My Passion and Mission

Through my work with the Living Attributes Codex—a personal framework that explores individual qualities and archetypes—and the Sacred Mirroring Spiral—a process for self-reflection and transformation—I can see clearly that this journey did not appear by accident. It is the natural continuation of a long inner journey that began many years ago. What I express now in my writing and teaching feels less like invention and more like mapping and remembrance. The language, symbols, and structures that have appeared resonate deeply with ancient streams of wisdom carried by humanity across time. They reflect ideas in traditions that speak of the primordial egg of creation—such as the Cosmic Egg, or the luminous origin point from which all life unfolds.

For me, developing this body of work is inseparable from the profound awakening I experienced between 2006 and 2009. That journey shook the very roots of my life and continues to open me. Those years brought a dramatic transformation. I spent countless hours in meditation, each time surrendering to the luminous force I now call The Light. The act of surrender was visceral. Raw surges of energy coursed through my body and consciousness, upending me. Dormant knowledge didn’t just awaken; it came to life within me. I felt it not only in thought but as an intense, living awareness flooding my entire being.

Over the years, information appeared gradually or suddenly. It came through thoughts, physical reactions, gut feelings, and other bodily sensations. As this happened, I noticed I was learning to make sense of several kinds of experiences at once. My body, emotions, sense of connection to source, and feeling of space all played a part. Each of these seemed to keep memories and knowledge. Together, they formed a broader and more valuable sense of awareness.

Within that field, archetypes became distinct, each representing unique patterns of behaviour or thought. Attributes appeared as active, living qualities influencing how people think and feel. Qualities drawn from animals, symbolic imagery, and energetic patterns formed a clear structure I call the Living Attributes Codex. At the same time, I noticed consciousness acting like a mirror—it reflected and integrated timelines, experiences, and potentials. This reflective process formed the base of what I now refer to as the Sacred Mirroring Spiral.

I realised these two systems are not separate. They come from the same living intelligence. The Codex provides the language of attributes and archetypal qualities that shape experience. The Spiral gives the space and movement for these qualities to circulate, reflect, and evolve in human awareness.

Because of the depth of experiences behind this work, I’m not surprised by what continues to emerge. It often feels as if I am remembering something I already know. The structures, archetypes, and symbols seem familiar. They feel like parts of my long past, waiting for the right moment to show themselves.

This is why my intention is not to persuade anyone. I do not need to prove these insights. My role is to share what I have directly experienced in my ongoing process. The Living Attributes Codex and Sacred Mirroring Spiral offer both information and a unique energy. For people who relate to them, the work can serve as a mirror of deep healing and transformation. It helps them to notice something inside themselves that is ready to come forward.

I trust that those who are meant to find this work will recognise it in their own way. Those who connect with it may feel moved or reminded of something familiar. This sacred project has never been about gaining followers or convincing anyone. It is about creating a sacred tool and space for people to reflect and explore, if it feels right for them.

As I continue writing and sharing, I see more clearly that my path has always guided me toward this expression. The awakening process, years of meditation and surrender, exploration of archetypes and attributes, and integration of body, spirit, and consciousness have all served as preparation for this work.

Now my task is to fiercely and tenderly give voice to what has been entrusted to me. I feel urgency and reverence as I seek honest language for the living patterns I have witnessed and embodied. I offer them with raw hope and deep humility, trusting they may spark a genuine awakening as human awareness unfolds.

Heart to Heart, Elizabeth
