At the centre of this event is El Elyon, the Most Highest Form Of Holy Oneness, whose sovereignty governs the heavens and the earth. This alignment is a reflection of its divine order, reminding us that we are both participants in and co-creators of the unfolding story of the universe.

Recognizing and honouring El Elyon in this moment invites us to:

  • Embrace our role as stewards of divine creation.
  • Align our actions with higher principles of truth and light.

Protecting Your Focus in a World of Content Overload

In today’s hyper-connected world, we are constantly consuming information—articles, podcasts, videos, and endless social media posts. While knowledge is valuable, too much of it can leave us feeling mentally cluttered and unable to make clear, aligned decisions. Instead of moving forward with purpose, we become stuck in cycles of overthinking and indecision.

This phenomenon is often the result of decision fatigue—the mental exhaustion that comes from processing too many choices without taking action. It’s like being in a car that won’t move. You’re sitting behind the wheel, but without the right preparation, you can’t even start the journey, let alone steer in the right direction.

The Cost of Decision Fatigue

When decision fatigue sets in, we experience:

  • Mental overload and analysis paralysis.
  • Fear of making the “wrong” choice.
  • Avoidance of decisions altogether, leading to stagnation.

In this state, even the simplest tasks can feel overwhelming, leaving us disconnected from our intuition and unable to move forward.

Key Point: Protect Your Focus

To overcome decision fatigue, you must protect your focus. Endless consumption of information doesn’t lead to clarity; it leads to confusion. The more scattered your attention, the harder it is to listen to your inner wisdom and make aligned decisions.

Trying to make aligned decisions without action is like trying to steer a parked car. No matter how much you turn the wheel, you won’t move until you press the accelerator. But before you can even do that, you need to:

  1. Find the Right Key – Identify what truly matters to you. What are your core values and priorities?
  2. Put It in the Right Gear – Prepare yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually and practically to take the first step.
  3. Work the Pedals – Balance acceleration with control. Sometimes you need to press the gas and move forward; other times, you need to ease up and reflect.
  4. Action fuels clarity. Once you’re in motion, you can make adjustments, refine your direction, and build momentum. But none of that happens if you’re stuck in park.

How to Create Aligned Decisions

  1. Pause and Reflect
    Before consuming more content, ask yourself: Am I searching for answers, or am I avoiding action?
  2. Focus on Essentials
    Limit your inputs to 1–3 trusted sources that align with your values. Too much information scatters your energy.
  3. Integrate Before Moving On
    After consuming content, write down key takeaways and decide on one action step you can take immediately.
  4. Simplify Your Process
    Let go of perfection. Take the next small step, even if it feels uncertain—you can correct your course along the way.
  5. Set Boundaries
    Create space for integration by scheduling time for reflection and implementation, free from “digital distractions.”

From Overwhelm to Alignment

Aligned decisions aren’t born out of overthinking—they emerge through intentional action. The next time you find yourself stuck in the spiral of consuming more content, remember this:

  • Find the right key—know your purpose.

The other day, as I sat quietly, the sunlight streamed into the room in a way that felt fondly familiar. The rays burst through the window, filling the space with brilliance, and in that moment, I felt a connection with my spiritual brother, Archangel Michael.

For decades, he has come to me in this way—through the sun, the light and an undeniable presence of strength and love.

This was a reminder of the times we’re living in, a time of accelerated social and spiritual evolution. Humanity is undergoing a rapid transformation, and those of us who are aware of it are being called to step up, to serve as spiritual nodes and portals to support this monumental process.

The Shift in Consciousness

You may have noticed it yourself—a heightened sense of connection, an inner pull toward a deeper truth, and a world around us that feels both turbulent and alive with possibility—old systems are crumbling, making way for a new era of unity and authenticity.

This accelerated evolution is not random; it’s a planetary and cosmic invitation for humanity to grow, to awaken to our inherent divinity, and to embrace our role as co-creators of this new paradigm. Those of us who are tuned into this shift are uniquely positioned to help ground and amplify this energy of transfiguration.

Becoming Spiritual Nodes and Portals

When Archangel Michael makes his presence known to me, I’m reminded of the strength, clarity, and courage that each of us carries within.   3. Share Your Wisdom: Your experiences and insights can inspire others to awaken to their own spiritual potential. Speak your truth authentically, knowing that your love and light will illuminate the path for others.
  4. Create Sacred Space: Hold space for others to explore their awakening without judgment. Your calm and understanding presence can offer healing and clarity.
  5. Trust in the Divine Plan: Remember that everything is unfolding as it should. Even in moments of uncertainty, trust that you are part of a greater plan, woven into the fabric of this social and spiritual evolution.

