Within the Living Attributes Codex, we are invited to remember a truth that sits quietly beneath the surface of conventional understanding: we are not solely biological beings.
For decades, a lesser-known thread of scientific inquiry has suggested that a significant portion of our DNA does not code for proteins, but instead interacts with light—emitting, receiving, and communicating through bio-photonic fields.
If we allow ourselves to contemplate this, even symbolically, it reshapes the way we perceive our existence. It suggests that we are not merely matter organised into form, but luminous intelligence expressed through form. In this sense, we are both structure and radiance—both body and field.
To say that we are “75% light and 25% biological” is not simply a statistic to be taken literally, but an invitation to shift identity.
For generations, humanity has been conditioned to view itself as entirely physical—bound by limitation, decay, and separation. Yet this perspective may be incomplete. We are also energetic, relational, and responsive to frequencies that extend beyond the visible spectrum.
What was once introduced in the 1970s as a fringe or premature idea can now be revisited through a more integrated lens. Advances in fields such as biophysics, epigenetics, and quantum biology are beginning to reveal that our bodies are not isolated systems, but dynamic participants in a vast energetic exchange. The language may differ, but the essence echoes the same knowing: we are more than matter alone.
Within the Codex, this understanding aligns with the awakening of the Light Centres—the subtle architecture through which consciousness, energy, and embodiment meet. As these centres become more coherent and integrated, we begin to experience ourselves differently. Not as fixed identities, but as evolving expressions of light-informed awareness.
This is what may be described as the transition from Homo sapiens to Homo luminous—not a sudden transformation of species, but a gradual remembering. A refinement of perception. A reorientation from survival toward coherence, from fragmentation toward wholeness.
To embody this is not to reject the biological, but to honour it as the sacred vessel through which light expresses itself. The body is not separate from the luminous field—it is its partner, instrument, and living interface.
So this is the reminder: you are more than what you have been taught to believe. Your thoughts, your emotions, your presence—all of it participates in a subtle exchange of energy and light. As you become conscious of this, you begin to live differently. With greater responsibility, yes—but also with greater wonder.
And perhaps this is the true activation—not becoming something new, but remembering what has always been present within you: a being of light, living in form, here to embody the intelligence of both.
Heart to Heart, Elizabeth
