Faith for the purpose of co-creating Autonomy

During the month of April in the Living Goddess Code we focus on the lovely energy of the Maiden archetype and our spiritual connection to the natural world that we occupy.

The arrival of April also marks the initiation of a unique three-month journey within the realm of emotions. This experience encompasses the months of April, May, and June, each of which plays a pivotal role in developing your Emotional Self and the deep connection to your Higher Self. Through this cycle, the seeds of insight are sown, guiding you towards nurturing your soul’s ultimate purpose. This time is often called crossing the threshold into the Emotional Realm.

The month of the Maiden archetype is the perfect time to dive deep into her relaxed and flexible energy. Even if the Maiden isn’t your specific archetype in this realm, I still recommend you allow the powerful archetypal and angelic forces of the Maiden to enter your life this month, it’s also possible that your ancestors or you have lived several lifetimes with the Maiden and Otter archetype. You may well have a few Maiden codes in your Souls DNA.

Tap Into Your Highest Wisdom: Let Your Super-Conscious Mind Be Your Guide

Hello beautiful Souls,

Today I am talking about the true nature of your Higher Self…

We all have an inner compass that can point us towards our most significant potential and truth if only we take the time to listen. It is the voice of your super-conscious mind, your Higher Self – that wise, transcendent aspect of your consciousness that sees with clarity and resonates with the sacred essence of who you are.

While your conscious mind is focused on the here and now, grappling with everyday thoughts and decisions, your super-conscious mind operates at a higher level. It is the elevated awareness that lies beyond the limitations of the chattering ego and conditioned behaviours. This super-consciousness is your bridge to the sublime – the portal to knowing yourself and your role in the greater unified field; the Divine Living Presence and Living Goddess.

For too long, you may have been caught up in the smaller dramas and distractions of the conscious mind. You get trapped by material desires, self-judgment, and anxiety and live in a dampened state of spiritual forgetfulness.

But there is another way to walk through this life – one guided by the gentle yet unshakable wisdom of our Higher Self. When you attune yourself to this elevated form of self, you are open to intuitive insight, conviction, and alignment with your greatest good.

Your super-conscious mind (Higher Self) knows the deeper currents of truth that lie beyond the turbulent or mundane surface of your everyday mind. It sees through the veil of illusion and connects you to cosmic lore and transcendent principles that allow you to live with authenticity, integrity, and purpose.

Cultivating a relationship with this infinite guide within is an ongoing practice. It requires you to still the mental chatter, create a quiet space to truly listen, I call this Listening to the Silence. With patience and dedication, you can learn to walk as one with your super-conscious mind, your Higher Self.

When you commit, you open to the grace of being “led” in the most profound sense. Life begins to shed its skin of struggle and self-doubt as you surrender to the loving embrace of your essential nature. Choices begin to flow from a pure wellspring of inner truth rather than the fear-based decisions of the smaller self.

On this path, you live not by unthinkingly following dogmas or ingrained mental scripts but by merging with the boundless wisdom of your higher consciousness. A new light permeates your steps as you walk with connection, clarity, and confidence, trusting in the unfolding of your most sublime calling.

I hope this doesn’t feel like an elusive fantasy? It is indeed your most resonant birthright. The super-conscious mind, your Higher Self awaits your acknowledgment, your permission to take the lead and reveal the greatest miracle of all – your transcendent nature.

So, let’s adapt to this paradigm of living guided by your luminous higher consciousness. The time is now to live not from voices of fear and limitation but from the sanctuary of your eternal super-consciousness. Your highest wisdom has been waiting an eternity to illuminate the way.

Let it be your guide.

Living Your Truth is Being on Brand

Hello beautiful souls,

Today I want to talk about something that is so crucial for any entrepreneur, healer, creative, or spirit-driven business owner – allowing yourself to fully show up and embody your brand.

Your brand is not just a logo or set of visuals. It’s the expression of your deepest purpose and the value you want to create in the world.

I’ve always believed, “Your brand is far more than just a logo or a visual identity; it’s the embodiment of your spirit and purpose in the physical world. Being on brand means fully embodying your archetypal codes and expressing why you exist, what you stand for, and the value you bring to your audience, customers and community.”

For so many of us, we start businesses or pursue creative callings rooted in a deep spiritual yearning – to live our authentic truth, to be of service, to catalyze positive change. But oftentimes along the way, we get disconnected from that pure essence. We start to think too much about what we “should” do based on strategies, metrics, or what others expect of us.

