When deep trauma resides within the Heart and Auric Field, it can serve as a magnet for negative energies that linger over time, often tied to the profound wounds of physical, emotional, sexual, and substance abuse.

With the coming a new year, many of you may feel a strong pull toward establishing personal boundaries and developing a newly “awakened” sense of purpose in your vocation, relationships, and family connections. These themes are arising because a profound clearing and creating process is underway. The new waves of Light entering our collective consciousness are empowering us to banish lingering energies from our past and to establish new boundaries that support and protect our evolving selves. In this sacred act of release, we open ourselves to a higher awareness and alignment with our divine timeline.

Each of us serves as a gateway to the Fifth Dimension and beyond. To fully step into this new reality, we must first embody it.
