Princess Diana: 28 Years On

The Goddess Archetype

The 31st of August, is a day many of us pause to remember the life of Diana, Princess of Wales — 28 years since that fateful night in Paris, yet her presence remains profoundly alive in our collective heart. She was more than a royal, more than a fashion icon, more than “the People’s Princess.” Diana embodied an archetype so potent, so timeless, that her story continues to move through us like a living myth: the goddess Diana, protector of the vulnerable, fiercely independent, radiant yet untethered.

Even in her name, there was a destiny. Diana — the Roman goddess of the hunt, the moon, and the wild — a figure of freedom, compassion, and a deep connection to the natural and spiritual worlds. And like her namesake, the Princess could not be confined. She played the roles the world demanded — wife, mother, royal — but she remained, at her essence, unclaimed. Her soul spoke louder than protocol.

The Archetype of the Protector

Diana’s humanitarian work revealed the purest aspect of this archetype. She walked into places that others feared — AIDS wards, leprosy clinics, and the scarred landscapes of landmine fields. With her simple presence and unwavering gaze, she extended to the marginalized what they had been denied: dignity. This was not performance; it was dharma. A sacred duty that arose from her soul, reminding us that love and compassion are the highest forms of power.

The Untamed Spirit

Yet, there was also the wild Diana, the independent force that refused to be silenced or neatly contained. She sought authenticity in a world built on performance. That longing for freedom — to love as she wished, to live as she felt — revealed a universal human ache: to be wholly seen and wholly free. This is why so many of us recognized ourselves in her struggles and triumphs; she was both goddess and everywoman.

From Princess to Avatar

Perhaps what makes Diana’s story archetypal is that she transcended her own life. Through the lens of myth, we see how she became an avatar of the Divine Feminine in a modern era — an icon of courage, vulnerability, and compassion. In her humanity, she illuminated a pathway for others to rise, to love more deeply, and to give more freely.

When Elton John called her “England’s Rose,” it was more than a lyric — it was truth. Roses are symbols of beauty and pain, fragility and strength. And Diana’s rose still blooms in the collective memory, inspiring generations to embody empathy and grace in a fractured world.

The Living Myth

Even now, images of Diana stir something ineffable within us. The tilt of her head, the softness of her smile, the quiet strength in her eyes — they evoke more than nostalgia. They awaken the archetypal field she carried. We don’t merely remember her; we feel her. And in that feeling, she continues her work — teaching us about love, liberation, and the courage to be true.

A Legacy of Light

Twenty-eight years on, Diana is no longer just a figure in history; she is a living myth, a reminder of what it means to be human while carrying the spark of the divine. She was, and remains, an archetype in motion: the goddess who dared to walk among us, who loved, who suffered, who triumphed, and whose light could not be dimmed.

We honour her not as a relic of the past but as a continuing presence — a guiding star for those of us learning to live with compassion, to honour our independence, and to stand in our truth. Diana, the goddess, the protector, the untamed heart, still whispers to the world:

Be brave. Be kind. Be free.”

The Ankh

A Sacred Emblem of Eternal Life and Divine Harmony

The Ankh, often called the “Key of Life,” is a timeless symbol from ancient Egypt, representing the eternal cycle of life, death, and rebirth. Its unique shape—a looped top over a T-shaped cross—embodies profound meanings that intertwine the physical and spiritual realms.

At its core, the Ankh signifies “life” in the ancient Egyptian language. The loop symbolizes the eternal soul, the feminine principle, and the womb of creation, while the crossbar and vertical line represent the masculine principle and the earthly plane.

Together, they illustrate the harmonious union of opposites, a balance that gives rise to all life.

In Egyptian mythology, the Ankh is closely associated with deities such as Isis and Osiris. Isis, the goddess of magic and motherhood, is often depicted holding the Ankh, emphasising her role as a life-giver and protector.

Osiris, the god of the afterlife, is also portrayed with the Ankh, signifying resurrection and eternal life. Their union, symbolized by the Ankh, represents the cyclical nature of life and the promise of rebirth.

The Ankh’s presence in tombs and temples underscores its role as a bridge between the mortal world and the divine. It was believed to bestow the “breath of life” upon the deceased, ensuring their safe passage into the afterlife. Pharaohs and gods are frequently shown offering the Ankh to mortals, a gesture symbolizing the granting of life and protection.

Beyond its religious and mythological contexts, the Ankh serves as a reminder of the interconnectedness of all things. It encourages us to seek balance within ourselves, harmonizing our inner masculine and feminine energies. In doing so, we align with the universal rhythm of creation and transformation.

Today, the Ankh continues to inspire those on spiritual journeys. It invites us to embrace the mysteries of existence, to honor the cycles of life and death, and to recognize the divine spark within.

As we meditate upon its form, may we find guidance, protection, and a deeper connection to the eternal flow of life.

The Archetype of Christmas and Its Deeper Connections

Hello, beautiful Souls,

Today, I am talking about the deeper connections woven into Christmas traditions. Beyond the twinkling lights, festive feasts, and the joyous exchange of gifts lies rich customs with roots far beyond the familiar narratives. As a species, humans are intrinsically inclined to draw inspiration from diverse cultures and traditions, and the celebration of Christmas is no exception. In this exploration, we’ll unveil the ancient pagan origins seamlessly intertwined with our modern-day festivities.

The “Other” Elements of Christmas:

Imagine Christmas without the enchanting allure of kissing under the mistletoe, the melodic echoes of carolers, or the evergreen charm of decorated trees. Surprisingly, these cherished traditions originate in pagan celebrations predating Christmas’s Christian adaptation.

