We Are Secretly Trying to Find Ourselves in a Story
A few years ago, I had the absolute pleasure of spending a full day immersed in the art of storytelling with Michael Hauge of Story Mastery. That experience reignited a lifelong love for the transformative power of story.
Having studied film for three years back in the 90s, I’ve always been fascinated by how story shapes our perception of life — and how it continues to influence everything I create as an Author, Presenter, and Soul Purpose Mentor.
In this particular video, Michael highlights something profound — though perhaps indirectly — that we are all, in truth, the main characters in our own unfolding narrative. And that’s precisely why stories — whether in books or on the big screen — move us so deeply.
Have you ever wondered why so many people struggle to stay aligned with their purpose, even when their intention is crystal clear?
Michael reveals that what captivates us most in any great story is the maturation of the lead character — their transformation. That insight beautifully mirrors the essence of my own work. In my series of books based on the Living Attributes Typology, I explore this very process: guiding women to heal emotional wounds that gave rise to their shadow self — the flawed character within — so they can step into their authentic power.
When you begin to apply this understanding to your own life, you start to awaken your archetypal potential — the larger story waiting to be lived through you. This is the essence of your personal myth, your unique energetic signature in the greater world of archetypal forces.
Archetypes are the architects of story, and story itself is the timeless vehicle through which we experience what it means to be human. Our personal and cultural narratives form the tapestry of the human experience — intricate, symbolic, and profoundly interconnected. Without story, we can’t truly comprehend the full depth or beauty of our shared existence.
I invite you to reflect — and share your thoughts. How has story helped you see yourself more clearly? And in what ways are you still discovering the hero, star or master within your own unfolding tale?
Last night, before I closed my eyes, I offered a heartfelt prayer—that I remain connected to my Family of Light, the Shining Ones, and that I might come to understand a prophetic message I received nearly twenty years ago: “To summon an army of angels.”
And in that space between sleep and waking, my prayer was answered—a message came— that was spoken like a metaphor into the silence: “Jerusalem is for sale.” Interestingly, just before those words arrived, I had been dreaming—and in the dream, I was standing inside an architectural business from the 1970s—a place of blueprints, foundations, and design.
As I looked around, I noticed two large, vibrant prints of—Archangel Michael and Archangel Gabriel. Their bold presence filled the space, as if reminding me that the architecture of the soul must be built upon truth and divine order.
As I became fully awake, I began to sense that this message was not speaking literally of a city of stone, but rather of a City of Light—the Jerusalem within. It evoked the timeless expression, “As Above, So Below,” a reminder of how divine coherence manifests —in this space, mind, spirit, and matter align.
The dream showed me how, across time, humanity has been busy constructing its world—laying down blueprints of power and ambition—and somewhere along the way, we began to sell what was sacred.
We sold our Jerusalem when we allowed the temple of our soul to become a marketplace, when our light was traded for approval, and our truth was exchanged for fitting in.
Hower, it is Michael who has always stood as a constant companion with his strength and truth, his sword cutting through illusion, and the beloved Gabriel who sounded the trumpet call of glory and remembrance—with a message that our sacred design can still be restored—I can now see what my earlier message truly meant.
The “army of angels” I was asked to summon was never an army of battle, but of builders of light—architects of the new consciousness—the souls who remember the divine blueprint of creation.
So, what I know now is that Jerusalem is for sale only when we forget our authentic design.
When we remember, the sale is voided, the blueprint realigned, and the Holy City rises again—not on land, but as the light of our new dawn.
When I received a message of gratitude from a friend who had seen my posts about Jane Goodall, my heart stirred in a way that surprised me. My response to her felt almost instinctive: “It’s the least one can do.”
Because when someone like Jane departs this earthly plane, something profound happens. It is not only a loss we mourn—it is a transmission we receive.
I have long believed that when an icon of such gracious magnitude passes, their archetypal codes disperse. These luminous codes, born from a lifetime of devotion and love, do not vanish; instead, they ripple outward, searching for open hearts ready to carry the flame forward. They find those of us who loved, admired, and aligned with their essence—and they gently rest within us, asking to be lived, embodied, and shared.
Today, I have wept three times for Jane. Not out of despair, but out of a deep and sacred opening. Each tear felt like a prayer, an initiation, a holy reminder that grief can be the tender hand that opens us to more love, more reverence, more responsibility. In those moments of weeping, I felt her presence move through me, not as absence, but as a call to continue holding the necessary light for the evolution of our humanity.
