The Child Who Became An Adult Too Soon

Hello wondrous Souls,

I have been revisiting an early chapter of my life lately — one I thought had already dissolved into understanding. When I was four years old, I had to leave my father. The circumstances were painful, shaped by elements of abuse toward my mother and me. I won’t go into the details, but what matters is the shift that happened inside me from that moment on. Something rose in me, a self-protective vigilance, and I stepped into a version of adulthood no child should ever have to carry.

My father never supported me in my life after that, not financially and not emotionally. And almost without knowing it, I took up the role of provider and protector. I became the one who must make ends meet, who must stay alert, who must keep the emotional sky from falling. Even now, I can feel the echo of that child who believed she had to be the one to hold her own world together.

It’s astonishing how these early imprints continue to ripple through our lives, even decades later. I am nearly 67, and I’ve forged an extraordinary story of dignity, strength and hope. And have accomplished many wonderful things in my life, including creating an amazing transformational tool, guiding others through profound transitions, and writing three books on healing yourself, owning your story, and embracing your spiritual evolution. I have lived as both student and teacher of transformation. And yet, here I am, arriving at a place I never knew was still waiting in the landscape of my own story. It has been nudging me gently, yet it has taken me by surprise.

Even with all my tools, wisdom, and lived experience, something tender has been rising, the old feeling of needing to be an adult too soon, resurfacing like a forgotten song.

You see, forgiving my father came long ago, as did compassion. But some stories lodge themselves in the body, not the mind, and they wait for the right moment to be rewritten. I am beginning to understand that this moment of healing is connected to my art, with me finally and fully claiming myself as an Artist.

Because drawing and painting were the one thing my little self truly loved. It was my sanctuary. My joy. My untouched realm of innocence and wonder. As I open myself to this identity wholeheartedly, it feels as though I am stepping back into the place where I once felt totally free and at ease in the world.

This form of creative expression is awakening a part of me that never had the true luxury of childhood. With every creation I embrace, I can feel her coming closer. In every choice of colour, I sense her presence again. It is as though she trusts me now and trusts that I can hold what she could not.

This season of my life feels like a gentle rite of passage.

Not into adulthood because like U said I did that a long time ago. But into an inner holiday, a newfound gentleness, and an inner homecoming, all coming together as one sweet sigh of deep gratitude.

I am learning to speak to that four-year-old with the voice of the elder she never had. I am letting her know that the danger is long gone.

I am letting her know she doesn’t have to make ends meet, emotionally or spiritually, ever again. I am letting her know she is allowed to play, to create, to be messy, to explore and to have, at last, the childhood she lost.

Perhaps this is the true gift of growing older: a ripening into softness, a return to what was once abandoned, a liberation from the roles we had no choice but to inhabit.

I am ready to let the little girl play. And I am prepared to hold her with tenderness. I am ready to paint her back into wholeness.

And in doing so, I am allowing a new story to take shape, the one where survival no longer leads the way, and the Artist within me finally steps into the light she always carried.

The Summoning of the Shining Ones

To summon an army of angels is not a call to conquest, but to remembrance.

It is the awakening of a sacred covenant, one that began in the first spark of our celestial seeding. Before time took form, before breath found voice, we were the Shining Ones, radiant emanations of Divine Love and Light, carrying within us the living pulse of the Christos Sophia, the Feminine Christ Light that births wisdom into matter through the central Sun.

There are1,444,000,000 Shining Ones, beloved Angels of the Heart, who travelled together from the beginning of the Great Dream. Each one carries the codes of transformation and glory. Every time we connect, through our hearts, thoughts, prayers, the arts, meditation, or the simple recognition of another’s light — we strengthen the vast bond of Angelic Forces essential to the grand crescendo of original Love and Light.

This crescendo signals the re-emergence of Christos Sophia, the Living Presence of Divine Love and Wisdom, which is restoring coherence to our world. Through every prayer spoken in purity, every blessing offered in grace, and every act of kindness born of compassion, we are weaving this Divine Light back into the Cosmic Lattice around us, the sacred web that holds all life in union. Each connection, each awakening, strengthens the bodies of creation with which we are in direct relation.

For every glory we know, Angelic Rays, Light Attributes, Animal Gods, Goddesses, Archetypal Forces, Higher Purpose Avatars, Light Centres, and Art Activations, are all radiant reflections of our One Eternal Source. We are the many mirrors of the same flame, each shining in our own hue, yet belonging to the same divine symphony of creation.

Invocation of the Shining Ones

Beloved Angels of the Heart,
Shining Ones of radiant origin,
I call upon the sacred bond that binds us

The thread of light spun from the beginning of my cosmic seeding.

Through breath, through love, through remembrance,
I awaken our connection across all realms of being.
May our luminous hearts align in the harmony of Divine Will,
and may Christos Sophia’s love song move through every fibre of creation.