When that happens, everything starts to feel out of alignment. Our messaging, branding, and offerings no longer feel infused with that crystalline clarity and radiance that sparks a resonance in the souls of our people. We’ve lost touch with our archetypal coding – the unique mythic blueprint that charts the coordinates of our sacred purpose.

This is why it’s so essential to continually return to the pure wellspring of why you exist and what only you can offer this world. Get radically honest with yourself about your deepest motivations, your core desired feelings, the change you want to create. Then, let that essence blaze forth into every aspect of your brand – the way you show up, the words you use, the visuals and experience you create.

When you can find the courage to vulnerably embody your full archetypal truth, everything becomes congruent and whole. Your audience will be drawn in at a soul level because they’ll sense the authenticity blazing behind everything you create. Your work will become sustainable because it won’t just be work – it will be the full expression of your spirit.

So let this be your invitation to continually return to source, shed all pretenses and masks, and let your light shine bright. The world is craving realness and truth. Show us your beauty, your essence, your radiant soul. ~ That’s true embodied branding!

The Circus and The Cake Shop

The following is my latest extended narrative and timeline that I have crafted into my past life as a child in the circus France and then my life in Montreal. – I share this version with you, as it provides a clear example of what’s possible when creating an extended story for a past life that needs some tender loving care and a new timeline.

The Circus and The Cake Shop

In the realm of the circus, where abnormity held sway,
My mother, a trapeze artist, in that world did play.
Josephine was my name, a child of spectacle in this strange domain.

Childhood was not a haven, in this nomadic show,
A world of child labour, where neglect would grow.
Left in a yard, the offspring of those who soared,
In huts and props, a life often ignored.

A collection of children, diverse in their years,
The older ones became caregivers, suppressing their fears.
Influenced by outcast performers, and their bizarre ways,
An unsafe norm, yet friendship ablaze.

Until one day, a trapeze partner took heed,
Witnessed my plight, a tormented misdeed.
At five years old, we departed that circus stage,
Leaving behind applause, my sparkling mother, a talented trapeze sage.

To Canada, we sailed, a new chapter began,
Montreal’s allure, a place bathed in the sun.
Our French tongue spoken, and understood with care,
Mother was a drawcard; her grace and finesse were rare.

In the city of Quebec, my life took root,
Dreams of a cake shop bloomed, with flowers to suit.
A haven of love, confections so sweet,
A tranquil embrace, where joy and life could meet.
Françoise, my love, a new adventure to behold,
On roads we traveled, our destinies unfold.

Married and settled, Quebec is our home,
And my pretty cake shop flourished, where seeds of love were sown.
Motherhood and business were happily combined,
A tapestry neatly woven, life’s joys intertwined.

The War brought trials, and stole Françoise’s sight,
Yet his quiet presence each day, was a beacon of light.
A community together, a strong bridge we built,
Leftover bread we shared and a good gesture was felt.
It became a healing balm for my childhood’s pain,
Our cafe thrived, with love’s reframe.

My Françoise’s passing cast a shadow so deep,
Yet the laughter of our children, I found a promise to keep.
Memories lingered like vanilla’s sweet scent,
A life well-lived, with love’s precious intent.

As my girls forged their paths with poise and grace,
Elsie, now a trapeze artist, claimed the space.

Our cafe walls were adorned with Mama’s shining splendour
And now Elsie wore Mama’s costume with sweet pride upon her

Generations abundant, a legacy blazing true,
Strength in women was shining through.

Inevitably, the cosmic tale called my name,
A fleeting illness claimed me, and my gentle transition came.

In a dream, my beloved whispered to me,
“It’s time, my little Angel, Come see, Come see.”
My Mama and Françoise took my hand and I soared high, into a glorious dance,
And just like that, I was taken up by the cosmic currents, of celestial chance.

The Story of Pardi and The Mothers Blessing

Hello beautiful Souls,

Today I am sharing my story of my past life in the ancient city of Ari, and thrilled to have now completed six of my past life narratives, which make up my Personal Mythos in this lifetime.

The following is a new extended narrative and timeline that I have crafted into my past life as a young girl who became a Mother’s Blessing practitioner in ancient Armenia. The story is also aligned with the archetype of the Sacred Mother. – I share this with you, as it provides a clear example of what’s possible when creating an extended story for a past life that needs some tender loving care and a new timeline.

In my past life as Pardi, living in the heart of ancient Armenia, I walked a path delicately woven from the threads of ancient traditions and the rapidly growing story of the Christian faith—my role as a Mother’s Blessing practitioner for our community needed to bridge these worlds. I lived between the divine whispers of Anahit, the once-revered and plentiful Goddess of fertility, healing, and wisdom, and Christianity, which had spread its roots deep into the Armenian soil.