I believe Jane Goodall was indeed an Angel sent to guide us and support our beautiful planet and its animal kingdom. She was a living testament to the power of gentle strength, steadfast vision, and radical compassion. She showed us what it means to listen—truly listen—to the earth, to animals, to the quiet voices of wisdom within us all. And though her physical form has passed, her archetypal presence remains—a code etched into the collective soul.
To my dear friend who thanked me for sharing: I thank you. Your message allowed me to articulate what my heart already knew but had not yet put into words—that powerful souls like Jane do not leave us. They expand through us.
May we honour her not by imitating her path, but by walking our own with the same grace, courage, and devotion to our purpose in life.
One of the most fundamental teachings in Vedanta and in the awakened heart of Buddhism is this: all human suffering arises from the hallucination of a separate self.
The separate self is the great untruth. It whispers of “I” and “mine,” erecting walls where none exist, and writing stories upon the infinite chapters of our Being. From this arises fear, grasping, and despair—because if one is apart, one must defend, compare, protect, and eventually mourn the inevitable dissolving of that which was never real.
The truth is luminous in its simplicity: the separate self does not exist. What we call “I” is a fleeting pattern, a story woven by the mind, and a mask worn by the Eternal for the play of experience. Beneath it, only wholeness exists.
We are one breath, passing through countless lungs. We are one body, clothed in many forms. We are one mind, dreaming through infinite imaginations. We are one consciousness—an ocean appearing as waves, yet never ceasing to be the ocean.
When this recognition awakens in us, suffering begins to unravel, not because life becomes easier, but because the false centre around which pain gathered has vanished. The wound was never real—only the forgetting of wholeness made it ache. Thus, awakening is not the attainment of something new, but the remembrance of what has always been. We return to our natural state: vast, radiant, indivisible.
And it’s the belief in competition and scarcity that acts as the insidious culprit in our decline. These are the beliefs that are born from the hallucination of separation. When we imagine ourselves cut off from the Whole, we begin to fear there is not enough—enough love, enough beauty, enough life to go around. We begin to measure, compare, and grasp, forgetting that abundance is the very nature of existence.
Competition emerges as a false law, urging us to prove our worth by rising above another, when in truth, we can only rise together. Scarcity becomes the shadowed story of a world that has forgotten its Source, when in reality, the Source is inexhaustible, overflowing, and ever-giving. These illusions—of “not enough” and “not worthy”—erode our joy and fracture our collective spirit. They turn sisters into rivals, brothers into adversaries, and nations into warring factions. Yet all the while, the truth waits patiently: there is no lack in the heart of Oneness. In the eternal breath, nothing is withheld.
To awaken is to remember this—competition can dissolve into cooperation, scarcity can dissolve into sufficiency, and the myth of separation can dissolve into the living reality of unity. Imagine a world where the illusion of competition and separation has lifted, and humanity remembers its unity and belonging.
Without the shadow of scarcity, generosity becomes our natural way of being. We share not out of duty, but out of joy, knowing that to give is to circulate the life-force we all partake in. The myth of “not enough” dissolves, revealing the truth: there is always enough when life is honoured as sacred and held in balance.
Without the burden of competition, collaboration flourishes. No longer trapped in the illusion of climbing over one another, we discover the deeper rhythm of rising with one another. Innovation, art, and wisdom bloom—not as trophies to be hoarded, but as gifts to be offered to the Whole.
In this awakened world, leadership is no longer a grasp for power but a genuine desire to be of service. Success is no longer measured in accumulation, but in the depth of connection, coherence, and contribution. Communities become circles instead of hierarchies, woven together in mutual care and recognition.
Here, the body of humanity beats as one great heart. The mind of humanity shines as one great clarity. The spirit of humanity awakens as one great flame.
This is not fantasy—it is remembrance. The seeds of such a world already live within us, waiting for the soil of our willingness and the sunlight of our faith. When we choose unity over division, sufficiency over scarcity, and cooperation over competition, we step across the threshold into the radiant future that has been calling us all along.
If life feels a little challenging at the moment, it could be that your Higher Self is asking for some recalibration.
Let’s have a closer look – Recalibration of the body is the process of realigning your physical, emotional, and subtle energy systems into greater coherence, allowing your whole being to vibrate at a higher, more harmonious frequency.
Think of the body as a living instrument — strings, wind and drum — woven from cells, circulatory rivers, and an invisible pulse of energy. Recalibration is the process of tuning that instrument so its resonance matches a new frequency of being: quieter where there was noise, clearer where there was confusion, more coherent where there was fragmentation.
