To prepare for this sacred day, there is some gentle preliminary work. You’ll receive a recorded meditation I’ve created to guide you into the perfect starting point for your Origin Story—opening a doorway into the deeper memories, archetypes, and sacred missions your Soul carries. Taking time to do this meditation beforehand will create a strong and beautiful foundation for the work we will do together.

When we gather for this full-day, heart-centred experience, you’ll expand upon the Origin Story you’ve already begun—unearthing archetypes, healing ancestral patterns, and weaving the vow your Soul first made into a living, resonant, and extraordinary narrative.

Whether you’ve written a paragraph or sketched key scenes in meditation, this workshop guides you through a sacred yet practical process of reflection, writing, and ritual. You’ll receive gentle, one-to-one guidance, participate in small-group sharings, and engage in a blessing ceremony—all designed to bring your Origin Story into sharper focus and powerful alignment.

How It Works

To honour the work you’ve already started, we begin by revisiting your existing pages or any ideas that have come forth, gently noticing which sections feel most alive and which areas invite expansion. From there, you’ll enter beautifully crafted meditations, such as the journey to your Temple of First Light, to harvest new soul images, guardians, and archetypal codes.

• Sharing happens in pairs and small circles, but only when you feel called. During these moments, you read aloud one passage that feels especially potent, and the group offers heart-sourced reflections to support deeper clarity. Toward the end of the day, a blessing ritual—complete with anointing and affirmation—seals your commitment to living from your devotion to your deeper Origin Story.