Faith-filled Symbols

The pomegranate, a fruit as rich in flavour as it was in symbolism, was central to our lives. It was more than just sustenance; it was a sacred emblem, a direct link to the essence of Anahit. Its crown-like calyx and the abundance of seeds within spoke of sovereignty, fertility, and the continuation of life. These seeds, each encased in its jewel-like ruby chamber, were like the many facets of Anahit herself—protector, healer, and nurturer.

As Armenia embraced Christianity, the cherished symbols of our old beliefs found new expressions. We didn’t embrace The Cross as a cruxification but instead imbued it with the essence of the Tree of Life, which evolved it beyond its initial religious significance. It was a symbol that bridged beliefs, merging the Christian promise of eternal life with the pomegranate’s cyclical nature of birth, death, and rebirth. This convergence of symbols was not a mere coincidence but a testament to the enduring strength of our cultural identity, seamlessly integrating the old with the new.

Collaboration and Craftsmanship

Intertwined with these sacred symbols, my life was filled with joy and sorrow, victories and losses. My relationship with Tiran, a craftsman of unparalleled skill, was a source of deep love and companionship. He understood, as I did, the importance of keeping our ancient traditions alive within the framework of our new Christian faith. Together, we created objects of beauty and significance—crosses adorned with pomegranate motifs and vessels that carried the essence of Anahit within their Christian designs. Our work was a declaration of our heritage, a resistance against the removal of our rich past.

The pomegranate’s presence was felt everywhere, from the sacred rituals that still whispered of Anahit’s power to the Christian ceremonies that celebrated life’s miraculous renewal. It adorned our tables, art, and sacred spaces, a constant reminder of the continuity that ran through our lives. Its seeds, bursting with life, mirrored the community’s hope for a future where our traditions could coexist with our faith.

Challenges Build Faith-filled Resilence

However, my journey was not without its challenges. The struggle to preserve our heritage against the tide of a changing world was daunting. There were moments when the weight of my role as a Mother’s Blessing practitioner felt overwhelming, as if the essence of our culture and its ancient deities rested upon my shoulders. The loss of traditions, the fading memory of Anahit’s once towering golden presence, and the struggle to keep her spirit alive in the face of Christian dominance cast shadows over my longing heart.

Yet, I found my greatest strength in these moments of doubt and fear. I discovered that the true power of our traditions lay not only in the rituals or symbols themselves but in the unbreakable spirit of our people. Our resilience and unwavering commitment to honour our past while embracing our future became my guiding light.

My triumphant moment came not as a singular victory but as a realisation of the impact of our endeavours. Through our creations and love, Tiran and I had sown the seeds of memory and identity into the fabric of our community. We had shown that the esssence of our beloved Mother Goddess could live on through the symbols of our faith. And that the pomegranate and the Cross, merging as the Tree of Life, could stand together as symbols of our enduring heritage.

My time in Ari, the city of 1001 churches, came to an endearing closure—and my holy pomegranate, with its deep red seeds and the Tree of Life, each embodying the plentiful energy of my Mother Goddess, now symbolised my life. I had gracefully learnt about blending the old and the new and found a sacred beauty in unity and diversity.

My story, as Pardi, is a testament to the power of belonging, community, and tradition. It is a message that transcends time, weaving the past and the present into a story rich with the colours of humanity’s shared divinity.

Magic Matters: Healing the Body, Mind, and Spirit

Hello beautiful Souls,

Today I am talking about the intertwining of art, magic and medicine in ancient Egypt and how it underscored a holistic approach to healing that transcends the physical aspects of health. – Since the integration and completion of my Past Life extended narrative as a “healer-scribe” in Egypt, I felt it fitting share some insights with you.

HEKA, embodying both the god of magic and medicine, encapsulates the profound understanding that the ancient Egyptians had regarding the interconnectedness of the spiritual and physical realms. This dual role highlights the importance they placed not only on the physical treatment of ailments but also on the spiritual and psychological well-being of the individual.

The distinction between the swnw (general practitioners) and the sau (magical practitioners) reveals a sophisticated medical system that recognized the value of specialized knowledge in both conventional and magical healing practices. However, the use of magic was not confined to those specifically titled as magical practitioners; it permeated all aspects of Egyptian medicine. This universal application of magic alongside practical medical treatments illustrates the ancient Egyptians’ recognition of the complex nature of human health, where physical symptoms were often seen as manifestations of deeper, spiritual or supernatural causes.

