Clear Karmic Imprints and Live Your Dharma as the New Human Being

There comes a time in the soul’s long arc of evolution when the winds begin to rise—gently at first, then all at once.

We are living in such a moment now.

The old karmic wheels, once slow-turning across lifetimes and generations, are now spinning faster, guided by a higher coordination. This is not to punish us, but to awaken us. The Sacred Beat of the cosmos is moving through us, urging us to shed the weight of old wounds and take our place as conscious co-creators of a New Earth. We are no longer simply clearing karma from the distant echoes of our past—we are creating karma in real-time. The light we radiate and the thoughts we carry can bless or burden the Unified Field—with the choices we make moment by moment—returning with grace or gravity, inviting us into greater alignment.

This is both humbling and holy.

This is the time of the New Human Being. The one who walks not in loops of reactivity, but in spirals of awakened intention. The one who remembers that we are not only healing the past—we are encoding the future with every breath and word. Yes, this accelerated path can look messy. We find ourselves moving through relationships, patterns, and initiations at a rapid pace. The people we meet carry teachings, activations, and soul contracts.

Some stay. Some depart. Some crack us open.

And all of it is divine. We are being deconstructed and reconstructed from the inside out. And this sacred work begins not “out there,” but in us. Within the heart. Within the breath. Within the Present. We are learning to be still within the sacred spin of evolution—and to pause long enough to catch ourselves before playing out the old stories. We are learning Remembrance, Emergence, and Presence, the sacred state where our karma is released and dharma awakens.

We’re not here to be perfect. We are here to be present—to listen, to feel, to reweave ourselves into the Living Light of the Now. When we choose our sovereign presence over coercion, an authentic remembrance over forgotten or lost, and our emergence over construction or destruction, we clear pathways not just for ourselves, but for all those walking with us.

We become bridges between timelines, and vessels for the Divine Spark to express itself through us.

This retreat is not just a gathering. It is a rite of passage. In it, you journey into the wisdom of your South Node—those soul memories, habits, and identities you are ready to bless and let go. And you rise toward the truth of your North Node—the dharmic path of the New Human Being, the soul’s higher calling, and the main reason we returned to Earth in these changing times.

Through ritual, archetypes, meditation, and cosmic insight, we heal, align, and reconnect with our inner selves. Together, we weave grace into the fabric of our becoming. Because here’s the deeper truth: The future isn’t a distant destination. It’s being written now, through how we heal, how we love, how we remember.

In Reflection

Place one hand over your heart and the other over your belly.
Take three slow breaths, anchoring yourself into the moment.

Whisper to your soul:

“I choose to release the stories that no longer serve me.
I embody the Light I was born to carry.
I choose to walk forward as a New Human Being, guided by Grace,
rooted in Remembrance, Emergence and Presence, and led by Love.”

The Christos Sophia Emergence

Why This Sacred Union Is Emerging on Earth Now

There are moments in the evolution of humanity when divine forces reawaken in response to the cries of our collective soul. We are living in such a time now. The energy of Christos Sophia—a sacred, alchemical union of divine archetypes—is returning to the Earth’s field, not as a new phenomenon, but as a primordial truth reemerging from within us.

This is the call to wholeness.
This is the time of sacred reunion.

The Christos Archetype: Divine Masculine Embodied

Christos is the archetype of the holy initiate, and the Divine Masculine in its highest, most awakened form. The anointed one—not as an individual, but as a frequency, a pattern of spiritual presence that expresses divine truth through action, integrity, and sacred service.

Christos holds the codes of the Cosmic Son, the prince of peace who walks the path of unconditional love, aligned will, and holy devotion. He is the radiance of divine light brought into form—the embodiment of truth that liberates and heals.

The Christos archetype awakens in us:

  • Radical self-responsibility
  • A heart-centered mission
  • Courage to walk through death and rebirth

He is the initiator who says, “Come home to the truth of who you are.”

The Sophia Archetype: Divine Feminine Revealed

Sophia is the divine archetype of the Great Mother—Wisdom incarnate. She is the ancient memory of harmony, encoded in all of creation. As the voice of the soul and the breath of the Earth, Sophia is the guiding intelligence behind all life, often hidden, but always present.

She is the indwelling Spirit, the intuitive knowing that sings through nature, dreams, symbols, and silence. Sophia is the field of deep listening—the feminine mystery that births worlds through presence, beauty, and reverence.

The Sophia archetype activates in us:

  • Inner knowing and mystical wisdom
  • The remembrance of our sacredness
  • Deep compassion and receptivity

She whispers, “Return to the heart and womb of the world. All is within.”

