The Change | A Private Immersion for Women Entering a New Season of Life

Sophia Centre, Cumberland Park, South Australia

1:1 One full day or two half-day sessions

To be female is to live in cycles of change and transformation.

From the first menstrual cycle to motherhood (biological or creative), from perimenopause to menopause and elderhood, the female body is not designed for sameness. It is built for continual re-orientation.

What culture often names as burden is, in truth, initiation.

The body has never betrayed you.
It has been adapting, protecting and preparing.

The Change is not a single event.
It is the lifelong movement of becoming.

Menopause is one visible threshold within a much larger arc — a sacred reorganisation in which life force begins to turn inward. Identity loosens. Old strategies stop working. The nervous system asks for safety rather than performance. The body calls for listening rather than control.

This is not pathology.
It is maturation.

When survival patterns soften, dignity returns.
When the body is trusted, sovereignty lands.
When change is honoured, a deeper self emerges.

What This Private Journey Offers

In these one-to-one sessions, the innerwork becomes personal, spacious and deeply attuned to your individual life story.

Rather than a group process, these sessions are held as a guided rite of passage — allowing your own experience, memories, body wisdom and meaning to unfold.

The intention is not to fix symptoms or optimise performance. It is to restore a relationship with your body and honour the woman you have been and are becoming.

This immersion supports:

  • Nervous system settling and restoration
  • Reframing body changes as protective intelligence
  • Releasing decades of vigilance and self-monitoring
  • Integrating the lived story of your life
  • Reclaiming dignity, self-trust and inner authority.

Your body was never the problem. It has been responding to your life.

Within the framework of the Living Attributes Codex and the transformational journey known as The Change, the archetypes of The Exalted Elder, The Wisdom Weaver, and The Crowned Crone represent stages of deep maturation within your consciousness.

They are not separate identities you must become; they are living expressions that awaken within you as you integrate your life experience, your inner awareness, and your evolving relationship with the greater field of life.

Together, they form a collective archetype that reflects the rising wisdom within you and within the collective during this time of profound planetary and personal change. ~ They are known as the Guardians of the Change

Session One — The Exalted Elder

Orientation • Safety • Re-trusting the Body

We begin by restoring safety. – Symptoms are reframed as signals of transition rather than malfunction. Trust begins to return.

“I understand what is happening to me.”

Session Two — The Wisdom Weaver

Integration • Meaning-Making • Self-Respect

With safety established, reflection deepens. Your lived experience is recognised as sacred intelligence.

Shame softens. Coherence appears. Self-respect grows.

“I understand what my life has meant.”

Session Three — The Crowned Crone

Embodiment • Sovereignty • Radiant Presence

Power is not forced — it is allowed.

When the body is trusted and the story honoured, sovereignty becomes steady and unshakeable. You begin living from essence rather than effort.

“I live as who I now know myself to be.”

Elizabeth Ellames is an author, mentor, and spiritual guide who supports women in calming the nervous system, embodying their authentic nature, and remembering their innate wholeness.

Having facilitated workshops and retreats across Australia, Hong Kong, and Bali, she weaves archetypal wisdom, meditation, and reflective practice to create spaces of deep safety and transformation.

Her work guides women from survival into embodied presence and from self-denial into radiant self-trust.

Do I need prior meditation or somatic experience?
No. All practices are guided, gentle, and adaptable. You may participate at your own pace.

Is this a menopause or hormone program?
No. While menopause is explored as a threshold, the focus is nervous system safety, embodiment, and meaning — not medical management.

What if I feel emotional?
Tenderness is welcome. The space is paced gently, with an emphasis on regulation and self-honouring.

Is sharing required?
Reflection is invited; sharing does help.

How will I know if this is right for me?
If you feel a quiet resonance rather than urgency, that is often the clearest signal.

Your Invitation

The Change is not an ending. It is the emergence of your most distilled self.

You are not being asked to try harder. You are being invited to soften.

To listen. To remember. To live from the woman you are encoded to be.

If your body feels a gentle yes, lets begin.