Below, I describe what that looks like across layers (subtle to physical), how it feels, and practical ways to support it.
The map — layers that shift
Subtle field (aura/energetic body): the luminous sheath around the physical body carries information — patterns of charge, density, and colour — that change first. Recalibration often begins here as a brightening, shifting colours, or a sense of subtle movement.
Energy centres (chakras / light-centres): centres of transformation open, compress, or spin at different rates. When they align and spin coherently, life-force energy flows freely; when stuck, they create local fatigue, emotional distress, or physical symptoms.
Nervous system: the autonomic nervous system (fight/flight/freeze/fawn and the rest-and-digest states) re-tunes. You may move from chronically high arousal to more flexible responsiveness — the hallmark of resilience.
Endocrine & immune systems: hormones and immune signalling adapt to the new baseline. This can produce temporary fluctuations (such as sleep changes and energy waves) as the body learns a new set point.
Cellular & genetic expression: epigenetic switches — which genes are expressed or silenced — respond to the field. Over time, this rewrites patterns of cellular behaviour: repair, metabolism, and even how we store energy.
Field coherence / heart-brain resonance: when the heart and brain lock into coherent rhythms, we feel clarity, ease, and expanded intuition. This coherence is a measurable shift in vibrational alignment.
What it feels like (symptoms of recalibration)
Waves of energy, heat, or coolness move through the body.
Emotional surfacing: old grief, joy, or subtle states arising then settling faster.
Sleep changes: vivid dreams, altered sleep windows, or brief insomnia.
Sensory sensitivity: sounds, lights, smells feel sharper or more intense.
Periods of deep fatigue followed by sudden clarity or creative surges.
A sense of detachment from old identities and a gentle re-weaving of self.
These are not failures — they are the instrument being tuned. Expect discomfort and relief in the same breath.
The mechanics — how vibration rewires
Resonance & entrainment: like two tuning forks, bodies entrain to nearby frequencies (people, places, music). Recalibration shifts your dominant resonance; you begin to attract and align with different vibrational environments.
Coherence: when oscillations across the nervous system, heart, and subtle field synchronise, information flows more efficiently. Coherence reduces energetic friction — pain softens, decisions feel simpler.
Dampening & amplification: some frequencies are dampened (old trauma patterns lessen), others amplified (clarity, compassion, creativity). Practices selectively amplify new healthy patterns until they become the baseline.
Information field updating: subtle field carries archetypal, ancestral and karmic information. Recalibration rewrites the field’s “stories,” leading to different gene expression and behavioural outcomes.
Practical supports — gentle practices that help tune the instrument
Breath & heart-brain coherence practice: Counting to 5 as you take a slow breath in and then count to 5 again on your exhale along with a soft attention to the heart centre for 3–10 minutes daily with the elevated feelings in the heart of appreciation, gratitude, care, compassion and love. This calms the vagus nerve and invites coherence between the heart and the brain.
(a gentle touch to your heart centre with your left hand is suggested)
Sound & vibration: hum, chant, sing or use binaural beats/toning. Sound moves stuck energy and re-patterns field resonance.
Grounding & nature: barefoot on earth, green walks, or sitting under a tree re-anchors the electromagnetic field and balances the nervous system.
Movement & somatic release: gentle yoga, embodied dance, or shaking releases stored charge and teaches the nervous system new movement patterns.
Ritual & container: simple rituals — lighting a candle, journaling intention, ceremony with community — create a psychic scaffold for lasting change.
Energetic hygiene: clear boundaries, brief daily energetic scans, and clearing (visualisation, smudging, salt baths) prevent re-adsorption of chaotic frequencies.
Rest, nourishment, rhythm: adequate sleep, nourishing foods, and regular micro-rests allow cellular systems to integrate the new set point.
A short practice — three-minute recalibration
Sit comfortably. Place one hand over your heart, one on your belly.
Breathe in 5 counts, hold 1, out 5 counts. Continue for 1–2 minutes.
Imagine a soft, pale light moving from your heart to your head and down through the spine, aligning each centre as it passes. Say silently: “I attune my mind, body and spirit with ease and grace.”
Open your eyes slowly and notice one small shift.
An encouraging note
Recalibration is not a finish line but a re-tuning that continues — sometimes quickly, sometimes in slow, graceful increments. It asks for tenderness, honest attention, and the courage to be present with what arises. As you cultivate practices that invite coherence, you will notice your life aligning: choices feel truer, relationships look and feel different, and your creativity finds new channels.