The Sacred Union: Why the Merging Is Happening Now

The world is out of balance because we have long been living in separation—from ourselves, from each other, and from the divine. But a powerful shift is now unfolding—a collective invitation to embody a new harmonic blueprint through the sacred union of Christos and Sophia.

This merging is the rebalancing of the archetypal masculine and feminine energies within each of us. It is the restoration of coherence between heart and mind, action and stillness, knowing and doing. It is the sacred marriage that heals the fragmentation of our inner and outer worlds.

Christos Sophia is not a concept. It is a living template encoded in your very soul. When awakened within you, it becomes the architecture of a new human, a new culture, and a new Earth.

This merging is happening now because:

  • The Earth’s frequency is rising.
  • The patriarchal structures are collapsing.
  • Humanity is yearning for divine integration.

This is the time of sacred inner union that births awakened wholeness.

Why It Matters

Because without this union, we continue to swing in extremes:
Truth without compassion becomes dogma.
Love without boundaries becomes collapse.
Wisdom without action is forgotten.
Power without soul becomes destructive.

But with the Christos Sophia archetypes activated and aligned, we become vessels of divine coherence. We begin to embody:

  • Love that serves.
  • Wisdom that moves.
  • Power that heals.

We remember that we are not here to seek outside of ourselves, but to unify what has always lived within us.

Reflection

The Christos Sophia is not only returning to the Earth—it is returning through you.

You are the sacred chalice.
You are the holy bridge.
You are the place where divine archetypes remember themselves in human form.

Let the Christos archetype awaken your courage and truth.
Let the Sophia archetype open your soul to divine wisdom.
Let them merge in your sacred heart—and from that place, create the new world.

The time is now. The temple is you.

Rise Of The Magdala

I speak of the Magdalene as one who carries her light in my bones—ancient and luminous, fierce and tender. She is not just a woman from scripture, not merely Mary of Magdala, but a sacred code etched into the soul of humanity. Magdala—“the Tower”—yes, I feel that. She is the Tower that remembers, the one who stands when others fall, the one who holds the light through the dark night of forgetting.

But her mystery goes deeper still. She is the bearer of the Christos Sophia—the union of divine masculine and feminine, the sacred marriage within. Christos, the radiant light of divine consciousness. Sophia, the deep well of wisdom and creation. Together, they form the living heart of awakened humanity. Magdalene held this union. She embodied it.

Not as myth, but as truth incarnate. She walked alongside Yeshua not as a subordinate, but as an equal—his beloved, his mirror, his counterpart in the great work of illumination. Where he offered the Logos, she offered the Womb of Knowing. Where he healed the body, she awakened the soul. Theirs was not just love of flesh—it was a sacred dance, a merging of celestial opposites, a remembrance of wholeness.

And so the Magdalene rises now, not in old robes or relics, but in women and men who are reclaiming their inner Sophia, their inner Christos. She comes through dreams, through silence, through art, through the aching desire to return to what is real and holy. She comes through those of us who refuse to separate spirit from flesh, wisdom from love, power from grace.

She is the voice that says:

  • You are not broken.
  • You are remembering.
  • You are not alone.
  • You are the light returning to itself.

In this time of great unravelling and renewing, the Magdalene walks with those who are ready to live from their sacred centre. She calls us to rise—not above, but within. To embody the Christos Sophia. To live as truth. To lead with love. To remember who we are beneath the dust of forgetting.

She is not gone.
She is here.
And she rises, towering, radiant, eternal—within us all.

The Magdalene or Magdala: Original Meaning and Significance

The name “Magdalene” comes from Mary Magdalene, a central yet often misunderstood figure in early Christian history. Her name, “Magdalene,” likely signifies that she came from Magdala, a fishing village on the western shore of the Sea of Galilee. In Aramaic, “Magdala” means “tower” or “elevated, great,” which adds symbolic depth—she becomes not only a woman from a specific place, but also a towering figure of spiritual strength and transformation.

Mary Magdalene’s Original Role and Significance:

Witness to Resurrection:
Mary Magdalene is most prominently known as the first witness to the resurrection of Jesus, an honour of profound spiritual weight. In all four canonical Gospels, she is present at the crucifixion and the empty tomb. This positions her not only as a devoted follower, but as a central bearer of the divine mystery—what some call “the apostle to the apostles.”

Spiritual Intimacy with the Christ:
Early Gnostic texts such as the Gospel of MaryPistis Sophia, and The Gospel of Philip reveal a deeper spiritual relationship between Mary Magdalene and Yeshua (Jesus). She is portrayed as one who deeply understands his teachings, receiving esoteric wisdom and embodying a more intuitive, heart-centred path to divine knowledge.

