Holding the Light: Reflections on Jane Goodall’s Passing

When I received a message of gratitude from a friend who had seen my posts about Jane Goodall, my heart stirred in a way that surprised me. My response to her felt almost instinctive: “It’s the least one can do.”

Because when someone like Jane departs this earthly plane, something profound happens. It is not only a loss we mourn—it is a transmission we receive.

I have long believed that when an icon of such gracious magnitude passes, their archetypal codes disperse. These luminous codes, born from a lifetime of devotion and love, do not vanish; instead, they ripple outward, searching for open hearts ready to carry the flame forward. They find those of us who loved, admired, and aligned with their essence—and they gently rest within us, asking to be lived, embodied, and shared.

Today, I have wept three times for Jane. Not out of despair, but out of a deep and sacred opening. Each tear felt like a prayer, an initiation, a holy reminder that grief can be the tender hand that opens us to more love, more reverence, more responsibility. In those moments of weeping, I felt her presence move through me, not as absence, but as a call to continue holding the necessary light for the evolution of our humanity.

I believe Jane Goodall was indeed an Angel sent to guide us and support our beautiful planet and its animal kingdom. She was a living testament to the power of gentle strength, steadfast vision, and radical compassion. She showed us what it means to listen—truly listen—to the earth, to animals, to the quiet voices of wisdom within us all. And though her physical form has passed, her archetypal presence remains—a code etched into the collective soul.

To my dear friend who thanked me for sharing: I thank you. Your message allowed me to articulate what my heart already knew but had not yet put into words—that powerful souls like Jane do not leave us. They expand through us.

May we honour her not by imitating her path, but by walking our own with the same grace, courage, and devotion to our purpose in life.

Understanding Timelines

We Don’t Shift Our Location, We Shift Our Identity!

When I first heard about shifting timelines, I wondered if shifting timelines meant entering an entirely new place—as though the universe would carry me to a different Earth. But as my journey has unfolded, I’ve become more familiar with how it feels to shift my timeline.

Now, I see and experience that it is not about location at allit is about identity.

Each timeline is a resonance field, born of the self I am willing to embody. And it’s my archetypes that guide me here.

My Alchemist-Mentor elevates me and teaches me how to transmute shadow into clarity and focus, guiding me to integrate lessons and turn them into light.

My Divine Child-Cultivator encourages me to protect and nurture my imagination, delight, and joy—qualities that keep me open to the newness of each timeline and version of me I step into.

My Visionary-Artist liberates me and opens my inner vision, and helps me see images, colours, and patterns that reveal what is possible.

And my Queen-Collaborator grounds me and reminds me to lead not from control but from devotion—gathering others in shared purpose and weaving our collective strengths.

When I shift timelines, I am not leaving one world for another. I am shedding an old identity and embodying a truer, more evolved version of myself. My archetypes walk with me as interdimensional companions, helping me navigate the subtle thresholds.

Sometimes the shift is quiet—a softening of the light around me, a new ease in a conversation, an unexpected synchronicity. Many times my life changes outwardly, but not always, yet I still know I am definitely perceiving and creating from a totally new identity.

  • My Alchemist-Mentor continues to transmute old versions of myself toward renewed clarity and identity.
  • My Divine Child-Cultivator continues to help me create culture, and arrive at my own belonging.
  • My Visionary-Artist continues to paint a path of community, reflection and self-love.
  • My Queen-Collaborator continues to open my heart to my cooperation, offering synergy and innovation.

This is what conscious evolution feels like. Not the chase for another place, but the full embodiment of a new vibration. Timelines are mirrors, reflecting the archetypal codes I am most ready to express. And the more I align with these inner archetypal codes, the more my purpose comes alive.

I am not travelling through space. I am travelling through my consciousness and my Soul. And with every identity shift—with my Alchemist, Divine Child, Visionary, and Queen— I open a doorway into a new timeline, one that has been waiting within me all along.

Shifting Timelines: Holding the Resonance of Love and Light

Personal Timeline Shifts

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to shift from one timeline to another — or to rise into a higher resonance — you’re experiencing it right now. These are not abstract ideas; they’re living realities unfolding in our very cells, our relationships, our workplaces, and our communities.

