carriers of myth, and custodians of the sacred narrative.

Ancient cultures understood this. They did not simply tell stories; they lived them. Myths were more than fables—they were maps of consciousness, instructing people on how to engage with the archetypal energies that shaped their lives. Rituals, initiations, and rites of passage were designed to ensure that individuals did not just inherit a story but embodied it in a way that contributed to the well-being of the collective.

In the modern world, much of this wisdom has been forgotten. Story has been relegated for entertainment and business, and many have become unconscious participants in narratives they never consciously chose. Yet the power of story remains unchanged—it still shapes us, moves through us, and influences the course of our world.

The Invitation to Consciously Shape the Narrative

So the question is not just, What story am I telling?  but, What story is moving through me? And is it one that uplifts, restores, and honours life—or one that diminishes it?

We are not just consumers of stories; we are their architects. With every choice we make, we align ourselves with certain archetypal currents, reinforcing patterns that either sustain the beauty and longevity of humanity or contribute to its unraveling.

This is an invitation: to become conscious storytellers, not just with our words, but with our lives. To recognize that every thought, action, and intention is a thread in the great mythic weave of our existence. An invitation to step into the role of the sovereign co-creator, shaping a world infused with gratitude, compassion, strength, passion, wisdom, forgiveness, joy, courage, and love.

The architects of story are always watching, waiting for us to decide.

What will you choose?

Heart to Heart, Elizabeth