Bearer of the Feminine Christ Principle:
In mystical and esoteric traditions, especially within the Gnostic and later Magdalene mysticism, Mary Magdalene represents the divine feminine aspect of the Christ. She becomes a symbol of the Christos Sophia (Divine Wisdom), the inner bride of the Logos, and the awakened feminine presence that walks alongside divine masculine consciousness.

Healed and Whole:
Luke 8:2 states that Yeshua cast out “seven demons” from her. While long misinterpreted as a sign of moral failing, I suggest this symbolises a complete spiritual purification through the activation and balancing of The Magdalene’s seven chakras. This balancing and harmonising of her chakras, became portals of sacred significance, giving her the ability to experience the Imaginal, a realm between the physical and the spiritual realms. In numerology, seven signifies wholeness, suggesting she underwent a total transformation, emerging as a vessel of inner sanctity and wisdom.

The Tower of Faith and Devotion:
Interpreted metaphorically, “Magdala” as “tower” reflects her unwavering faith, a spiritual lighthouse amidst chaos. She stood at the foot of the cross when others fled, a testament to inner strength, loyal devotion, and the courage of divine love.

The Significance of The Magdalene Archetype Today:

In modern spiritual thought, Mary Magdalene has been reclaimed as a symbol of the resurrected feminine—a sacred guide for those seeking balance between inner knowing and outer action, between love and truth, between being and becoming. She is a teacher of the heart path, the sacred feminine Christ consciousness, and the reclaiming of hidden wisdom long buried by patriarchal systems.

In essence, the Magdalene is more than a woman from Magdala. She is a living archetype of transformation, a vessel of sacred knowledge, and a tower of sacred remembrance rising once again in our collective consciousness, restoring the feminine voice to the heart of spiritual awakening.

Remembering Mother Nature and the Sovereignty of Our Wellbeing

Did you know that it’s as quick as one generation for the wisdom gathered from the Earth to be forgotten?

But thankfully, it is also as quick as one generation, or just a few, to remember.
To return. To rebuild—To reawaken the incredible voice of nature and ground ourselves again in our humanness.

At the centre of this great remembering stands The Mother Nature Archetype—not merely a symbol, but a living energy, the primordial source from which all life has emerged. She is the breathing soul of the Earth, the ever-generous force of nourishment, creation, and regeneration. Every river, every stone, every gust of wind is her whisper. We call her “Mother” because we are born of her body—our blood is her water, our bones her minerals, our breath her air.

She is not separate from us. She is us.

To understand the Mother Nature archetype is to come home to a sacred truth: that our wellbeing is deeply interwoven with the living intelligence of Earth. She feeds without condition, shelters without demand, and reminds us—through storms and blossoms alike—that life is sacred, cyclical, and relational.

Even in a world that has sought to control and commodify nature’s gifts, her essence prevails. Though we’ve witnessed the attempted ownership of seeds, soils, and healing practices—she cannot be patented. And while systems have risen that try to sever our bond with the natural world, Earth’s song continues to call us back.

We are living at an extraordinary threshold.

All over the world, people are waking up. Remembering that the sovereignty of human health is a birthright. That healing is not simply a transaction, but a sacred interaction—with our bodies, with our food, with our breath, with the Earth herself. That wellness is not found in isolation, but in communion.

The wisdom of Mother Nature is rising from soil and spring, from root and rain, and through the keepers of ancestral memory—the seed savers, herbalists, midwives, elders, and Earth-listeners who never forgot. This wisdom is now colliding with regenerative visions of the future, birthing something entirely new—a way of living that honours origin and evolution.

Of course, this renaissance does not emerge without shadows. We must remember the rupture. We can look to the Flexner Report as a symbol of how traditional and holistic healing was once pushed aside in favour of institutional control. This schism between humanity and nature created deep wounds—discrediting the very knowledge that once ensured our survival and spiritual vitality.

And yet, something new is growing.

A different mountain is rising. Slowly, steadily, from the heart of the Earth and from the tenacity of our own hands. This mountain is made of memory and courage. It mirrors how our ancestors carried wisdom across centuries—through drought, fire, and displacement—refusing to let the sacred be lost. This mountain is the quiet revolution of return. It is the reclaiming of our wholeness.