Perhaps you’ve already felt it: a relationship recalibrating, an old way of working dissolving, or a sudden insight opening a new path. These moments are signalling timeline shifts on the microcosm — small but significant markers that you’re moving into a different vibrational field.

The Global Initiate

Beyond the personal, something larger is underway. We are witnessing a collective initiation — the slow collapse of an old, fear-based timeline and reality. It is dissolving because its frequency can no longer sustain itself in the light of what is emerging.

At this sacred juncture, we are being called to release the old distortions — the divisions, the judgments, the “us versus them” mentality — and return to the living temple of the heart. This is not a passive process. It is a conscious choice to be present, to hold steady, and to anchor a higher frequency.

Remembering Your True Nature

You are not merely a witness to this shift. You are an anchor. One of the most powerful things you can do is to hold your resonance and remember your essence:

You are the Light, you are the Love, because you are connected to the original frequency of Love and Light.

This remembrance is your compass. It guides you through the dissolving of old realities and the birthing of the new.

The Christa Sophia Prayer

To support this embodiment, I share with you a simple but potent prayer — a touchstone for balance, harmony, and true prosperity of the heart:

Hail Christa Sophia,

Original Angel of Divine Love and Light. With heartfelt gratitude, I receive and embody your blessings.
I seal this prayer in faith, in trust, in truth, and in love.

And so it is.

This prayer does more than centre you. It ripples outward, carrying the frequency of the Christa Sophia into the collective field — a living blessing for all beings.

Heart to Heart, Blessings Abound

As we each practice holding this resonance, blessing ourselves and the planet, we become living beacons of love and light, illuminating a path over fear and darkness in a time of profound transformation. This is how timelines shift. This is how new worlds are born.

The Separate Self Is Not The Truth

One of the most fundamental teachings in Vedanta and in the awakened heart of Buddhism is this: all human suffering arises from the hallucination of a separate self.

The separate self is the great untruth. It whispers of “I” and “mine,” erecting walls where none exist, and writing stories upon the infinite chapters of our Being. From this arises fear, grasping, and despair—because if one is apart, one must defend, compare, protect, and eventually mourn the inevitable dissolving of that which was never real.

The truth is luminous in its simplicity: the separate self does not exist. What we call “I” is a fleeting pattern, a story woven by the mind, and a mask worn by the Eternal for the play of experience. Beneath it, only wholeness exists.

We are one breath, passing through countless lungs.
We are one body, clothed in many forms.
We are one mind, dreaming through infinite imaginations.
We are one consciousness—an ocean appearing as waves, yet never ceasing to be the ocean.

When this recognition awakens in us, suffering begins to unravel, not because life becomes easier, but because the false centre around which pain gathered has vanished. The wound was never real—only the forgetting of wholeness made it ache. Thus, awakening is not the attainment of something new, but the remembrance of what has always been. We return to our natural state: vast, radiant, indivisible.

And it’s the belief in competition and scarcity that acts as the insidious culprit in our decline. These are the beliefs that are born from the hallucination of separation. When we imagine ourselves cut off from the Whole, we begin to fear there is not enough—enough love, enough beauty, enough life to go around. We begin to measure, compare, and grasp, forgetting that abundance is the very nature of existence.

Competition emerges as a false law, urging us to prove our worth by rising above another, when in truth, we can only rise together. Scarcity becomes the shadowed story of a world that has forgotten its Source, when in reality, the Source is inexhaustible, overflowing, and ever-giving. These illusions—of “not enough” and “not worthy”—erode our joy and fracture our collective spirit. They turn sisters into rivals, brothers into adversaries, and nations into warring factions. Yet all the while, the truth waits patiently: there is no lack in the heart of Oneness. In the eternal breath, nothing is withheld.

To awaken is to remember this—competition can dissolve into cooperation, scarcity can dissolve into sufficiency, and the myth of separation can dissolve into the living reality of unity. Imagine a world where the illusion of competition and separation has lifted, and humanity remembers its unity and belonging.

  • Without the shadow of scarcity, generosity becomes our natural way of being. We share not out of duty, but out of joy, knowing that to give is to circulate the life-force we all partake in. The myth of “not enough” dissolves, revealing the truth: there is always enough when life is honoured as sacred and held in balance.
  • Without the burden of competition, collaboration flourishes. No longer trapped in the illusion of climbing over one another, we discover the deeper rhythm of rising with one another. Innovation, art, and wisdom bloom—not as trophies to be hoarded, but as gifts to be offered to the Whole.