Awakening to a Radiant Life

Hello beautiful Souls,

As this year comes to a close ready for the new, it felt important to share a new version of myself that has been emerging…

As the wings of my heart open, and I allow the Holy Spirit to fill every part of my being, something gracefully shifts within me. I remember my true nature—not as someone striving to become more or worthy, but as a child of the light, radiant, and eternal.

In this sacred moment of remembrance, I feel the weight of fear, doubt, and limitation begin to fall away. As I release these burdens, divine grace flows through me effortlessly, lifting me into a state of peace and wholeness. This shift has been challenging at times and gentle at others, but it’s been my willingness to surrender all to my Creator that I find peace.

In this light, I begin to see the world—and myself—through new eyes, the eyes of love. I realize that I am never alone but always held in the gentle embrace of the Divine. This presence is not distant or conditional; it has been with me all along, waiting for me to open and receive it fully. As I step into this harmony, I sense the unseen forces of grace surrounding me. The angels of the heart gather close—guiding, protecting, and celebrating my awakening.

My Sacred Remembrance

I now see and remember that this is what it means to live as a child of the light—in my surrendering I am able to be fully present, fully alive, and fully willing to “live in the light.” I allow the Holy Spirit to move through me, filling every space with love, and in doing so, I become a vessel of service, healing and grace. I am no longer searching; I can now live as my answer in my surrendering and remembering.

With each breath, I rise higher, carried on the wings of faith and trust. I no longer move through life out of fear or hesitation. Instead, I move with my consecration and grace, aligning with the cycles and codes of my Soul. I embrace my life as a living prayer, an echo of divine beauty in a world that is longing to remember its sacred beauty and many blessings.

And so, I move forward in 2025—openhearted, trusting, and alive with radiance—extending this light to others and reflecting the beauty of a sacred love that never fades.

Connecting to the Light of your Higher Heart

Now, more than ever, we must allow, and learn to apply the heavenly science of the Light to help humankind.

The extraordinary celestial events and the increase of Solar (Soul) activity are affecting our collective vibration, and will for many years to come. We are regularly being showered with, and emerged in more Light than ever before. These activities bring the presence of a new force emerging in our bodies and our world, a force that evokes the Christic energy that lives within our Soul, and in our cells, which manifests spiritual wonderment.

Human beings once had the ability to perceive and understand the hidden, eternal truths via an inner spiritual knowing. This spiritual knowing was given to us as a result of our innate and eternal connectivity. However, the time came when we rendered ourselves mortal and corruptible, we received our outer knowing we now call the five senses.

Indeed, at present, our inner potential is enveloped in matter to the extent that the external eye cannot see into the spiritual realms, we are deaf to the sounds of the invisible world, we have forgotten how to listen to the silence, and our speech is hindered and can barely utter the words of the sacred.

These words were once ours, and through them we communed with the elemental forces and the external world. Therefore, we must re-learn this higher way in order to develop our lost inner potentiality that allows us to perceive the hidden and eternal truths.

Divinity means the ability to transcend

It’s time for the greater truths concerning our Divine Nature to be shared throughout the world. Moreover, the Divine Light has ordained its usage so that the promise of great transformation can be brought about exactly at this time; many of us have held this space for worldwide healing since the beginning of time.

The essence of life lies in the Way of the Heart and in the conquering of our negative influences that create duality in our life. The great work in the world is acheived by restoring our social and spiritual fabric ~ And its the same law, the same order, and the same regularity, by which all beings are arranged in Nature.

This Solar activity is also magnifying our shadow attributes, we are literally being given the opportunity, over and over again, to connect to our point of light in our heart and become a pillar of Light for Humanity.

Each time we return to the Light of who we are ~ through the process of Correcting and Transforming our light and shadow attributes, we are strengthening, contributing and growing the Web of Life, which is directly connected to the Point of Light in our Higher Heart.

Our heart is literally the starting point to our own sacred geometry that connects us to everything.

After 30 years of devoted visioning, I am now in holy celebration ~ I believe we are indeed consciously participating in our own evolution at this auspicious point in human history. I know it can feel like we’re doing it hard sometimes… but if we simply stop and remind ourselves how to make the connection, we soon find our pathway through, and our heavenly heart is our reliable compass.

Exploring the Science-Spirituality Connection

Hello, beautiful Souls,

Today, I am talking about the wondrous element, Aether and how its presence was suddenly cast aside and nearly lost.

Before jumping in, I want to share this snippet… Aether as an element was removed from the periodic table in 1908.