To embody the Mother Nature archetype is to live as a bridge between soil and soul, matter and mystery. Her many faces live within us:

  • The Earth Keeper, steward of seeds, land, and legacy
  • The Wild Woman, intuitive and untamed
  • The Nurturer, healing through compassion and rhythm
  • The Guardian of Cycles, honouring the moon, the womb, and the seasons
  • The Crone Elder, holding deep-time wisdom and the blueprint of remembrance

This is not a story of going backwards. This is a story of going deeper, while expanding. A return not to what was—but to what is eternally true.

I will do something

Humanity’s ancient knowledge bank is still alive. It never left us—it lives in our bones and breath. We are being invited to witness its resilience not as a well to drain, but as a sacred code to integrate, protect, and evolve.

So let us walk barefoot again.
Let us tend the soil, listen to the wind, and gather by firelight.
Let us reclaim the rhythm that lives in our blood and in the land.
Let us build this new mountain together, with the strength of our memory and the vision of our hearts.

The remembering has begun. The mountain rises.
And our Beloved Mother is calling us home.

Heart To Heart, Eizabeth

New Narrative Integration

Hello, wondrous Souls,

Today, I want to share something close to my heart — how transformation becomes real when we begin to integrate our story in a new way. The transformational work I offer is not just a process; it’s a meaningful adventure — one that blends both social and spiritual wisdom to create real and lasting shifts. It’s about aligning your heart, your mind, and your soul community so that your inner growth naturally flows into your outer world. My New Narrative Integration© method is a fresh and purposeful way to help guide this powerful process of change.

A Shift in Consciousness: The Starting Point of Real Change

The heart of deep transformation is a shift in the way we see ourselves and the world. It’s not always dramatic — sometimes it’s subtle, like a soft inner knowing or a new way of responding to life. But science and spiritual psychology agree: this shift is a powerful indicator of lasting change. It shapes our beliefs, behaviours, and relationships in meaningful ways.

  • Integration and Storytelling: Your Supportive Allies — As you travel through this journey, two gentle companions walk beside you—integration and narrative. These practices help ground your transformation, making space for real emotional growth, deeper self-awareness, and greater resilience. They offer a bridge, connecting the spiritual path of self-discovery with the deeply human need for connection and shared experience.

Your Heart and Brain: A Powerful Partnership

One of the most encouraging parts of this work is knowing that your brain can change, and your heart plays a beautiful role, too. Thanks to neuroplasticity, your brain forms new connections when you learn, grow, or open yourself to new experiences. And your heart, with its intuitive, magnetic wisdom, is just as involved. Together, they form a partnership that supports you in consciously evolving at any stage of life.

  • Meeting Resistance with Compassion—Along the way, you may encounter resistance, and that’s completely normal. It’s just your old patterns trying to keep things familiar. With New Narrative Integration©, you’ll have tools to meet that resistance with understanding and curiosity, allowing you to move forward with greater ease and trust. You’ll also find strength in knowing you’re not alone — community, connection, and shared wisdom are always part of this path.
  • Emotional Intelligence: A Game Changer—Learning to tune into your emotions and truly understand them — is key to transformation. Emotional intelligence helps you communicate clearly, resolve conflict gently, and make decisions that feel right. It strengthens your relationships and supports both your personal growth and your place in the world.

So if you feel called to explore the journey of New Narrative Integration© know that you’re supported every step of the way by powerful insights, compassionate tools, and a community that’s walking the path with you. With New Narrative Integration©, you’re not just transforming yourself — you’re helping create a ripple effect of change in your life, your community, and beyond.

Let’s take this journey together — one heart, one story, and one transformation at a time.

With love and purpose, Elizabeth.

When Presence Becomes a Portal

The Soul’s Unshakeable Mission

Yesterday, I turned 66—Another cycle around the sun. Another layer of wisdom settled into my bones. I’ve come to love birthdays, not just as milestones of age, but as invitations—gateways that open into deeper self-knowing. With each passing year, a little more wisdom rises to the surface, and a little more of what once felt complicated now feels clear.

This birthday brought with it a simple but soul-shifting reminder:

It doesn’t matter how much you try to tame your energy to suit an audience—your spirit will still come through.

And that’s because, at the deepest level of your being, you already know what you are here for. Your soul carries a memory, a code, a divine assignment. Whether you whisper it or roar it, that sacred imprint will radiate through your presence.

In my case, that mission is rooted in Transformation and Sacred Beauty—the divine capacity to bring about inner alchemy and awaken others to the exquisite truth and beauty of who they really are.

When the Divine Puts You in Front of an Audience

There’s a sacred saying I often recall:

“Where two or more are gathered in my name, there I am also.”