In this awakened world, leadership is no longer a grasp for power but a genuine desire to be of service. Success is no longer measured in accumulation, but in the depth of connection, coherence, and contribution. Communities become circles instead of hierarchies, woven together in mutual care and recognition.

Here, the body of humanity beats as one great heart.
The mind of humanity shines as one great clarity.
The spirit of humanity awakens as one great flame.

This is not fantasy—it is remembrance. The seeds of such a world already live within us, waiting for the soil of our willingness and the sunlight of our faith. When we choose unity over division, sufficiency over scarcity, and cooperation over competition, we step across the threshold into the radiant future that has been calling us all along.

Recalibrating the Body

An energetic & vibrational portrait

If life feels a little challenging at the moment, it could be that your Higher Self is asking for some recalibration.

Let’s have a closer look – Recalibration of the body is the process of realigning your physical, emotional, and subtle energy systems into greater coherence, allowing your whole being to vibrate at a higher, more harmonious frequency.

Think of the body as a living instrument — strings, wind and drum — woven from cells, circulatory rivers, and an invisible pulse of energy. Recalibration is the process of tuning that instrument so its resonance matches a new frequency of being: quieter where there was noise, clearer where there was confusion, more coherent where there was fragmentation.

Below, I describe what that looks like across layers (subtle to physical), how it feels, and practical ways to support it.

The map — layers that shift

  • Subtle field (aura/energetic body): the luminous sheath around the physical body carries information — patterns of charge, density, and colour — that change first. Recalibration often begins here as a brightening, shifting colours, or a sense of subtle movement.
  • Energy centres (chakras / light-centres): centres of transformation open, compress, or spin at different rates. When they align and spin coherently, life-force energy flows freely; when stuck, they create local fatigue, emotional distress, or physical symptoms.
  • Nervous system: the autonomic nervous system (fight/flight/freeze/fawn and the rest-and-digest states) re-tunes. You may move from chronically high arousal to more flexible responsiveness — the hallmark of resilience.
  • Endocrine & immune systems: hormones and immune signalling adapt to the new baseline. This can produce temporary fluctuations (such as sleep changes and energy waves) as the body learns a new set point.
  • Cellular & genetic expression: epigenetic switches — which genes are expressed or silenced — respond to the field. Over time, this rewrites patterns of cellular behaviour: repair, metabolism, and even how we store energy.
  • Field coherence / heart-brain resonance: when the heart and brain lock into coherent rhythms, we feel clarity, ease, and expanded intuition. This coherence is a measurable shift in vibrational alignment.

What it feels like (symptoms of recalibration)

  • Waves of energy, heat, or coolness move through the body.
  • Emotional surfacing: old grief, joy, or subtle states arising then settling faster.
  • Sleep changes: vivid dreams, altered sleep windows, or brief insomnia.
  • Sensory sensitivity: sounds, lights, smells feel sharper or more intense.
  • Periods of deep fatigue followed by sudden clarity or creative surges.
  • A sense of detachment from old identities and a gentle re-weaving of self.

These are not failures — they are the instrument being tuned. Expect discomfort and relief in the same breath.

The mechanics — how vibration rewires

  • Resonance & entrainment: like two tuning forks, bodies entrain to nearby frequencies (people, places, music). Recalibration shifts your dominant resonance; you begin to attract and align with different vibrational environments.
  • Coherence: when oscillations across the nervous system, heart, and subtle field synchronise, information flows more efficiently. Coherence reduces energetic friction — pain softens, decisions feel simpler.
  • Dampening & amplification: some frequencies are dampened (old trauma patterns lessen), others amplified (clarity, compassion, creativity). Practices selectively amplify new healthy patterns until they become the baseline.
  • Information field updating: subtle field carries archetypal, ancestral and karmic information. Recalibration rewrites the field’s “stories,” leading to different gene expression and behavioural outcomes.

Practical supports — gentle practices that help tune the instrument

  • Breath & heart-brain coherence practice: Counting to 5 as you take a slow breath in and then count to 5 again on your exhale along with a soft attention to the heart centre for 3–10 minutes daily with the elevated feelings in the heart of appreciation, gratitude, care, compassion and love. This calms the vagus nerve and invites coherence between the heart and the brain.