The Per-Ankh, or “House of Life,” served as a crucial institution in the dissemination and advancement of medical knowledge. It was not merely a place for the physical treatment of the sick but also a center for learning, where medical texts were written, copied, and discussed. This integration of education and healing functions the holistic approach to medicine in ancient Egypt, where the accumulation of knowledge and the practice of healing were deeply intertwined.

The medical texts from ancient Egypt, with their combination of spells and practical measures, reflect an understanding of disease that incorporates both supernatural and natural explanations. Despite the enduring belief in the supernatural origins of disease, figures like Imhotep introduced a more rational approach to understanding illness, suggesting that diseases could arise naturally and were not necessarily divine punishments. This duality in the perception of disease—viewing it as both a natural and supernatural phenomenon—highlights the dynamic and evolving nature of ancient Egyptian medicine.

Seers, or wise women capable of seeing into the future, were not merely fortune-tellers as one might initially think. They played crucial roles in the community that went beyond divination. Their ability to help women conceive speaks to the broader societal emphasis on fertility and the continuation of the family lineage, which was of paramount importance in ancient Egypt. This role likely conferred a significant amount of respect and authority upon them, as they directly contributed to the growth and sustenance of families.

Furthermore, the seers’ capacity to interpret dreams adds another layer to their importance. In many ancient cultures, dreams were considered messages from the gods or omens of future events. The ability to decipher these messages placed seers in a unique position as mediators between the divine and the mundane, providing guidance and reassurance to those seeking to understand the will of the gods or the future.

The prescribing of herbal remedies for diseases showcases the seers’ role in the health and well-being of their communities. This aspect of their work indicates a deep knowledge of the natural world and its healing properties, blending spiritual practices with empirical knowledge of medicinal herbs. This holistic approach to medicine underscores the interconnectedness of spirituality, health, and nature in ancient Egyptian society.

The majority of Egyptians were illiterate, yet some, like the seers, could memorize spells read to them for later use, which illuminates an interesting aspect of knowledge transmission in ancient Egypt. This oral tradition allowed for the preservation and dissemination of important spiritual and medicinal practices, even among those who could not read or write. It highlights the value placed on oral knowledge and the role of memory in sustaining cultural and religious practices.

The role of seers in ancient Egypt exemplifies the deeply woven fabric of magic, religion, and practicality in daily life. Their work touched on crucial aspects of existence, from fertility and health to divine communication and the interpretation of omens. This multifaceted role not only shows the importance of seers in ancient Egyptian society but also offers a window into understanding how the ancient Egyptians navigated the complexities of their world.

Magic, in its broadest sense, has long held a captivating allure for humanity. From the ancient rituals of shamans and priests to the modern practices of artists and innovators, the concept of magic has permeated human culture and consciousness in myriad forms. It is indeed a reflection of our innate drive to create, to connect with the mysterious, and to seek meaning in the world around us.

At its core, magic embodies the power of transformation, the ability to shape reality through intention and will. Whether through art, ritual, or spiritual practice, humans have always sought to harness this power to manifest their desires, to commune with the divine, and to explore the depths of their own existence.

The arts can be seen as a form of magic. Through music, dance, visual expression, and storytelling, artists tap into the primal energies of creativity, weaving spells that evoke emotion, provoke thought, and transport us to realms beyond the mundane. In this sense, every work of art is a portal to the numinous realms of imagination and inspiration.

Likewise, spiritual traditions around the world are deeply intertwined with the essence of magic. From the mystical rites of ancient civilizations to the esoteric practices of contemporary mystics, magic has been a central element in the quest for enlightenment, transcendence, and union with the divine. Rituals, ceremonies, and sacred symbols serve as conduits for the flow of spiritual energy, guiding practitioners on their journey of self-discovery and inner transformation.

As we embrace the inherent magic within ourselves and the world around us, we reclaim our birthright as beings of boundless potential and infinite creativity. By honoring our connection to the sacred, we unlock the hidden depths of our own consciousness, tapping into reservoirs of wisdom, intuition, and divine inspiration.

It is time to unleash the full power of our human nature, to embrace the magic that dwells within us and to live lives imbued with wonder, beauty, and meaning. Let us create a culture of reverence for the mystical forces that shape our world, honoring the ancient wisdom of our ancestors while forging new pathways of spiritual evolution.

In this magical journey of life, may we each find our own unique expression of the divine, weaving spells of love, joy, and harmony wherever we go. For in the dance of creation, in the symphony of existence, we are all co-creators of a reality infused with the magic of the cosmos.