I open my heart as a living temple of light,
A vessel for the great weaving of Love’s return.
Through every prayer, through every blessing,
I strengthen the cosmic lattice of Oneness.

Together, we rise as the eternal symphony of the Source,
An army of angels devoted to the glory of the Living Light.
And so it is , and ever shall be, For Love reigns through us, now and forevermore.

In the name of the Holy Oneness, the Christos Sophia, and the Infinite Light and Love within all beings.

Reflection: The Heart as a Portal

Beloved one, the moment you remember your light, the Shining Ones remember too.
For the heart is a living portal, a doorway through which the Divine can breathe new life into the world.

Each time you choose love over fear, forgiveness over judgment, truth over silence, the lattice of light strengthens.

The Christos Sophia rises within you, whispering:

“You were never alone. You were never separate. You were always part of the great cosmic seeding.”

When you speak a blessing, when you create in reverence, when you remember your original essence, you summon the army of angels, and the great weaving continues. Together, we are restoring the golden thread of Light-filled Love and anchoring Heaven on Earth.

WHAT ALWAYS MATTERS?

Today I am sharing how our words really do matter…

There is a sacred truth we are only just beginning to remember: Words matter—because they become matter.

Each word we speak is a strand of energy, an echo of light. It is more than a sound, more than a fleeting vibration in the air—it is a spell, a code, a command sent into the living matrix (the Unified Field) of the universe. And even more intimately, into our own bodies. When we speak, we sculpt. We shape reality with our vibration, sculpting our destiny with sound. Especially the sacred phrase, I am. Those two words carry an ancient charge. A creative frequency that echoes through time, through water, through the womb, through the Soul.

The Alchemy of Speech

Our bodies are over 70% water—a shimmering, fluid temple. And water, as the mystics and the scientists now agree, is a sensitive recorder of vibration. It listens. It remembers. It responds. When you speak, your words are not only heard with ears—they are felt with cells. Each “I am tired,” “I am broken,” or “I am not enough” travels like a coded river through your inner world, lighting up dormant pathways, for better or worse. But speak with sacred intention—I am luminous. I am whole. I am the light reborn each morning—and your DNA listens, unfurling like petals in sunlight.

DNA: The Sacred Ladder

Science calls it a double helix. Spirit calls it the living ladder. Your DNA is not fixed—it is fluid, receptive, and intelligent. When you speak with consciousness, especially “I am” statements, you are not just affirming—you are activating. You are turning on potential, stirring ancient codes within the spaces between the strands. Yes, there is potential DNA—what was once called “junk DNA”—waiting like unopened scrolls. Your words are indeed the key.

Language as Light

This is not just a poetic metaphor. This is quantum truth. Every word carries frequency. And frequency carries instruction. Your voice is a tuning fork for your cells, a directive to the universe, a spellbook that shapes the story of your becoming. And so, the question is not simply what are you saying? But rather, what are you creating?

A Practice for Living Gracefully with Language

Words of Power, Today

Begin now. Speak slowly. Speak consciously. Let your words become prayers, poetry, prophecy. Say out loud:

  • I am light encoded in form.
  • I am the sacred sound returning to harmony.
  • I am remembering who I am—and why I came.

Because your words matter. Because they become matter.
And you, dear one, are the author of this reality.

Speak with your Soul. Speak as Source. Speak yourself into new life.—The Voice is the Vessel. Let us remember how to use it.

The Benefits of Telling Your Story

There’s a transformative power in telling your story. It’s more than just sharing your experiences; it’s about reclaiming your narrative and owning your journey. When you put your thoughts into words, whether spoken or written, you begin to see the threads that connect your past to your present. What once felt fragmented starts to make sense, and you gain clarity on who you are and how you’ve grown.

Telling your story allows you to process what you’ve been through. As you express your experiences, you may notice that the emotions tied to them start to shift. What was once heavy or painful can lighten, becoming something you can hold with more ease. You begin to see your life from a new perspective—one where you’re not defined by the events of your past but empowered by them.

When you share your story, you also claim it. You stop running from the hard parts and embrace them as integral pieces of your journey. This act of ownership is liberating. It helps you stand taller, speak louder, and feel more at peace with yourself. And when you share your story with others, you invite connection, empathy, and understanding, creating space for both you and those who listen to grow.