(a gentle touch to your heart centre with your left hand is suggested)

  • Sound & vibration: hum, chant, sing or use binaural beats/toning. Sound moves stuck energy and re-patterns field resonance.
  • Grounding & nature: barefoot on earth, green walks, or sitting under a tree re-anchors the electromagnetic field and balances the nervous system.
  • Movement & somatic release: gentle yoga, embodied dance, or shaking releases stored charge and teaches the nervous system new movement patterns.
  • Ritual & container: simple rituals — lighting a candle, journaling intention, ceremony with community — create a psychic scaffold for lasting change.
  • Energetic hygiene: clear boundaries, brief daily energetic scans, and clearing (visualisation, smudging, salt baths) prevent re-adsorption of chaotic frequencies.
  • Rest, nourishment, rhythm: adequate sleep, nourishing foods, and regular micro-rests allow cellular systems to integrate the new set point.

A short practice — three-minute recalibration

  1. Sit comfortably. Place one hand over your heart, one on your belly.
  2. Breathe in 5 counts, hold 1, out 5 counts. Continue for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Imagine a soft, pale light moving from your heart to your head and down through the spine, aligning each centre as it passes. Say silently: “I attune my mind, body and spirit with ease and grace.”
  4. Open your eyes slowly and notice one small shift.

An encouraging note

Recalibration is not a finish line but a re-tuning that continues — sometimes quickly, sometimes in slow, graceful increments. It asks for tenderness, honest attention, and the courage to be present with what arises. As you cultivate practices that invite coherence, you will notice your life aligning: choices feel truer, relationships look and feel different, and your creativity finds new channels.

Dear Ones, We are navigating big, bumpy, and what appear to be uncertain times. Being in coherence and resonance with your Higher Self is a sensible move, and recalibration is essential.

The Only Real Thing: Is To Fulfil Our Purpose

There is a quiet moment, often unexpected, when life asks us to pause. Perhaps it comes as a whisper in the night, or as a sudden emptiness after achieving something we thought would make us happy. In that pause, we see clearly: the only thing that truly matters is not the trophies of the ego, but the fulfilment of our purpose.

Ego is clever—it tempts us with recognition, possessions, and fleeting victories. It convinces us that if only we can have more, do more, become more in the eyes of others, then we will finally feel complete. But inevitably, the satisfaction fades, and we are left with a hunger that cannot be fed by accolades or things.

Purpose, however, is different. Purpose is timeless. It’s that quiet compass within, our point of light in the heart that guides us toward what we came here to do, to embody, and to share. It is not about grandeur, but about truth.

Think of a candle: its purpose is not to prove its brilliance, but simply to burn. In burning, it gives light. In giving light, it fulfils itself. In the same way, our lives are most radiant when we allow our purpose to shine through us—without effort, without disguise.

Here is an example of being on purpose:

A person who had spent decades chasing positions of power and prestige. They admitted their résumé looked impressive, but their heart had become weary. Later in life, they began volunteering at a community garden, guiding children in planting seeds and tending to the earth. Now the person’s eyes glowed when they spoke of it. “For the first time,” they said, “I feel I’m doing what I was born to do.”

This story is a reminder that purpose does not need to be complicated—it simply needs to be lived.

When we shift from ego to purpose, we begin to feel a deeper kind of fulfilment, one that no one can take from us. Purpose connects us to the eternal flow of life from the Creator. It aligns us with the greater rhythm of creation, where every action becomes meaningful.

And here is the mystery: when we live on purpose, life conspires with us. The right people appear. Opportunities emerge without force. Doors open where there were only walls. Purpose carries its own momentum, and we find ourselves moving with a current far greater than our own will.

The world does not need more noise. It does not need more people seeking approval. It needs luminous beings who dare to live their truth. That is how we heal ourselves, and how we light the way for others.

The only real thing—the thing that endures when all else falls away—is to fulfil our purpose in this lifetime. Everything else is an echo of the ego and shadow. Purpose is the Flame of Life.

So ask yourself:

What is the flame within me?

What am I here to bring alive?

And then, live it. For that is the most sacred gift you can give to the world—and to embody your own soul.