Gift-Giving:

  • Gift-giving, a hallmark of the holiday season, has its roots in ancient festivals where offerings were exchanged to symbolize goodwill and strengthen communal bonds. The act of giving has transcended time, evolving into a universal expression of love and generosity during the Christmas season.

Christmas Stockings:

  • Hanging stockings by the fireplace is a whimsical tradition that finds its roots in the tale of St. Nicholas, a Christian bishop who anonymously gifted gold to three impoverished sisters by dropping it down their chimney. This act of kindness evolved into the charming custom of hanging stockings, eagerly awaiting surprises from a benevolent giver.

The Image of Santa Claus:

  • The iconic figure of Santa Claus, with his rosy cheeks and snowy beard, can be traced back to various influences. The Norse god Odin, who rode a magical flying horse and gifted those who honoured him, and the Roman figure of Saturn, known for his generosity during Saturnalia’s festival, have left their mark on the jolly older man we know today.

Christmas Caroling:

  • The joyous practice of carolling goes back to ancient pagan celebrations, where communities would gather to sing and spread cheer during winter festivities. The songs may have changed, but the spirit of togetherness and shared merriment endures in this beloved Christmas tradition.

Decking the Halls and Decorating Trees:

  • Adorning homes with holly, evergreen boughs and beautifully decorated trees are timeless customs with earlier cultures. The Christmas tree is also symbolic of the age old Tree of Life. These practices symbolized the enduring spirit of life during harsh winters and were seamlessly integrated into the Christmas narrative, creating a visual feast that captivates the hearts of celebrants worldwide.

As we revel in the warmth of holiday traditions, it’s fascinating to recognize that the ancient practices are still part of Christmas. The customs we hold dear, from gift-giving to the festive imagery of Santa Claus, are steeped in the rich history of early nature-based celebrations. Embracing these deeper connections adds layers of meaning to our festivities, reminding us that tradition intertwines across time and space to create the beauty of human culture.

Let’s celebrate the season and the shared heritage that unites us in joy and goodwill this Christmas.

Unlocking the Power of Story and Archetypes: Your Path to Purpose and Transformation

Hello, beautiful Souls,

Finding and staying on your true path can be a daunting challenge in a world where the media often spins stories that seem to take us in the opposite direction. The distractions and emotional setbacks can leave you feeling lost, unmotivated, and lacking direction. But fear not, for there is a source of guidance that can illuminate your path and empower you to live your higher purpose – the world of archetypes and storytelling.

Archetypes are the architects of human life.

They are the universal symbols and patterns deeply embedded in our collective psyche, shaping our thoughts, behaviours, and destinies. If you’re reading this, you likely have a strong desire to impact the world positively, and that’s where the power of archetypes comes into play.

Three years of studying film and cinema influenced my journey into the world of archetypes. It became clear that stories are not just tales for entertainment; they are powerful transformational tools. When you view your life as a story, with yourself as the main character, you gain insight into the thresholds you must cross to unlock your true potential – just like in a captivating movie.

Past, Present and Future

My mission is to help you discover and live your higher purpose by tapping into the transformative power of archetypes in your story, your life: past, present and future. To guide you on this transformative journey, I’ve developed Living Attributes Alchemy, a tool tailored to your Soul’s archetypal patterns and purpose. It provides the essential elements of activation, motivation, and transformation, enabling you to stay on point and make a meaningful contribution to your life and the lives of others.

Your Life As A Story

Have you ever wondered why certain movies resonate with you on a deep level? It’s because you are aligned with the archetypal codes of the characters or you’re drawn to the archetypes being portrayed. Stories and movies are more than mere narratives; they are vessels of archetypal wisdom that speak directly to your Soul.

Accessing your Wisdom

One powerful form of storytelling is the creation of new “past-life” narratives. This practice activates dormant data within your body and auric field, allowing you to craft new timelines in this crucial period of human evolution. Accessing your wisdom of the ages is your secret power and accelerator. I am genuinely grateful and honoured to have witnessed this sacred acceleration of consciousness when individuals embrace this level of storytelling.

It allows you to reclaim lost knowledge and human technologies you were once revered for, revealing that storytelling is indeed a cosmic force driving humanity’s evolution. I discovered that storytelling as a communal ritual awakens new levels of consciousness, capacities and connection, and why I’m also a big fan of going to the cinema to watch well-crafted films. Special Kind of Magic

I also prefer facilitating live workshops in my human form, not in my digital form. I like to do this work live because when humans partake in the beautiful exchange of sharing and storytelling, our humanity and physical bodies speak to one another in ways that can’t be translated or explained intellectually or digitally.

A special kind of magic happens between every-body, and I emphasize the word “body.” When we open these sacred portals to our specific stories, our bodies respond accordingly, communicating necessary data to all present, which is appropriate for this lifetime. I will also emphasize the word “present” because when all participants are fully present, the experience is even more powerful.

Throughout history, storytelling has been our compass in the mystery of life, helping us find meaning and purpose. Today, we are on the cusp of a profound collective shift in human evolution. The rapid access to information has propelled our transformation, and we are now becoming the gatekeepers of our energy systems and encoded personal data from eons of incarnations.

Story… the Elixir of Life

Now is the time for humanity to craft a new story that reflects our evolving consciousness. We already have tools like meditation, chakra awareness, and mindfulness, but understanding the archetypal codes of your Soul takes you to an even higher level of awareness. It expands your energy system and provides you with the energetic codes needed to embody the true power of your Soul.

As you embark on this journey, remember that EARTH is a storytelling planet. Archetypes are the architects of human life, and storytelling is the essence of your social and spiritual development. Embrace the power of these ancient tools and technologies, and you will find the guidance and purpose you seek in this ever-changing world. You are the author of your story (your life), and your Soul’s archetypal codes hold the key to a transformative and purposeful life.