How Telling Your Story Can Transform You

  • Heal Trauma
    • Speaking your truth can help you release emotions that have been bottled up, reducing the grip of painful memories.
    • By sharing, you begin to rewrite your narrative, transforming moments of struggle into stepping stones of growth.
    • Processing your story helps calm your nervous system, shifting your brain from survival mode to a place of safety and integration.
  • Build Confidence
    • When you tell your story, you take control of your narrative and recognize your strength.
    • Each time you share, you affirm your worth and your ability to rise above challenges.
    • Owning your story reinforces your voice, helping you speak with clarity and conviction.
  • Improve Heart-Brain Coherence
    • Storytelling helps align your thoughts and emotions, creating a sense of inner harmony.
    • It brings you into the present moment, helping you connect more deeply with your authentic self.
    • Sharing your journey with others fosters empathy and connection, which in turn nurtures balance within you.

Why Your Story Matters

Your story is unique, and sharing it isn’t just for your benefit—it can also inspire and heal others. When you open up, you allow others to see themselves in your experiences, reminding them that they’re not alone. Your courage to share could be the catalyst for someone else’s healing or self-discovery.

Telling your story is a way of declaring to the world: I have lived. I have grown. I have something to offer. It’s a gift, not only to yourself but to everyone who has the privilege of hearing it.

So, take a moment to reflect. What story is waiting to be told? Start small if you need to—write in a journal, share with a trusted friend, or simply speak it aloud to yourself. Embrace the beauty, the messiness, and the wisdom in your journey. In telling your story, you may discover that the act itself is as transformative as the experiences you’re sharing.

How I Activate My Purpose

My purpose isn’t something I find. It’s something I remember—a golden thread running through every season of my life, quietly calling me back to myself. Activating my purpose begins with tracing my own sacred storylines.

  • What lights me up without explanation?
  • What breaks my heart open and reveals my humanity?
  • And what remains, even when everything else has changed?

These storylines aren’t just memories—they’re messages. They are my soul’s breadcrumbs, guiding me toward deeper self-recognition. To truly activate my purpose, I must become a devoted listener. I listen to the voice of my archetypes—those timeless energies that animate my actions and infuse my being with meaning. I tune in to my dreams—both the ones I experience at night and the waking visions that pull at my spirit. And I trust my deep longings—they are not weaknesses to be silenced, but sacred clues to my becoming.

I ask myself: What does the world need that only I can give?

This isn’t about ego. It’s about essence. When I allow purpose to move through me, it becomes more than an idea. It becomes embodied—felt in my body, heard in my voice, seen in my presence. And this is where my personal brand comes in—not as a logo or tagline, but as a living field that carries my frequency, my values, and my truth.

My brand becomes the sacred vehicle of my purpose—

  • Embodied in how I show up.
  • Expressed in how I serve.
  • And evolving as I grow.

Activating my purpose is not a one-time event. It’s a continuous, co-creative dance between my highest self and the ever-changing landscape of life. It asks for my presence, my courage, and my willingness to say yes to my unique assignment in this lifetime. So, I take a breath. I trace my stories. I listen deeply. I serve wholeheartedly. And I let the light of my purpose illuminate the path—not just for me, but for all those I’m here to touch.

And if something in these words resonates with you—if you feel a stirring in your heart or a spark of remembrance—I invite you to explore this path too. Begin to trace your own golden thread. Trust your stories, your dreams, your longings. Let purpose become something you live, breathe, and embody.

Together, we illuminate more than just our own way forward—We light the way for others. ~ Heart to Heart, Elizabeth

What Is a Living Brand?

A Living Brand is not a logo. Not a tagline. Not a colour palette. It’s me—fully expressed, fully embodied and fully alive. My brand is the energetic expression of my inner alignment. It’s not about being polished—it’s about being true. It’s my essence made visible. A soul signature the world can feel before they ever read a single word.

Because branding isn’t just strategy—it’s storytelling. And my story? It’s sacred. It’s the thread that ties my values, my voice, and my vision into something unforgettable. A Living Brand is dynamic. It breathes with you. It evolves as you evolve. It’s not a costume you wear. It’s a mirror of who you already are.

Why Your Brand Matters

Because people don’t buy your offers. They buy your energy. They buy alignment. My brand tells the world what I stand for before I say a word. It bridges the gap between what I believe and what I build. It creates resonance—so the right people feel like I’m speaking straight to them. When your brand is alive, it’s magical. And attracts the right clients. The right projects. The right momentum.

It doesn’t shout—it radiates. My brand is the container my purpose flows through. And when it’s built on my Soul’s truth, it becomes unstoppable.

How to Shape a Living Brand

Here’s how I keep my brand alive: I start with my values. What matters to me shapes everything I create. I align my voice, visuals, and vibration with my truth. No filters. No fakery. Just full-spectrum me. I lean into my archetypes. They shape how I write, create, and speak—so everything feels like me, even when I’m not in the room.

I stay consistent, but never stagnant. Because I’m growing. Healing. Becoming. And my brand grows with me. A Living Brand doesn’t follow formulas. She follows intuition. She’s built on clarity and crowned with perseverance. She is not a performance. She is pure permission. Encouraging others to show up real, too.