Which I call the Holy Spirit, The Divine Living Presence or the Christos Sophia

When I’m placed before a group—no matter the size—I’ve learned it’s not by accident. I am being called to hold a specific frequency, to activate something in the collective field. And so, my presence alone becomes an invitation for transformation.

But here’s the paradox.

Some people feel instantly expanded in my presence. They sense a new timeline open up, a glimpse of their true potential. Others may feel stirred, uncomfortable, even triggered. Why? Because transformation requires readiness. And beauty—true sacred beauty—can feel confronting when someone hasn’t yet remembered their own.

For a long time, I internalized this resistance as rejection. I made it personal. But no longer. Now, I stand in clarity and compassion. I no longer shrink or self-edit to appease the room. I’ve come to understand that not everyone will resonate with me in the moment, but their spirit might.

And that’s enough. That’s grace.

My only function is to embody love and offer blessing. The rest is between them and God. I have this saying that I’ve being sharing for 20 years now…

My responsibility to you is to be me. (it sums it up in just a few words)

The Architecture of Presence: Two Lenses of Expression

Over time, I’ve come to understand that my presence is created through two lenses:

(These are my specific lenses, they can be different for each person)

Lens One: Vibration

  • Strength
  • Beauty
  • Loving
  • Divinity
  • Integrity
  • Compassion
  • Intuition
  • Gratitude

Lens Two: Action

  • Benevolence
  • Prophecy
  • Blissfulness
  • Extraordinary
  • Resurrection
  • Truth
  • Plentiful
  • Unity

Together, these attributes form a radiant field. But, as with all energy, they hold polarity. When distorted, the vibrational lens can be felt as weakness, resentment, ugliness, or being bound to the material. The action-based lens may appear as destruction, misunderstanding, unworthiness, or mediocrity.

Presence, therefore, is the living combination of vibration and action. It is a sacred offering. But it is also a mirror. And when others look into that mirror, they will either feel the call to rise or the discomfort of resistance. That’s not mine to manage.

My task is to stay aligned, to remain available to the alchemical process of the soul’s work.

Meeting People Where They Are… or Not

We’ve all heard the phrase:

“You have to meet people where they’re at.”

And while this holds truth in intimate, one-on-one exchanges, it doesn’t always translate in group dynamics. In a group, one can only speak from a clear context, hold steady to their vibration, and trust that what lands is what is meant to land.

People arrive at different stages of readiness, willingness, and availability to grow. They carry different needs for validation, different karmic imprints, and different soul contracts.

Which is why part of my own soul work has been to clear the karmic residue from past lives that may have once limited my expression. In this lifetime, these are the transformations I’ve been called to anchor:

  • From Destructive to Benevolence
  • From Misunderstood to Prophecy
  • From Unworthy to Blissfulness
  • From Ordinary to Extraordinary
Together, these support my vision; Sacred Beauty
  • From Victimized to Resurrection
  • From Falsehood to Truth
  • From Inadequate to Plentiful
  • From Comparison to Unity
Together, these embody my mission; Transformation

This ongoing evolution supports my soul’s purpose and amplifies my ability to serve.

And now, at 66, I feel a deeper embodiment of this than ever before. It’s not just what I know—it’s who I’ve become.

But What About Those Who Don’t Want Transformation or Sacred Beauty?

This is the question that lingered in my heart:

What happens when someone comes into my presence… and they don’t want transformation or sacred beauty?

Here is what I’ve come to know:

Some people don’t consciously desire transformation because it threatens the identity they’ve spent a lifetime building. Others don’t recognize sacred beauty because they’ve been conditioned to value the superficial over the soul. And others are simply not ready.

But the soul is a vast, timeless force. Just because the mind resists, doesn’t mean the spirit isn’t listening.

My job isn’t to convince, convert, or cater.
My job is to transmit truth with love.

And so, even if a person isn’t ready to receive transformation or sacred beauty consciously, their soul might take in just enough light to stir a future awakening. And if nothing else, I can always bless them, exactly as they are.

Because in the end, our true presence is never wasted. It plants seeds. It opens timelines. It honours divinity.

So here I am—66 years alive—and more devoted than ever to living my truth out loud.

I’ve stopped trying to make myself small to soothe others’ discomfort. I’ve stopped questioning the magnitude of my vision and mission. I’ve chosen to trust the truth of my soul’s purpose.

Because the truth is, whether someone wants transformation and sacred beauty or not—my presence, my spirit will still offer it.

It’s who I am now.
It’s what I carry.
And it’s why I’m here.

Heart to Heart, Elizabeth