Dear Ones, We are navigating big, bumpy, and what appear to be uncertain times. Being in coherence and resonance with your Higher Self is a sensible move, and recalibration is essential.
Your heart and nervous system may be affected at present. I know mine has been — it continues to urge me to go deeper into my inner sacred knowledge. And what I have recently discovered is that portals of light and shadow energy are also taking a toll on us.
We are currently undergoing an extraordinary chapter in human evolution. The resonance of our species is rising and rearranging itself — a quickening of frequency that shows up in solar flares and plasma outbursts, in subtle shifts beneath our feet, and in the vividness of our dreams.
This is not merely a metaphor; it is an embodied, terrestrial, and cosmic process. Our bodies are connected to the Earth and wired to the Sun — We are indeed instruments receiving the power of change.
In 1992, a message came to me: that my work would help guide individuals from a denser 3D reality into a wider 5D field and beyond. Back then, that meaning felt distant; now, in 2025, the picture is clear.
Portals are opening. Timelines, past lives, and future potentials — these are colliding and collapsing into present awareness, manifesting in our art, music, relationships, and nightly dreamscapes.
Below is a practical guide for how this works, as well as how we can navigate it with grace — awake, compassionate, and without harsh judgment.
How the shift shows up (the gentle mechanics)
Energetic resonance rises: Solar events and planetary alignments increase the subtle frequencies around and within us. These radiations can stimulate nervous-system recalibrations — increased sensitivity, heightened intuition, and sometimes, increased overwhelm.
Earth-body reciprocity: The human organism is not separate from Earth. As the planet rebalances, our endocrine systems, sleep cycles, and emotional thresholds respond. Think of your body as a resonant instrument tuning to a new orchestra.
Portals & timelines: Portals are energetic thresholds that allow access to or negotiation with different timelines or potentials. Dreams, creative expression, and synchronistic encounters often act as doorways where past and future selves come together to be integrated.
Art, dream, and relationship as translators: The language of this shift is symbolic. Paintings, songs, choreographies, and conversations carry codes and colours of higher possibility — they translate the ineffable into forms our nervous systems can digest.
Practices to move through the shift with grace
1. Grounding that honours sensitivity
Walk barefoot on Earth or sit with a plant and breathe slowly for five minutes. Let the rhythm of your breath become an anchor. Grounding is not a one-off — it’s a gentle habit that tells your nervous system, “I am safe enough to receive change.”
2. Nervous system self-care
Micro-practices: 4, 7, 8 breathing; the sovereign hug (hands on chest and belly for 60 seconds); slow neck rotations. These small acts create windows of regulation, allowing higher frequencies to enter without being overwhelmed.
3. Somatic listening
Journal the sensations before you intellectualise them. Name the feeling in the body: heat in the throat, tightness behind the ribs, or a lightness in the solar plexus. Awareness without analysis is healing.
4. Dream and art as integration portals
Keep a dream journal by your bed. When a dream feels potent, draw a single image from it, or paint a colour-field that mirrors its feeling. Creative translation grounds esoteric material into human form.
5. Rituals that reweave story
Create short daily rites — lighting a candle, singing a name of an angel ray, or reading a line of a text that reminds you of the Divine Presence. Rituals help meaning settle in the nervous system.
6. Community and containment
Seek resonance companions: circles, workshops, or a trusted friend who is practised in holding space. Collective witness helps prevent dissociation and grounds prophetic material into usable life changes.
7. Discernment and boundaries
Not every vision or download is yours to act upon. Practice the question: “Does this feel coherent in my body, heart, and life?” If the answer is no, honour it. Boundaries are sacred.
8. Embodied devotion
Worship through everyday acts: tending food, meditating, offering a poem, creating beauty. Devotion anchors the ecstatic into the ordinary, making spiritual evolution a sustainable process.
Angelic Forces: Our Luminous Allies
At this pivotal turning point, angelic presences move close to the human field — not as distant myth but as living resonances that help translate, protect, and amplify the new frequencies. Calling them is not an act of superstition but a conscious practice of co-creation that aligns our subtle anatomy with benevolent intelligence.
Below are brief notes on 12 angelic allies and simple ways to invite them into daily life:
Camael — the flame of courage and righteous strength. Call Camael when you need steadiness to hold a new threshold or when action and perseverance are required.
Uriel — the clarifying light of wisdom and insight. Uriel aids in decoding dreams and receiving practical guidance for spiritual discernment.
Raphael — the healing presence that eases body and subtle systems. Invite Raphael for integration, dream healing, and reweaving the story of the body.
