WHAT ALWAYS MATTERS?

Today I am sharing how our words really do matter…

There is a sacred truth we are only just beginning to remember: Words matter—because they become matter.

Each word we speak is a strand of energy, an echo of light. It is more than a sound, more than a fleeting vibration in the air—it is a spell, a code, a command sent into the living matrix (the Unified Field) of the universe. And even more intimately, into our own bodies. When we speak, we sculpt. We shape reality with our vibration, sculpting our destiny with sound. Especially the sacred phrase, I am. Those two words carry an ancient charge. A creative frequency that echoes through time, through water, through the womb, through the Soul.

The Alchemy of Speech

Our bodies are over 70% water—a shimmering, fluid temple. And water, as the mystics and the scientists now agree, is a sensitive recorder of vibration. It listens. It remembers. It responds. When you speak, your words are not only heard with ears—they are felt with cells. Each “I am tired,” “I am broken,” or “I am not enough” travels like a coded river through your inner world, lighting up dormant pathways, for better or worse. But speak with sacred intention—I am luminous. I am whole. I am the light reborn each morning—and your DNA listens, unfurling like petals in sunlight.

DNA: The Sacred Ladder

Science calls it a double helix. Spirit calls it the living ladder. Your DNA is not fixed—it is fluid, receptive, and intelligent. When you speak with consciousness, especially “I am” statements, you are not just affirming—you are activating. You are turning on potential, stirring ancient codes within the spaces between the strands. Yes, there is potential DNA—what was once called “junk DNA”—waiting like unopened scrolls. Your words are indeed the key.

Language as Light

This is not just a poetic metaphor. This is quantum truth. Every word carries frequency. And frequency carries instruction. Your voice is a tuning fork for your cells, a directive to the universe, a spellbook that shapes the story of your becoming. And so, the question is not simply what are you saying? But rather, what are you creating?

A Practice for Living Gracefully with Language

Words of Power, Today

Begin now. Speak slowly. Speak consciously. Let your words become prayers, poetry, prophecy. Say out loud:

  • I am light encoded in form.
  • I am the sacred sound returning to harmony.
  • I am remembering who I am—and why I came.

Because your words matter. Because they become matter.
And you, dear one, are the author of this reality.

Speak with your Soul. Speak as Source. Speak yourself into new life.—The Voice is the Vessel. Let us remember how to use it.

What if the ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE?

Is the Vibration of LOVE Simply the Coherence of Creation?

Often, we limit our understanding of “Love” to romantic relationships. But what if Love is something far greater—an all-pervasive, living energy that surrounds our planet and fuels the very act of creation? We know that heart-to-heart connections generate unity, but Love, in its highest form, is a co-creative force—far beyond the unconscious act of reproduction.

What if every connection we make is, in essence, a loving relationship? The depth of Love we invest in our vocations, our purpose, and our daily experiences fuels not only our creativity but the very essence of our existence.

We all have access to this boundless, powerful energy, yet we often fear it. The frequency of Love touches every aspect of life—our families, friendships, work, passions, environment, and even our relationship with the planet itself. We continually express what we love and what we resist. But what if Love is more than an emotion—what if it is the very substance that sustains the universe?

Could it be that what we call GOD is simply the force of Love itself? And that we are naturally wired to create coherence—to generate more Love, more Light, more of the divine essence that I call The Christos Sophia?

Throughout life, we oscillate between two fundamental energies: Love, which equates to LIFE and LIGHT, and Fear, which can manifests as DEATH and DARKNESS. But is it truly Love that we fear? Or is it our own resistance to Life and Light? For some, it seems easier to remain disconnected from Love, Light, and the Divine, rather than surrender to a frequency so powerful that it might actually be sustaining the entire cosmos.

For me, my guiding mantra is this: “I Love The Christos Sophia First.”

When I say these words, something profound happens:

  • First, I feel an instant connection to a source that loves me unconditionally.
  • Then, I feel a deep acceptance of myself and greater compassion for others.
  • Next, I sense a powerful assurance that all things good flow from this connection.
  • Finally, I intuitively know that this feeling generates more Love, more Light, more divine presence.

Perhaps the alchemy of turning lead into gold is simply a metaphor for perfecting Love—both within and without. It is the divination of matter and spirit, the merging of the human with the divine.

This understanding is not foreign to artists, visionaries, and creators. When we immerse ourselves in the process of bringing something new into existence, we form a sacred bond with it—we Love it into being. And through that Love, we seek perfection, wholeness, and expression.

This “becoming one with” is the essence of true alchemy. It is the sacred formula of transformation, requiring surrender—both of the Self and to Love itself. A true alchemist must undergo sacrifice, purification, and release of the ego-self, for at the heart of Great Work lies a singular truth:

The ART of ALCHEMY is LOVE

It is the science of the Soul, the bridge between humanity and divinity, the understanding of the nature of the cosmos, the earth, and the human spirit.

For millennia, the sages, saints, and shamans have sought to harness this power—giving it names, rituals, and symbols. But in essence, they were all discovering the same truth: Love is the greatest force of all.

And this power is not beyond us—it is within us. We are hardwired to generate this miraculous force. Perhaps the ancients were right when they taught: “We must Love and acknowledge our Source first, above all else.”

It makes perfect sense. If we were created by a force fueled by Love, of course, we would Love that Source first.

