This Series Is for You If…

You are sensing that something fundamental is shifting, not just hormonally, but on a deeper, holistic level.

You may be experiencing changes in weight, energy, sleep, mood, or identity. You may feel aches and pains, even disoriented, emotionally tender, or quietly powerful in ways you don’t yet have language for.

You are not looking to override your body. You are longing to understand it.

The Change is for women who are ready to:

  • Release survival patterns held in the nervous system.
  • Stop interpreting bodily changes as failure or betrayal.
  • Restore a felt sense of safety and enoughness.
  • Enter perimenopause menopause and postmenopause as initiations, not diminishment.
  • Remember the Self that is emerging now.

What This Journey Offers

This is not a program to control symptoms, manage weight, or optimise performance.

It is a sacred, guided reorientation.

Across three weeks, once a week, you will be held in a gentle field of guidance, meditation, reflection, and somatic ritual designed to support:

  • Nervous system settling and cortisol recalibration
  • Reframing trauma-held weight-control as protection and intelligence
  • Releasing decades of vigilance, self-monitoring, and adaptation
  • Reconnecting with your body as a wise and trustworthy ally

Your body was never the problem; it has just been responding to your life.

The Three-Week Initiation

Week One — The Exalted Elder

Orientation • Safety • Re-trusting the Body

This opening week establishes the ground.

Women often arrive at The Change through the body — through disruption, discomfort, or confusion. This week offers a compassionate reframe: you are not declining, you are reorienting.

Here, symptoms are understood as signals of transition rather than malfunction. Safety is restored. Trust begins to return.

“I understand what is happening to me.”

Week Two — The Wisdom Weaver

Integration • Meaning-Making • Self-Respect

With safety established, reflection naturally arises.

This week honours your lived experience as sacred intelligence. Life stories are gathered, re-seen, and integrated — not to dwell in the past, but to recognise the coherence beneath it.

Shame softens. Self-respect grows.

“I understand what my life has meant.”

Week Three — The Crowned Crone

Embodiment • Sovereignty • Radiant Presence

This is not about becoming powerful. It is about allowing power to land.

The Crowned Crone emerges when the body is trusted, and the story is honoured. Sovereignty becomes quiet, grounded, and unshakeable.

You begin living differently — not from effort, but from essence.

“I live as who I now know myself to be.”

How This Series Is Held

  • Gentle teachings grounded in nervous system awareness
  • Guided meditations and embodied practices
  • Reflective invitations rather than directives
  • A tone of safety, dignity, and deep respect

There is nothing to keep up with. Nothing to perform. Nothing to fix.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

Elizabeth Ellames is an author, mentor, and spiritual guide who supports women in embodying their authentic nature, calming their nervous systems, and remembering their innate wholeness.

With years of facilitating workshops and retreats in Australia, Hong Kong, and Bali, Elizabeth blends archetypal wisdom, meditation, and gentle somatic practice to foster deep safety, reflection, and transformation.

Her approach centres on transformation and allowing your true presence to come forth, without force.

Guiding women from the denial of survival into embodying their True Light.

Do I need prior experience with meditation or somatic work?

No. This series meets you exactly where you are. All practices are gentle, guided, and invitational. You are always free to adapt or simply listen.

Is this a menopause or hormone program?

This is not a medical or symptom-management program. While menopause is a central threshold explored, the focus is on nervous system safety, embodiment, and meaning — not fixing or optimising the body.

Will this help with weight changes?

Rather than targeting weight directly, this work explores the deeper intelligence beneath weight changes — including stress, protection, and adaptation. Many women experience softening and relief as survival patterns release, but this is not approached through control or pressure.

What if I feel emotional or tender during the series?

That is welcome here. The work is paced gently, with an emphasis on safety and self-regulation. Nothing is forced, and you are always encouraged to honour your own capacity.

Is this a group sharing space?

Participation is guided, with opportunities for reflection. Sharing is always optional. You are never required to speak or disclose anything personal.

How will I know if this is right for me?

If you feel a quiet resonance rather than urgency — a sense of being met rather than sold to — that is often the best signal.

The Change is not an ending. It is the emergence of your most distilled, luminous self.

You are not being asked to try harder. You are being invited to soften, grow and glow.

To listen. To remember.

If your body feels a gentle yes, you are welcome.

May this journey meet you gently.
May your body feel safe enough to soften.
May your nervous system remember its natural rhythm.

May the weight of survival melt into the warmth of belonging.

May you feel yourself returning —
not to who you once were,
but to who you have always been beneath the stories.

You are safe.
You are enough.
You are radiant.