Haniel — grace, rhythm, and the sweetness of surrender. Haniel helps soften resistance and reminds us of the poetry of the heart.
Michael — clarity, boundary, and loving protection. Michael’s presence helps you hold sacred limits and cut cords of fear that entangle the nervous system.
Zadkiel — transmutation and forgiveness. Use Zadkiel’s energy to clear old timelines, confusion, and stuck habits into lighter creative fuel.
Ariel — steward of the natural world and manifestation. Ariel helps translate Earth’s intelligence into forms and practical action.
Your Angelic Self — the inner archetype that mirrors the qualities of angelic forces within your own field. Remember: the angels are not only “out there”, they reflect capacities waiting to be embodied in you.
The Holy Mothers — the mothering, tender intelligence that nurtures initiation, weaving protection and fertility into rites of passage.
Selaphiel — the keeper of prayer, gentle tears, and sacred pause. Selaphiel supports the purification of the heart and the softening that allows new codes to enter.
Gabriel — messenger and voice; that calls forth clear communication and transmissions through song, story, and ceremony.
The Shekinah — the indwelling Divine Presence; Shekinah’s presence draws the celestial closer to flesh, making the invisible home in the visible.
Simple ways to work with Angelic Forces
A short invocation (60 seconds): Sit, place your hands on your heart, and say quietly:
“I invite Camael, Uriel, and Raphael, I invite Haniel, Michael, and Zadkiel, I invite Ariel, the Holy Mothers, and my Angelic Self, I invite Selaphiel, Gabriel, and the Shekinah to stand with me now. ~ Help me hold this threshold with strength, courage, integrity, faith, compassion, beauty, forgiveness, love, intuition, kindness, gratitude and divinity. And so it is.” ~ Pause and breathe.
Dream request: Before sleep, ask a single angel for a sign or a healing image. Keep a small crystal, white feather or symbol to help you receive your dream insights.
Altar & symbol: Create a tiny altar with a candle, a plant or seashell, and a written name of an angel you wish to deepen your relationship with. Visit it briefly each day — light a candle, bow, and offer gratitude.
Angel songs: Sing or whisper an angelic name for one minute when you feel uncertain or anxious. (It can shift your resonance gently and quickly).
These forces are not a replacement for discernment — instead, they are supportive companions for wise action, integration, and heart-centred courage. When called with humility and clarity, they anchor your luminous codes into the practical work of life.
From Who We Were to the Luminous Human: The Higher Purpose Avatar
We are not simply adjusting; we are evolving. The field is asking us to move from who or what we once believed ourselves to be — small, compartmentalised, and bound by old timelines — into a fuller expression: the Luminous Human, as a Higher Purpose Avatar.
This is not a mythic future; it is an encoded potential already present in our body and soul, waiting to be integrated.
What shifts: Identification with fear, scarcity, and role-based stories relaxes as the light of deeper possibility takes root. Old survival patterns soften. Dreams, art, relationships, and ritual begin to carry new instructions for living as an embodied presence of clarity and kindness.
What emerges: The Luminous Human carries coherent alignment across heart, mind, and body. The Higher Purpose Avatar is the energetic template in which our gifts are fully activated in service — creativity, healing, boundary-holding, and generative leadership that is devotional rather than domineering.
How the encoding reveals itself: DNA and energy centres respond to sustained practices of devotion, discernment, and service. As you practice grounding, listening from the heart, and engaging in mindful rituals, you begin to access higher bandwidths of compassion, creative insight, and practical courage.
A practical step to embody: Choose one action this week that expresses the higher form of you — a generous conversation, a creative offering, a public boundary set with love. Do it with full attention and without needing a reward. This small enactment trains your field to hold your Avatar frequency.
This conscious evolution is both sweet and rigorous. It requires tenderness for the parts that must fall away and deep compassion for the parts that must be trained into new possibilities. Remember: the luminous template is already encoded — your practices unlock its doors.
Staying awake without judgment
Being awake in this era is not a status; it is a practice. To stay awake means to notice without turning every experience into a means of spiritual superiority or despair. It means cultivating humility alongside boldness.
Lean into curiosity instead of certainty. Curiosity softens the hard edges of doctrine and opens us to finer distinctions.
Be gently rigorous.Test experiences in the laboratory of life: ethics, compassion, and service are the highest validators of spiritual insight.
Practice radical non-judgment toward yourself and others. We are all learning the new language of resonance and light. When someone is loud or small in their understanding, respond with compassion rather than comparison.
And I leave you with a valuable mantra to say, “I use my Light and I use it well.”