Let’s embark on a fascinating journey through time as we unravel the interplay between science and spirituality; all centred around the enigmatic concept of Aether. It’s like delving into a treasure trove of mind-expanding insights and cosmic revelations, so buckle up for an exciting ride!

Aether, the quintessential essence of existence, is a paradoxical marvel—it simultaneously encompasses everything and nothing. Imagine it as the cosmic glue that binds the fabric of reality, from the vast reaches of galaxies to the minute of everyday life. In ancient philosophies like yoga and Ayurveda, Aether takes centre stage as the primordial element, known as ‘akasha’. In Vedantic philosophy, the word acquires its technical meaning of “an ethereal fluid pervading the cosmos.”

Unlike the tangible elements of earth, water, fire, and air, Aether exudes an ethereal, subtle, pervasive essence like the gentle hum of the universe’s heartbeat. It permeates every corner of existence, providing the canvas upon which the fabric of creation unfurls. 

And guess what? It’s not just out there in the cosmos—it’s also within us, inhabiting the spaces of our bodies, from the caverns of our sinuses to the expanses of our lungs.

In the bygone era, medieval alchemists were captivated by Aether’s transformative potential, believing it held the key to transmuting base elements into precious treasures and unlocking the secrets of eternal life. They bestowed upon it the respected title of ‘quintessence,’ envisioning it as the celestial elixir of life that imbued stars, galaxies, and enlightened Souls with the divine essence.

Few more points on what Aether might be:

  • Aether (one of the classical elements), in medieval cosmology and science, the fifth element that fills the universe beyond the Earths sphere
  • Quintessence (in physics), a form of energy, postulated to explain the accelerating expansion of the universe

Meanwhile, the ancient Greeks perceived Aether as a divine force—an “ethereal” bridge connecting the material world to the realms of spirituality and higher consciousness. A Cosmic Mother that nurtured and guided humanity on its spiritual journey.

For the ancient yogis, Aether also represented the ultimate manifestation of the Cosmic Mother—the nurturing, all-encompassing energy that sustains and nourishes all life. Through meditation and spiritual practices, they sought to attune themselves to Aether’s subtle vibrations, transcending the confines of the material realm and merging with the cosmic embrace of the Divine Feminine.

Now, let’s infuse a touch of archetype magic into the mix. Picture Aether as the all-embracing Cosmic Mother, in essence, the Living Goddess—the divine creatrix who breathes life into the universe and guides humanity on its evolutionary journey. With the power of creation in hand, she offers a potent fragrance of potentiality, releasing it into the vast expanse of the cosmos, where it unfolds into multitude forms of existence.

At this point I am also reminded of the movie “The Fifth Element” where this fifth element is depicted as L O V E, highlighting its creative and somewhat feminine nature.

One of the central themes in “The Fifth Element” is Love and its transformative power. The film highlights the idea that love has the potential to transcend time, space, and even species. The character of Leeloo, the supreme being and the fifth element, is sent to Earth as a representative of love. 

As the story progresses, she develops a deep connection with Korben Dallas, the protagonist. Through their growing bond, the film explores the idea that love can inspire individuals to overcome their limitations and embrace their higher selves.

As we contemplate the profound mysteries of Aether, we are awestruck by its dual nature—a boundless void teeming with infinite potential. From the alchemical dreams of transmutation to the yogic quest for spiritual enlightenment, Aether weaves its magic through our human experience.

But before we lose ourselves in a cosmic trance, let’s set the stage. Picture a world before the 1920s, where scientific inquiry and spiritual exploration walked hand in hand, seeking to unravel the mysteries of existence. Aether is the celestial superstar in the scientific arena, with luminaries like Maxwell and Faraday promoting its significance in understanding the universe’s fundamental forces. It was the golden thread weaving through the fabric of scientific inquiry, guiding humanity towards a deeper understanding of the cosmos.

But then along came Einstein, with his groundbreaking theory of relativity, shaking the foundations of scientific thought and debunking Aether to the backblocks of history.

Meanwhile, in spirituality, Aether continued to shine as the Cosmic Mother—a guiding light illuminating the path to spiritual awakening and higher consciousness.

As science progressed and spirituality evolved, Aether faded from the forefront of human inquiry. Still, her legacy is a reminder of the intricate dance between pragmatic observation and spiritual exploration. Sadly, this story is reminiscent of the denial and dismissal of the feminine aspect of the whole.

So, let’s embrace the spirit of curiosity and wonder as we journey through the realms of science and spirituality. Let’s continue to explore the mysteries of the universe, guided by the majesty of Aether and the wisdom of our Cosmic Mother, The Living Goddess.