Unveiling the Mysteries of the Elixir of Life: Alchemy

Hello Beautiful Souls,

Today I touch on Alchemy, the ancient mystical practice that captivated the minds of sages, scholars, and seekers for centuries, and has left behind a legacy of symbols and hidden wisdom. Among these symbols, the Elixir of Life stands as a light of aspiration, promising rejuvenation and the pursuit of longevity. This remarkable symbol, deeply ingrained in the intricate language of alchemy, represents not just correction and transformation but also enlightenment and heavenly bliss.

The history of alchemy, however, is shrouded in mystery and obscurity. Lost to the sands of time, it vanished with the burning of ancient libraries and the religious suppression of the medieval era and has been left in the shadows of our modern world. What remains is only some speculation and wonder, allowing us to interpret its meaning according to our deepest beliefs and spiritual essence.

The allure of alchemy lies in its ambiguity, offering a canvas upon which we can paint our spiritual journey. It’s an invitation to look within, to explore our inner selves, to connect with our spirit and our divinity. I’ve personally embraced this symbol as a way of life, using it as a guide to becoming better versions of myself. And no doubt this is due to my recent past life integration, which revealed I was an Alchemist and Nobleman in Salzburg and Vienna, Austria.

In my book The Living Goddess Code, a practice I have embraced, reminds us of our inherent power and potential. When we align ourselves with the Divine Living Presence and the Living Goddess, we become co-creators with the archetypal and angelic forces that aligned with us. These celestial allies support us in shaping our reality, that is if we are willing to accept our role as co-creators.

So, what is this elusive Elixir of Life?

It’s not a magical elixir hidden away in some long-lost laboratory; it’s you. It’s the beauty that resides within you, the love that you carry, and the essence of who you really are. When you combine these elements and align yourself with the divine, you can turn your life into something precious, something akin to gold or even ‘god.’

In this interpretation of alchemy, the Elixir of Life symbolises self-discovery, transformation, and spiritual awakening. It’s a reminder that we hold the keys to our potential and can become co-creators with the Divine. By embracing the power of symbols and archetypes, we connect with our true selves and unlock the door to the next level of our evolution.

In a world filled with mysteries and unanswered questions, archetypal alchemy and its symbols continue to offer us a path to self-discovery and enlightenment. It’s a journey that leads us to the most profound realisation of all – that the Elixir of Life is not an external substance but the very essence of our being.

So, dear one embrace your Elixir of Life, and let the magic of transformation and self-discovery unfold.

The Alchemical Magic of Integration

In a world dominated by social media and the constant bombardment of information, it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of 3 to 10 second engagement. For many, our lives have become a continuous scroll, where we consume information at lightning speed, unconsciously looking for that dopamine hit. While this can be informative and entertaining, it often leaves little room for something crucial – integration. This blog post explores why embracing integration is a significant element in the transformation process and how it can enhance our lives more deeply.

The Rush of 3-Second Engagement

Picture this: you’re scrolling through your social media feed, clicking from one post to another, watching short video clips, and skimming through countless images. In this fast-paced world of 3-10 second engagement, it’s easy to feel like you’re constantly on the move, trying to keep up with the latest trends and updates.

Just because we see or hear something once or twice doesn’t mean we know it. While this may seem like an efficient way to stay informed, it often leaves us feeling scattered and disconnected from our actual experiences. We become mere observers, taking in information without truly processing or understanding it. It’s like going to a buffet and devouring every dish without savouring the flavours.

The Importance of Integration

Integration is the process by which we take in new information and incorporate it into our existing knowledge, beliefs, and experiences. It’s like adding a puzzle piece to a larger picture, making it more complete and coherent. Without integration, all the puzzle pieces remain scattered, and the big picture never forms.

In the context of personal growth and transformation, integration is vital. When we rush through life with nominal engagement, we miss the opportunity to reflect, internalize, and make sense of the information we encounter. This hasty consumption can lead to a shallow understanding of complex issues and a disconnection from our inner selves.

The Slow Path to Transformation

True transformation requires a deeper engagement with the world around us. It demands that we slow down and allow the integration process to take place.

Here’s how you can embrace integration in your life:

  1. Mindful Consumption: Instead of mindlessly scrolling through your social media feed, take a moment to pause and reflect on the content you encounter. Ask yourself how it relates to your life, values, and goals.
  2. Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you process and integrate new information. It allows you to connect and gain insights that might otherwise be lost in the rush of distractions.
  3. Conversations: Engage in meaningful discussions with others. Sharing your thoughts and listening to theirs can provide a space for your valuable integration.
  4. Meditation and Self-awareness: These practices can help you become more present and aware, making it easier to integrate information.

Embrace the Journey

Remember that transformation is a journey, not a destination. By embracing integration and stepping back from the whirlwind of rapid engagement, you can unlock a more prosperous, meaningful connection to content, information and experiences.

It’s not about disconnecting from the world but connecting with it on a deeper level.

And as we move through the veils of these extraordinary times towards our expanded reality of past, present, and future selves. I believe integration is also about accessing more of our innate capacities, like cosmic medicine and sacred technologies, which are often available to us from our past lives, alternate lives or future lives. However, it does take some attention and intention so the integration can support our transformation. We are indeed in a phase of social and spiritual evolution and need to be fully integrated to come through each emerging threshold.

So, the next time you find yourself scrolling through social media or rushing through life, take a moment to breathe, reflect, and allow integration to work its magic. Your journey of transformation will be all the more fulfilling for it.
